Came through here with a car that I just bought. Danny helped me so much, she printed all my codes out and told me what they meant and let me use her tools to install a new battery! Great customer service!

This O'Reilly Store is awesome. Had to do some emergency repairs to our truck. They were amazing loaning us every tool imaginable. I ended up buying a full set of everything we used in order to repeat the repair if we needed to do it on the road. Great customer service and helpfulness earned them an extra sale of over $100 in tools.

I had been to this O'Reilly's store on several occasions and had been treated fine but today 11/26/22 the assistant manager Mr Keven was in a bad mood. He actually made me feel small/subhuman for what I saw was no reason at all. I called the store to see if the had a strut in stock because I ordered and paid for it from Auto Zone but they didn't know where it was in transit. A gentleman at O'Reillys confirmed they had it and would price match it. I get to the store and simply asked who was it I confirmed with because I didn't recall the name. From there it was embarrassing, Mr Keven told me, "It wasn't me!" with a tone that wasn't nice at all. I replied, "I was just letting you know that I verified this on the phone before I came and I spoke to a male here. There must be someone else here." Mr Keven told me again,, "I said it wasn't me the first time!" with a tone that again wasn't nice at all. He then went to another employee and began to whisper and by the smiles on their faces I could tell they were referring to me. Feeling terrible at this point I went to where they were and said, "I would be the first to apologize even though I don't know how we got here and if you don't want me to return to your store just let me know?" He said I could come back but ignored my apology and continued to look up his personal purchases comparing them to the employee that was also laughing at me. The young lady that helped me get my purchase was the best employee in the store, she defused the situation by being exceptional! She also told me he was sleepy and having a bad day. I think he'll past this behavior on to other employees being the assistant manager. It will tell them it's okay to be rude to customers! I have a commercial account with O'Reillys and other parts store but I've never been treated so poorly! I did inform customer service but I also want to warn anyone who goes there! Get

The manager Shawn isn t friendly. I expect better from someone in leadership.However, the young lady Danny, she s nice.

I love Oreillys. They always sell me the part I need and never try to upsell me. But sometimes it would be nice if they did so I wouldn't forget something as silly as coolant when I'm changing my thermostat out. Lol. Seriously though, they're great and knowledgeable and always willing to help me out if one of my ideas wasn't right.

Alex and Brandyn were awesome. Found us exactly what we needed in one trip. Both were parts that we would have had to order online and wait too long. We were able to get our car fixed that night since they worked so hard to find the last piece in store. Thanks again guys! We will be back!!

Love this place they re very efficient and don t just let you stay in there while they jabber jaw like AutoZone does. The prices are always very competitive and usually the cheapest one. The stores are clean and very organized and ergonomically correct to my stature.

The guys are nice but I had to pay for a special order that was only supposed to take 5 days.. when i went in on day 7.. they said the company they ordered it from lost it.. they then reordered and said it will take three days... that was 4 days ago.. it's been a total of 12 days on a 5 day shipping... Not happy this time around...

I know I can't speak for every O'Reilly's around but this place is the best the service is second to none the people greet you as you walk through the door there is someone always at the counter they always know what they're talkin about I'm pretty sure these people are like a class mechanics or something I don't understand is this a great place to go when you already having a bad day

I go to O'Reilly's out of convenience at times but as the reason why I stopped going there I went there several days ago and the service was horrible there was a black fellow waiting on people and there was other guys in the back never even come out and when they did they walk back ignoring everybody else wow customers waited and waited I like O'Reilly's but the customer service sucks.

The place I go for parts on most repairs I do on my car. It's a mustang so its a lot, always a nice knowledgable staff that are always very helpful with any questions I have.
