I took my son's 07 Buick Rendezvous to Tucker's yesterday for the check engine light being on. They called me by 9:00 a.m. with a diagnosis; They had it repaired and complete and ready to go by 2:00 p.m. I called on Friday and asked if they could fit me in on Monday since it was a holiday for both my son and I and I was very happy that they had time for me and the repair. I've also taken my own SUV there for brake work a month or two ago and I was also very happy with the repair and the follow-up call a couple days later. And my young adult daughter has also taken her SUV there and we've had no problems. Very happy and definitely will be taking our vehicles back

I took my Toyota Rav 4 in because it was overheating, I needed the repair done quickly, honestly the turn around I needed was, in my opinion, slightly unreasonable. I did state when I needed it but emphasized that if it couldn't be done that fast for them not to worry I would make other arrangements as I knew they get busy. Even if they couldn't get it done before I needed it I still needed it repaired.Not only did they replace my water pump, fan belt, and do an oil change, they got it done faster than I expected. Their customer service was excellent. Very polite and understanding. I had requested they call when they found the problem so I could be sure I could afford it before they did the work and they got back to me the very next morning with a quote. By mid afternoon my car was done and ready to be picked up.It's been two weeks now since I had the repairs done and it's running beautifully. Hey Now! These folks are the Kings of automotive repair! I had a air-conditioning problem in my truck, not working at all and we were on our way back to Florida, they diagnosed the problem, gave a quote on price, and fixed my A/C problem pronto! Chuck, the owner is great, as is the rest of his staff! He could have rolled me in flour and fried me since I was from Florida, but these guys treated us like family! Anything automotive, this is your place, they even have a great selection of tires, which I think I will get four next time we pass thru the area! Three cheers to Tuckers!!!

Had a slow leak and found a piece of metal, like a razor blade, lodged in the tread of the tire. Called Tucker's first thing in the morning and they got it right in for evaluation. They were able to repair the puncture and have the vehicle back to me within an hour and a half, even during a hectic morning with a lot going on there. Could have sold me a $286 tire, but repaired for about $40 instead. Service: Tires

Called for quote on labor and they lied to me saying their insurance won t let them install dealer provided parts. Scam don t go here!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!This is my second time visiting this location for repairs to my Jeep. I'm big on first impressions so with that being said, the warm welcome I received each time I've visited was amazing. The check in process was flawless. I received a phone call to describe the issue with all of the repair costs including the labor up front. I wasn't pressured either time to make an immediate decision which was helpful. Each repair was done completely with no need to revisit (as I've had to do before at a different repair shop in town). Lastly, I LOVE how a few days later they call and check on the customers to ensure their repairs are as expected and no additional issues surfaced. The guys here are just amazing! Ive taken my jeep to this location multiple times and the amazing customer service keeps me coming back. They are just a joy to talk to and make it all simple and enjoyable. They take care of their customers and definitely pay attention to detail! I also commend the unspoken hero's (the mechanics) for doing a great job and keeping my jeep on the road! Thank you guys for all your hard work and dedication! I appreciate you all :)

Let me start by saying if you are in the need of any car care, Tucker Automotive and Tire is the place to take your car. First off, the customer service is wonderful! Since I don t know much about cars, and the tires that go on them, I felt so dumb when deciding the tires that I should purchase for my car. Pretty much all I knew is that they are expensive, but important. The two people that helped me in front were super nice and helpful. Without complaint they printed off quotes for me, explained each of the tire choices, and patiently answered all my questions. Next, the waiting home is very cozy. I felt like I was in a cozy house because of the fire place, Christmas tree, small kitchenette, and the smell of coffee brewing. The waiting room is very clean and spacious, and the chairs were comfortable. Finally, I am very satisfied with the quality of the new tires on my car. I have had no problems with them. I am very happy with Tucker s Automotive and Tires!Service: Tires

I've been taking my company car there for a year now. Always polite, always good solid work. I had them put tires on my travel trailer, excellent!I'm taking my tow rig in soon for tires as well. I don't spend money more than once in places that don't deliver. Locally, I'm impressed with Tuckers enough to keep returning. You'll be impressed too.

This is my new go to shop. I have been here a few times and my experiences have always been pleasant. They are always nice, friendly, and professional. The work is high quality and I feel they care about their customers. Auto repairs can be stressful and expensive. They have worked with me to make my repairs as stress free and inexpensive as possible. I had really high hopes for this establishment but unfortunately I seem to be one of the unlucky ones that did not have a good, quality experience. Employee claimed that the timing chain was checked before doing $1800 worth of work as that was a big problem with the make and model of this particular car. Only to tell my husband it was in fact the timing chain and would be an additional $3000 to repair. Did not offer any sort of help to make it right. Will not be bringing any vehicles back to this establishment. I brought a car that started to an autoshop, only to haul it away, unable to start, after a nice lump sum of work done. Very unimpressed and disappointed.

Had a flat tire and needed repaired to get home 250 miles away the following day. As busy as they were they still repaired the tire and put it back the car. Great service and very attentive to customer needs. Would highly recommendService: TiresService: Tires

Friendly service. Below average work. I dropped my car off for an alignment and oil change. I had to bring it back a week later because they forgot to do the alignment. I was never shown before and after specs for the alignment either. I will choose a more reliable shop next time.

They were super busy still got in and out under an 1 had 3 kids with me and it still was an amazing experience. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for doing an awesome job and treating us awesome. Btw I had two tires replaced 1 patch and an oil change.

So, took my jeep in, they found the problem the next morning. After battling it out with warranty/dealer, 3 months later, we have it back. They didnt complain or anything. They were super patient with my circumstance, and polite. If y'all are having car troubles, i recommend these guys

Just stopped in to get a leaky tire looked at and the Chris was so kind to help us. We didn t have an appointment but he managed to get us in and repair our tire for a 400 mile drive home. Happy to know we ll be making it home safely because of Tucker s. I m feeling very grateful.

Such a great experience. Great price and very welcoming staff. Chuck got my car fixed quickly, and unlike other places, didn t try to push unnecessary services. This will be the only place we take our cars!

I had a valve that was leaking and not holding air in the tire. Went to NTB as that was where I always took my cars for tires and they could not fix it for three days. So I tried Tucker s. They worked my car in on their busy schedule, fixed the valve and checked all of my tires. Sorry, did not get the mans name but he was very nice and thorough. When I need new tires I will definitely get them at Tucker s.Service: Tires

$709 cost to fix only my right front (brake pad,caliper,brake hose,rotor).After a 3hr drive to handle business because grandmother had stroke.My right tire started smoking and had the smell of burnt rubber so I looked up mechanic in the area and chose Tuckers. He felt like it was my brakes locking. Took it the next day at 11am got out close to 2pm only had to replace a (brake pad and rotor, brake hose , caliper )all done only to one tire. I didn t think to ask to look at anything like I normally would, I do feel like it shouldn t have taken that long to fix.I m a female and put brakes and rotors and caliper on my truck before .the price was high but it s tax time and I m a female and being injured I couldn t do it my self.Service: Brakes

This is update from Aug 2020.Accommodating, or I should say Chuck was, but, his receptionist, not so much. I've had probably three encounters w/her over a seven month period, and she's not been overly pleasant on two of those times, and down right rude the last time, which is now why they have lost a sale on four new tires.Tucker was referred to me by family member, but I'm taking my business back to Andy's.Being hateful to me over a previous bad encounter with a third party, (one I DID NOT cause by the way), is not my problem, and I refuse to be held responsible for someone else's incompetence.
