4/9/24 I was called about battery needing replaced, that was found during an oil change, as well as my husband called back, which we had replaced.There was another issue not mentioned, but was on report that customer did not want fixed, this was not even mentioned to either of us. My husband called next day and has not gotten a call back as of yet. This could be better!Car pick up and delivery to my work is a wonderful service!

Roberts quickly got my truck in after my water pump failed. Fixed it in a couple of days and runs great. Only problem I had is that my truck was covered in antifreeze after the pump failed and they didn t run it through their car wash. I spent over $2k and couldn t even get a car wash.

I ordered my new 2022 Ford F350 from Roberts Motors and it was a great experience. I recently had a need for service and had a very tight window of time that I could get it done. My service advisor, Justin Bland took the time to actually take a quick ride with me to hear this issue that I was having. He was then able to squeeze me into a rather busy schedule and take care of the situation. Hats off to the entire team. Thank you for a job well done.

Roberts Ford SERVICE Department is The BEST OF THE BEST!!!They have treated me and my Fords like I was the Most Important Client that they have had! They have Always been Pleasant and Very Nice!!! I honestly Don t know What or Where I d go for Great Service Especially from Shannon & Mike!!!

It was a great price, and worth the wait in the end, but 4 hours was too much.If I was to suggest Robert's Ford to anyone, I'd tell them not to listen to them about timing of the service, like to come in early before the appointment. Don't do it.There's a lot of younger guys that work there that didn't know enough about Ford Trucks like mine.They were good but if it took 4 hours ever again, I would never go back.

I was expecting to stay with my SUV for some warranty work they said could be 3-4 hours much to my surprise it only took an hour. The men working there were polite and kept me informed of what was happening.Waiting chairs could be more comfortable but all in all they give wonderful service.

Stood in service department for several minutes before I was waited on. As I drove up, lady outside smoking by the over head doors came in after i waited several minutes and asked if if she could help after seeing me drive up. I gave her my name, she typed it into the computer and asked if I had been here before. Later I received a call from a service advisor asked if I wanted my my tires rotated and balance which was on my appointment. Later, i received another call asking if I wanted air filter changed, the service advisor also stated my lug nuts were sworn and it would cost more if they were damaged on removing. Based on the poor service and trying to up sale me I will not be returning for anymore services.

Check engine light on our 2021 Expedition came on while visiting family in Alton. Despite a large backlog, Roberts got us in, diagnosed the problem and replaced the catalytic converter within two days. We were able to drive home to Colorado without having to worry about a more serious problem developing along the way.

Just started using Robert's after purchasing as used F150. Every visit has been great. Great service, friendly staff, nice waiting area. I would definitely recommend to anyone in the Alton area needing Ford service.

I live way out of town so I always have to wait for service. My appointment was at 9 o clock. They got me right in. They thought it might take a while, but it was finished rather quickly. It was a great experience.

I had spark plugs changed, fuel system clean, and the works oil change. I didn't wait. They gave me the plugs without me asking to see the shape of the existing plugs which I enjoyed seeing. The Advisor explained what was done.

We have been loyal customers with Roberts for years. There have been several times however when we have taken our vehicles to the service department and almost every single time there has been major inconveniences that cost US a significant amount of wasted time. There have been dealership keys left in our vehicle where we were then asked to bring back, there were mechanic tools left in the vehicle where again we were asked to bring back, we purchased new tires and went to pick up the car and two were completely flat because they forgot to put the caps on and then the pressure sensors also happened to go out at the same the same time. It s disappointing the amount of business we have given the dealership for these types of things to happen over and over.

Rude and unhelpful customer service. Went in to get a single fob key for a 14 Ford flex which you have to go through the dealership to get, and they told me I had to buy 2 to program them ( that came out to be a little over $400). Then they told me it would take a hour to an hour and a half, which was fine because I didn't have to be at work for 3 hours, which I explained to them. My wife called in about 2 hours later to see if we could come pick it back up because we walked home to which the lady she talked to said the mechanic got pulled off from programming the key but he was about to get back to it to finish it. Then we finally received a call that it was finished, and we could come pick it up after I was supposed to be at work. Then when we get the car back. Only one of the keys is programmed to the car, so I call to tell them that one of the 2 keys isn't working. So i brought up the question why i needed to purchase 2 fob keys to program them if one wasn't programmed, and the guy who told us it was only going to take an hour proceeded to tell me I asked for 2 keys (which never came out of my mouth) and that it only took barely an hour to do the job.. which is a complete lie and absolutely refused to take responsibility for the screw up and that I can bring it right back in to have it fixed. I would absolutely give this company negative stars if it was an option. He was very rude and disrespectful throughout the whole process. I have yet to return to have it fixed because it was such a bad experience. To be continued... and hopefully have the name of the employee who "helped" me..

I had a low tire pressure light on, swung into Roberts and Johnny Mac helped me immediately. He was so kind and wonderful to talk to while my truck was hooked up to the nitro machine. He got me taken care of and out of there in no time, and was a bright spot in my day!

I always take my car to Ford. They always do a great job on my Mustang. I love Ford. They are awesome. Also, I believe I got a free car wash this time.

I came into Robert's Ford Service Center located in Alton, Illinois to get the tire pressure sensor on my 2021 Ford F150 Lariat replaced. The first service technician I dealt with, (you know who you are,) was argumentative, condescending, insulting and even called me a liar when i was trying to explain how my tire pressure sensor went out. I was about to storm out never again to return when Justin Bland showed up. Justin Bland is the technician I have dealt with in the past and he listened, understood, helped me without argument and got my sensor replaced free of charge. I am giving Robert's Ford Service Center a 4 star rating because of Justin Bland and Justin Bland alone. Otherwise they would recieve my first ever 1 star review. If not for Justin Bland I would have left the service center and went straight to a Chevy or Dodge dealership and traded in my truck for one of theirs just so I wouldn't have to deal with the Service Department at Robert's Ford in Alton, Illinois ever again. Thankyou for all your help Justin, you're the best and from now on I will ONLY be dealing with Justin Bland if I ever need to go through the service department again and if ever Justin Bland leaves that service center I will be severing my relationship with Robert's Ford. Thank you, Justin, for all your help. Maybe moving forward Justin should teach a class to the other technicians at Robert's Ford Service Department on proper customer service and etiquette.
