Nice staff and clean bathrooms! I travel through this area a lot and this Casey's is great!

One thing is very consistent with this location... Absolute worst customer service. On 3 different occasions, today being us on the receiving end, the employees have yelled at customers. One day the lady even threw the phone after being extremely rude to the man trying to place a pizza order. We were told by one girl, it would be about 12 mins for a breakfast burrito, then told by the other lady that she wasn't going to make a burrito. It was 10am, no food, no coffee and about 15 people in line.You're in a very large camping community, which makes for busy times, and always understaffed!! Definitely need some new management!! Never had this problem at any other location, but always an issue at this one!!!

This trip was good I stop by to get a pork tenderloin. I waited(but I like my fresh). Delicious Good conversation with a worker as she stocked. Cashier was awesome too! Neat, clean area

There's a particular group of ladies that no matter when I come in there they seem like they're in a bad mood and are Curt with me. Although they do seem to be friendly and cordial with regulars. I will go out of my way not to visit this particular Store. That's unfortunate because they are the closest gas station and convenience store near me.

The lady on register was more worried about telling her husband she was getting off soon than to use customer service and speak to the customer. Completely ignored me when i set my stuff down. Was rude when i said that the item was in the wrong spot on a shelf, and proceeded to play on her phone the entire time and call her husband while ringing me up.

Has become extremely slow check out.Extremely rude cashiers, especially Abby.No men are allowed to be cashiers.Too expensive, long lines, rude service.Needs new management.Very poorly run.Go to Amboy Food and Liquor across the street.Friendly staff and always helpful.Plus, cheaper prices.

One of the worst Casey's I have been into. Every one of the woman cashier's are rude and not a single one of them are friendly. And there's always a line even with 2 registers open. At least a 10 minute wait just to get checked out.Whatever you buy there expect them to give you a ride look on what you're buying too. Just an absolute terrible business. You're better off going to the Shell station across town.

Terrible service.... pre ordered food and would have been delivered over an hour and a half later than the time specified ( ordered food at 430pm to be delivered at 645pm). At 710pm.. , dawn told me to expect food after 8 pm.... seriously?!Dawn the manager is so poorly versed in human empathy or consideration... she must have 13 cats at home to be so disassociated from human interaction.... buyer beware!!!If dawn is working.... expect below average IQ, and an affinity to complete ignorance!Go to shell gas station for gas and order Maria s if you want food!!Casey s in Amboy IL is the worst!!

We ordered cookies, and they made them look worse than any cookies I have ever seen. 4 stars given as store seemed to be clean and gas pumps were easy to access.

Was trying to order something from the hot bar and instantly got told not right now very rudely by the manager Roxy all because someone I knew was working at the time all I was trying to do was order I am not coming back in

In the approximately 10 minutes I was in Casey's there were 4 customers who were not wearing masks...A mandate is a law. Until the mandate is lifted. I'm in a category of people who are at high risk for death if I contract Covid19. No employee said a thing. I won't be back. Shame on you for your lack of care.

Casey's is not just a gas station with the cheapest gas, it is a General store to pick up something for dinner or have a homemade sandwich from the deli or order a pizza. I Purchase my lottery tickets for the week, or pick up some ice, or handmade little chocolate bites, or medicine, and a variety of hot/cold beverages. A friendly, clean store and a great experience to make when traveling by.

They get the order wrong a lot and the app always says 20 minutes, but sometimes it can take close to an hour. Also NO ONE, NOT EMPLOYEES OR CUSTOMERS were wearing masks. Right before you enter the store it says everyone is supposed to wear masks but it seems like no one cares or no one enforces it.

We always come here when there's a party down the road. So many snacks and drinks. Helpful staff. Hot food and a very clean bathroom. Enjoy your snacks at the small table inside the store.

Great convenience store, usually friendly staff, pizza and other snacks are tasty. Prices are fair. I frequently stop for fuel and breakfast.

The last 4 times I ordered pizza here when I got to the store at my pickup time, they did not even have my order in the oven. Plan on doubling their time for pick up. so frustrating

Fleet gas card not useful here. An alternative for a bent card was not available or a printed ticket. A waste of time and energy.

I go in to caseys about 1030 every night to grab something eat and drink after getting off work and every time there's no food or there dried up pizza and I end up eating chips for dinner employees should be alert on the food that's out because half the time you can tell if that pizza has been in there for over 4 hours

I am tired of ordering pizza from your place and the crust not being done. I have to cook it when I get it home. This has happened several times and I ve called and complained and nothing! Last time I m ordering!!!

I don't know how they do it but that pizza always comes out perfectly cooked with the cheese not burnt but golden brown it's crazy
