The place is wonderful. I arrived at the service center and was welcomed. Mr Hauck done a great job checking me in and getting my vehicle looked due to appointments schedule. Where I have issue is that the tech didn't report back his analysis and after two hours I had to approach the service advisor to ask what was diagnose of vehicle. I can't believe what I was told took 2 hrs to figured out, on top of that I had to ask, to learn the part wasn't even stocked and needed to be delivered and that was gonna leave me without a vehicle.. For the life if you plan on keeping a person vehicle, they should of some option or advise them that it has to come back... communication be tech and advisor needed to be better... if I hadn't ask I would've be sitting there for hours

Our second time dealing with Quality. Toby Gates was a great salesman. He was very knowledge about the car we bought. He is available to assist us whenever necessary. I would recommend Quality to anyone looking for a Cadillac.

The entire service team is always extremely professional. I ve been going there for years, so most of them know me. Dave was instrumental and making sure that all my concerns and issues were taken care of. Great customer service!

They do great work. We re always pleased with their service.However, this time, after several weeks I had to call to see if the part was received. Now I called again and the part was there but no one called to schedule the installation. The part was originally available so it was not an issue of finding the part in stock.

First time there with this little CTS I bought my normal mechanic was just replacing stuff trying to figure it out. They had it in fixed on the first time but the kicker is I got it back. It was vacuumed and washed. All my oil changes and everything are getting done there from now on. It was nice getting my car back clean and ready to roll.

First time for service at Quality. Terry was wonderful. Part is on back order and he was honest that he couldn t say WHEN it would be in. Picking up my car, was shocked to find it had been wiped down and vacuumed. It s the little things that impress. I ll definitely be returning. This is how you re supposed to be treated. Great job Quality, you ve won a new customer!!!

I had a very positive encounter with Quality Cadillac. My alternator went out and I was out of town. Quality Cadillac service team got me in and out even thought they were very busy. I want to do a special thanks to David who took on my car, at the service department (I found out there were two of them ;) ). He was very upfront with me and told me (the cost), what he tried to do (call around to see if they had the part), gave me alternatives (which part is better, cheaper, had a warranty and how long it would take). After I made my decision he was able to squeeze me in and get me back on the road to my home and job. Thank you David!

Chris Jones is an excellent salesperson! We stumbled on the exact car we wanted on a Sunday walking through his lot. We called him the next Monday, as we live 3 hours away and completed our purchase over the phone and computer. The car was washed and ready for delivery at the agreed upon time. Paperwork was flawless and delivery experience was awesome!

Wife took caddy in for service and she was very pleased with it all. And since I m an over the road truck driver it makes me feel at ease that she can get it all done and I don t have to schedule a week day off for this. Thank you and thanks for washing my caddy as well

Tra Farrow was an excellent salesman. He made us feel comfortable and was thorough with showing us the details of the car. He was not pushy at all. He sold us on the XT6. We would recommend him as a salesman if you are looking for a new vehicle!

Ecstatic w our 24 Lyriq. Cannot believe it took GM 20 months to deliver, but Quality was there every step of the way. Great communication and support throughout the process. And GM was downright fair with extra incentives too. Thank you Wayne and team. Glad we chose you for the experience.

I had an 0830 appointment for service (oil change and intermittent airbag light). I dropped my vehicle off at approximately 0820. I came back to check on it around 1300 since I hadn t heard anything. I was informed that the shop was running behind and I still had 2 more vehicles in front of mine, to try back in a couple hours. I called and left a message around 1600. Finally, I just drove back to the dealership AGAIN. Thank goodness I did, because the shop was closing and I was never notified of anything during any point of the day. I guess I would ve learned that my vehicle was being kept overnight when I arrived and the place was closed! The service rep told me that they were able to complete the oil change but hadn t been able to look at the airbag light, 8 hours later

Very frustrating experience! Quality had my car for 8 weeks with very little communication. It is my understanding that there is a shortage on parts, but that is no excuse for not keeping the customer informed. In fact, my car sat finished for a whole week unbeknownst to us. Was told they left us a message (1 message?), but that was never received. Regardless, 1 phone call with no follow up call or text? I happened to call to check on the status of my car and was given this info. Very frustrated customer!

Great experience. A simple oil change and they solved some issues I thought would require another appointment, for no extra charge. They worked to squeeze me in knowing I was planning a road trip. Very happy.

For the last 10 years I ve traded & bought 3 vehicles through Quality! Brought them all here for maintenance work and have always been treated well. If I ever have an issue I just call David in collision, and know I m going to be taken care of!!

My family and I were in the market for a new vehicle. After a lot of searching and some unfortunate situations, we stopped by Quality Cadillac on a whim. Tra came out to help us. He was extremely accommodating, kind, and he wasn t pushy. I felt comfortable, informed, and confident in my purchase. Tra walked me through the entire process, from the in/out of the vehicle to the payment options. I highly recommend Tra and this company to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle. It s more of a family than a dealership.

The salesperson Tre was excellent. Down to earth, knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all of my questions. The finance manager was also excellent, exhibiting those same traits. I appreciate the unpretentiousness of the dealership.

I was looking for a new car due to the lease on my current car was coming to an end. I had no idea what I wanted. I decided to check out the Cadillac brand and decided on the 2024 CT4. My local dealerships didn't have anything to my liking, therefore I went online to search for a CT4 and came across Quality Cadillac. I inquired on the availability of a CT4 and requested actual pictures as the listing had none. Tra responded and every since he did, my experience with Quality Cadillac was everything I expected from a Cadillac dealerships. Tra not only provided pictures of the CT4, but also a video. Tra was very polite and not pushy. Since I lived in a different state, Tra answered all of my question and concerns about how the lease process would go. The Finance Manager Justin was equally as nice and worked out the delivery of my CT4. Tra went as far as making a mini tutorial video of my car showing me how to operate certain features. Tra also kept me up to date with the ETA. He absolutely went above and beyond and I appreciate everything he did. My CT4 got delivered to my home at the expected time. I was so excited when the car arrived. The car was clean inside and out. I mean not a spec of dust inside. It was just beautiful! The transport driver, Dan was polite and handled my car with care, and was nice enough to guide me while I pulled the CT4 into one of my garage doors as I was nervous. The whole online buying experience with Quality Cadillac was seamless and amazing. Thank you Tra!

I love Quality Cadillac. I don t care what area I m in, they re always pleasant, informative, and provide excellent service. They always reassure. me that everything is going to be done correctly with my car. My main reason for the visit today was just maintenance service. Terry Jackson and Matt did an excellent job, greeting me and taking care of the car. While there, I had some questions for Toby, my car salesman and he is also excellent took the time to explain and answer my questions. As I was leaving I passed David Wittman from the body shop. He remembered me greeted me.. Everybody there is just exceptional.
