My fiance, Clayton, and I went in a few times to look at Harley s. Billy always welcomed us like family. We looked at numerous bikes and he was extremely knowledgeable about them. He also proceeded to show us a bike that fit our wants (more Clayton s than mine but he also told us about what could be done to customize it to make it fit both Clayton s needs and mine). I m glad we found our bike thanks to him showing us so many options. I will absolutely be recommending people to go see Billy.

Last September, my friends and I were looking for a unique place to take our homecoming pictures, and Kristina offered us the opportunity to take our photos with some Harley motorcycles. I called ahead, and she even asked what colors our dresses were to find bikes that matched! Joey and Dustin helped with grabbing and moving multiple different bikes for our photos. Everyone was extremely friendly, and it was an unforgettable experience to pose with such cool bikes!

My wife and I came in looking to trade in our Street Glide for a Road Glide. We received excellence service from Billy, Pete and David! Billy listened to our concerns, took his time to explain the new features on the new Road Glides and made us feel comfortable in purchasing our new 2024 Road Glide. We are very thankful for everyone at Teds!

Thank you to Tanner M. He made me feel like i am part of the family. Other dealerships made me feel stupid, where Tanner listened and helped me find my bike. Joey is another sales guy there that is just as awesome.Between the 2 of them, in my opinion, they are by far the best salesmen.Thank you again for the ladder so i can sign my name, the trip to nail salon, and of course my new ride...2022 883.

I can t say THANK YOU enough to the guys at Ted s Motorcycle World in Alton! Kyle, Pete and David all the service guys, salesmen they are all excellent dudes. Be real and honest about what bike you want and they will make that happen! What a great experience and time I had purchasing my new 2023Street Glide ST, thanks a ton guys we need more Harley Dealerships like this one!!

My wife found this bike online and showed it to me. We sent a request to be contacted and received an email and a phone call the next day. Financing was stress free and the paperwork was ready when we got there as it was 4hrs to pick it up. I would definitely do it again. Thank you again Allison and Joe for all of your assistance! It was truly a great purchase experience!!!

Awesome place Tanner and DaveMade the experience awesome easy going purchase a used bike and talked through all the differences in models and sizes of Harley s this is my first bike besides riding motocross bikes. I will return in the future

Tanner was awesome. Great customer service. Kept me in the loop at all times after a bad experience at a St. Charles dealer. He got me the side by side I wanted at the price I wanted and also found a buddy one at the same time. Well worth the drive.

I have recently vosited this very well operating facility better know as Ted's Motorcycle World and I couldn't begin to tell the respect and royalty I was shown as a returning customer .My complete experience was mind blowing . I have so much respect for my sales associate Tanner Murphy and the Finance manager Dave.I will and have told everyone I know about this business.Thank you

Billy my sales person was friendly and professional. He kept me informed on every detail of the purchase. He worked hard to make sure my purchase was an enjoyable experience.Roger in parts was also friendly and professional. He offered his knowledge of Harley Davidson parts to ensure I purchased the correct add-ons for my 2019 Breakout.The entire staff at Ted's are professional and strive hard to meet the customer's desires.

After researching several dealers in the area I came across Ted s social media. Dustin puts together some awesome content which referred me to their sales manager, Pete. Ended up buying a 2024 road glide from Ted s and the experience was excellent. Great staff! Great bike! Couldn t be happier.

Had an opportunity to check out TEDS Harley in Alton! Great facility! Very BUSY day I wasn t there to buy a bike, but a helmet two actually. My wife and I were greeted with an AMAZING smile and a very friendly welcome! from Kristina. Kristina was an incredible resource and took just enough time to understand what we needed and put us in just the perfect headgear. We have a great bike that we LOVE, but Kristina catapulted the experience on our HOG can I give Kristina 10 stars??? If I could, I would! Thank you, Ted s for not only caring about putting the right bike under us, but making sure we enjoy the ride!!

Todd was the man. This was the easiest, fast service I ve ever received at a business. Completely easy going, paper work made stupid simple, and completely understood what I was looking for, price point, and the service was made better by his follow-ups. Definitely recommend him and Tedd s as a whole

Buy, Fly, Ride!! My 2019 Road Glide is PERFECT. The entire experience with Ted's and the bike exceeded my every expectation. The pictures on the internet ad of the bike that I bought were professionally perfect, and when I saw the bike when I picked it up, it was truly perfect! Thanks to Tyler for working the deal with me. Thanks to Allison who handled all the paperwork. Thanks to Jim for picking me up at the airport. What a great ride from Illinois to South Carolina. Ted's and staff did a super job!! 10+ stars.

I went in last Saturday to pick up a buddy's bike and ended up leaving with one of my own. Not even 5 minutes of being on the showroom floor and I found the exact bike I had been looking for, after months of searching different dealers. Tanner was welcoming and made the entire process swift. He went above and beyond to make this as easy as it could be for me as a beginner rider. 2023 Honda cb500f.

Tanner & the team at Ted s did an excellent job at assisting me in the purchase of my new Honda Pioneer. They walked me thru each step of the buying process & helped me pick out the correct accessories for my needs. Everything was simple & fairly quick for a large purchase. I ll be talking with Tanner the next time I m in the market for any type of outdoor recreational vehicle.

I can't put in to words how happy I am with Ted's. They had a bike I have wanted for years. The price was more than fair and in unbelievably good condition for the year. The staff was exceptional and was introduced to everyone involved ,even the mechanic. They treat their customers with the greatest respect.You have my business for life. Even though I live in DeSoto. And have a dealer a couple miles from my house that I have worked for and lost all respect for.Thank you for a great experience.

Tanner with sales and Chris with parts were awesome to work with. Tanner helped this newbie figure out the perfect ride for my wife and I at a great price. He also got me a good trade-in price on my bike. Dave with finance was easy to work with as well. All around great experience for my wife and I and we are looking forward to being part of the Harley Owners Group.

I walked in not intending to buy but rode out on a softail. Thanks to Billy for explaining different models and features available. Thanks to Joey and Billy for help with the delivery, Brian in finance, the service department people and nice ladies that helped me with some riding gear. The whole process was a good time. It's been about 30 years since I've owned a bike and I'm looking forward to this spring.

Great small town local shop. The minute you walk in the door you are treated like family. My father has purchased motorcycles and UTV's from Teds, but this was my 1st experience purchasing a UTV from Ted's and it was the best experience and they beat every competitor in the area on price. If you decide to buy make sure you ask for Tanner Murphy he is the best! I will be buying from Tanner again and again!

I called quite a few parts departments looking for a specific part with a part number handy and the gentleman I spoke with here was definitely the most professional, most helpful and had the best customer service. They didn't have the part in stock but he checked on availability and even checked to see what dealer nearby may have one since we are on a deadline for a trip and the part was on backorder.

Once again, we re leaving Ted s happier than we could have imagined. And, again, it s all because of Tanner. He knew which bike would be THE perfect bike for my husband s next ride - before we even walked in the door. He was ready with the right bike, a smile and a hug, and baby pictures! Also, big shout out to Dave over in the finance department. Everyone at Ted s is so great. We will always make Ted s our first stop for all things Harley Davidson, even though it s an hour away! That should say it all. Tanner, thank you again brother. We love this killer Road King.

Purchased a pre-owned Harley Davidson today from Ted's...had the pleasure of dealing with Tanner and Allison. They both worked with me in an extremely fair, honest, and caring manner. I had also purchased a new bike from Ted's Motorcycle World 23 years prior to this, and I must say I do believe their customer care and service seems to have even improved since then, if that could actually be possible. I will always go to Ted's Harley Davidson first whenever I require anything related to my motorcycle needs. Good job today Tanner and Allison!

Just bought a 23 rg and the team at Ted s was over the top friendly. Pete and Matt worked with me amazingly. The when I arrived the whole team were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I will never buy from another place moving forward even with over an hour drive. What a great experience.

I had just a wonderful experience at this store. Workers were very helpful. I came in earlier today to look for some sweatshirts for a birthday gift and there was a worker named Kristina that was just extremely helpful in getting what I needed. Very great store and experience!

Billy and David made it a smooth and easy process. Billy had the bike pulled out and cleaned up before i got there. Highly recommend Ted's and i look forward to purchasing another bike from them again and will go to Billy and David again

Everyone I encountered were patient listening cheerful informative. The whole atmosphere of the shop was very busy and positive. I had other HD options but am so very glad I chose Teds!! They did Good!!!

Ted's has GREAT customer service! From the minute we walked in we felt taken care of, heard, and supported. We drove an hour to be sure to go to Ted's for this reason. Highly recommend all the staff, but, Joey and Sarah were exceptional!
