Willie's is cheaper than the competition and was able to provide me with a high quality used tire. They had me ready to go in just a few minutes. Would recommend to anybody looking for New/Used Tire Service!

Do not go to this tire shop. They will take your tires off and make you wait over an hour to put tires back on because they decide to take lunch break while they put other customers in front you. Can t even have someone else finish the job they start.

Very helpful. Could have sold us a new tire and wheel balance. But didn't. Only needed a plug so that is what I got. This place is so honest and doesn't take advantage of old ladies!

There is no better tire shop for a 100 mile radius and I am not just saying that. They have been doing my tires for probably a decade now and I have never had an issue they couldn't solve. Some tire sizes are getting stupid hard to find but that isn't their fault. They can only get what is offered to them. There customer service definitely isn't run by millennials. They actually care about their customers.

These guys are awesome! I blew my driver's front tire out and drove in on a spare. I parked and a gentleman walked right over and asked what he could do for me, took a look at the tire and asked if that's all I needed. I told him that was up to him, and asked if he thought my other 3 tires would get me through winter okay. He walked around the car and took a good look at the other 3 tires and told me they should be fine for at least another year and maybe a little longer. As a woman, I appreciate that kind of honesty in a business like this. I would've bought 4 brand new tires from them had he convinced me I really needed them. Instead, I bought one good used tire for $40 and I gave the guy a tip for his kindness, speed and honesty. He was patient and even helped me find my tire key because my spouse literally threw it in the trunk with the jack and other stuff, so it had worked its way under the trunk fabric during my drive and I was struggling to hold that stuff up while I was searching for it. Do they look clean? No. These guys are working with dirty tires all day long, so their clothes and hands may be dirty, but they're a good clean business when it comes to how they treat their customers. From the moment I pulled up to the time I left, I was there for maybe 17 minutes. That's the time frame they had to make this kind of impression and they aced it. Thanks again for being an honest business and treating folks the way you want to be treated. I know I certainly appreciate it!!

I waited 1hr to get pulled up then after being pulled up I waited another 30mins for this old man to come and ask what I needed then I waited 20mins for him to go and find the tires I needed then he took my tires off and I waited another 1hr n 1/2 for him to come and put my tires on I will never go here again

A man named Chris helped me with my tires while it was very busy. I appreciated his honesty and showing me different options for different prices and assisting me with recommendations. They work very fast there and have the best prices on used tires. I am loyal to Willy's when I need used tires because they have a variety that works with your price range with some slightly worn and others that are just like new. Highly recommend!

Best tire service I ever received. I called ahead to see if they had 4 tires and they told me they did and to come in and they could get it done for $200. I got there around 8:45am and was done by 9:30am. Everyone was friendly, professional, prompt, and honest. The owner who installed my tires let me know I didn t even need 4 tires instead only 3 and saved me some money which was greatly appreciated . I highly recommend Willie s Tire for your tire needs. Thank you!

I love Willie's tire shop much nicer folks then down the street and cheaper also whenever I'm in need of a tire that's the place to go tomost definitely plusses he's a nice guy in general generally saying I always get treated nicely whenever I go their so if your ever in Alton and in need of a tire Willie is the man to see tires tire e s tires as far as the eye can see

It's a great shop, nice staff. I traveled about 15 miles each way to give them a try. My nephew told me about Willie's Tire Shop. Yeah I passed up many tire shops buy me because years ago dude tried to sale me a bald tire for my son's 1995 Monte Carlo $30 & all had was $29 & some change. He straight told me he had to ask his boss. Lhh, went to Alton & got tire with a lot of tread put on 20 bucks. Gave the installer the $9 tip.

Didn't realize I'd have to wait for almost 2 hours considering there were only 2 people ahead of us. Just thankful I got my tire fixed.My husband used to take care of these things but unfortunately he passed away 2 years ago. I'm still learning how to deal with these things.Thank you so the extremely nice man who took care of me.

i purchased 4 used tires from this business and within a week, one of the tires developed a bubble on the inner wall. on top of that, another one of the other tires has gone flat. i tried to call multiple times during business hours and the line was busy for about a half an hour. i will not be purchasing from this business again.

Willis tire shop is awesome if you got s flat they can patch it or plug it and if you need a new or used tire. I recommend this place and the employees are quick with putting on the tires and do it right not like cheapies where it gets put on wrong and the tires pulls because it not centered on right.

Great used tires. They took us in last minute after an emergency blow out on the highway. They took time to find a great looking used tire and for $40 in todays economy, that s a deal. Will be using them for any used tire needs from now on!

Great place to get cheap used tires or new ones as well. They will check ur air pressure and add air to ur tires, fix curbed rims, rotate and plug/patch nails and leaks in ur tires as well as other tire services. Normally are pretty busy but get you in and out fast.

I needed a tire for my Dodge Dart. I didn't want to spend a lot of money, so I decided to get a used tire. After hopping on Google maps to search for a place I could buy a tire, I found Willie's. I read their reviews, which were pretty much excellent, and I paid them a visit.Since it was a Saturday, they were busy. However, I don't think I was there longer than 20 minutes, start to finish. The technicians were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. My tire size isn't very common, but they had one in stock.Bottom line? On a Saturday, I got a tire, with installation for $30!!! And I was in and out after only 20 minutes!!I highly recommend Willie's to anyone who needs tires!
