Don't use them much as I am a mechanic and do most of my work myself. However, I've had them do exhaust work on a few occasions, and i will say they are always professional and courteous. Their pricing is fair, and they have a very fast turnaround time. Both times I've used them, my vehicles were done the very next day.

Fantastic service. I scheduled an appointment for my brakes to be checked, even though I had no brake light on and didn t have any squeaking/squealing when braking over the past few weeks, my front passenger brake started grinding. When they got it in, I needed all four replaced. I m not a car person, so I don t know a lot about maintenance, but I m learning. There have been times over the years I ve taken my car in for new tires or tire rotation and have been chastised for something on my vehicle or something wrong with the tires. So I have hesitancy when taking my car in for service. I have to say, I never once had that feeling while having my car serviced here that day. I asked the manager about brake maintenance and he gladly told me about when I should have them looked at again to avoid another costly repair. I also appreciate that they stayed over to get my car done and back to me that day so I was not without a car, even with their busy schedule. Truly appreciate the work and will recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at Alton Meineke. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. He and the technician had my issue fixed fast and efficiently despite squeezing me in last minute between a full schedule of appts. I was treated fairly and given a choice of options for the most cost effective solution to my problem. I will definitely be back for all of my vehicle needs and will also spread the word to others to visit this particular location for their any vehicle maintenance/repair needs as well. Thank you again!

Blew me away with the prices! Dropped my old mechanic just after one visit. And they take CarSheild. That was one of my concerns but no worries. Thank Meineke. You've gained another customer.

Horrid service and lack of accountability. Took my jeep in to get a quote for some suspension work. Not only did it take two hours to run a suspension test, I was told the quote would be emailed to me and to this day I have yet to receive the quote. Although, that s not even the worst part. After getting my jeep back, I didn t even get a mile from the store when my front drivers side tire falls off leaving me stranded in the middle of Humbert road. When I called to tell them they forgot to properly attach my lug nuts, they refused to take responsibility and even said there s nothing that we did that could ve resulted in your tire falling off . After arguing over the phone, they finally sent someone to my location to tow the jeep back to the shop. After taking photos and sharing with them the visible damage to my rims and rotors as well as the fact I had no studs remaining on my wheel, they only offered to replace the studs for free. So I turned it over to insurance where they sent it to another shop to get a quote for the damage. After receiving the quote, the insurance ended up totaling the vehicle all because a MECHANIC couldn t figure out how to correctly put on a tire.

Great experience!! Brought my car in yesterday after making an online appointment and despite there being a glitch in the system that wasn t supposed to let anyone make appointments, they squeezed me in. Looked at my car, found the problem, discussed it with me, told me my options and the cost. While fixing the whole problem would ve cost me a few thousand, they said it would be sufficient enough at this time to just do the basic repair, which cost me far less and could last anywhere from 6 months to a 2 years. I approved the basic repair and left with my car a few hours after coming in. I greatly appreciated the friendlyness, honesty and straightforwardness I received. If I had taken to the dealership it would ve cost me a fortune even to fix the basic issue. Thank you for your amazing service, I will definitely come back!!Service: Auto exhaust system repair

I had my brakes done a year ago, they tightened the Lugnuts too tight to where when I need a tire changed, they broke the Lugnuts off. The tires and wheels have not been off my vehicle since I put the brakes on, so I know it was them. They have made no effort to try and make it right or take accountability. Although they are trying now, they lack the tool that they say is backorder and has been for three months. Now they said they need to drill the stems or whatever they are out and replace them. They ve made no mention of discounting the cost to me due to their negligence. They simply are now waiting for another tool that ll arrive in one week which is some type of special drillbit. And that it will cost me approximately $150 for them to do it. The best part of the local Meineke crew is Doug, who has gone out of his way to assist me in transportation from home and back when I have to leave my vehicle.

Even though their internet was out preventing them from accessing a lot of their database they were able to help us get our car up and running. My car has been worked on 5 times for the same simple problem. They kept my car for two weeks during the holidays . Yet the problem is still happening. My car sounds like a motorcycle, they touched my engine and didn t need to. They ignored my friend when he questioned what was on the paper of them working on and wasn t ever a problem. It is now January 28th 2024 and the belt is back the screeching and making loud noises. They are unprofessional they hung the phone on me when I called almost everyday trying to see what was taking long. I kept getting the run around. I had to report them to corporate yet nothing got done. They said they were waiting on some bracket for my car but the paper work doesn t even show a bracket being placed on more car nor the new serpentine belt or tension that was suppose to have been replaced for the 5 time. They are horrible people can t give you answers when you ask, they lie to you about everything. I am going forth with sueing them Never go to meineke.Service: Oil change

I was referred to this location by a friend of mine. She spoke very highly of Teddy. Teddy was very thorough with the information given to me. I will definitely be back to get any future repairs done. Shoutout to the whole team! You guys rock!

If I could give this place a zero star I would. First off, the whole vibe there was just bad. I felt uneasy and the fact it took them 2 hours to change two tires is just one of the things I could ve looked past. But then it took them 30 mins for them to give me my keys after it was done. I had to go back twice because they forgot to put something back on the tire. I went to Walmart to get my tires balanced because after getting my tires done there was major amounts of shaking. Walmart then proceeded to tell me whoever put on my tires put them on inside out. How this is possible from a tire place is crazy. I will never go back here nor will I tell anyone else to go there. I should ve stuck to Walmart. Sucks I paid so much for horrendous service.

I went in for an oil change and asked them to rotate the tired. After 1.5 hrs they said it was done. I had marked the tires to make sure they had rotated them . They did NOT. I questioned them and they tried to lie about it. I would not recommend them.

I have been coming to Meineke for many years and I have never been let down. The techs are professional and knowledgeable! They always let me know what the issue is and provide excellent service! I would like to give a shout out, Kudos, to Brandon Weyhaupt!!! This man does phenomenal work and never quits until all issues are resolved!! I highly recommend Brandon Weyhaupt for taking care of your needs!!!

They damaged my wheel on my Jeep I called I went up to show them the damage they told me someone would call me back on Saturday I have not heard from anyone I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau I would not use this place again very disappointed. I do not appreciate being ignoredGot a call yesterday, meet with Gary Deuker, this morning. I was told by him he has a life of his own and offered to show me pictures of the Lake of the ozarks. He is also the yard man. First class general manager!!! the owner offered to pay 1/2 . Two weeks ago and then disappeared. Always get good service from Meineke!I have been taking my vehicles, for brake work for several years and I've always been happy with the service.doing brakes in a driveway ,blows! Take your vehicle to Meineke . They'll make sure you don't get dirty and busted back and knees.Thanks Meineke!

The guys at the Meineke shop I went to were decent but I took it there to quiet down the exhaust and fix the AC. After about 2 weeks, 2 visits and over $1500 later I have a quieter car but a broken AC unit still. Not much better off in my opinion. But for another $1000 they will replace the AC compressor. My car is a 2005 and hardly worth the money I already spent. Not sure how many people would be happy with that.Services: Auto exhaust system repair, Auto A/C recharge

Not only did they discover the problem in a very short amount of time they completely fix the problem. They were very thorough in making sure my car was in the best condition. Service was great, worked with me and even helped with financing when my warranty and insurance both failed when needing transmission replacement! So personable, like visiting with family when you wait. There was a list of things wrong with the car. Meineke was able to fix it and give it back to me within a timely manner. It drives better than it did when I first got it. Meineke is the only place I go to for my car needs. They were awesome. Very polite and respectful when I came in, was able to help me the same day, and was upfront on the issue. I appreciate that he worked to get me out the same day so I could get on the road since I had to drive up to Chicago. I called first thing in the morning. Needed my breaks fixed. I was able to get an appointment for 2. When we arrived they had a call off and asked if we could come tomorrow. But I was helping my daughter move and we needed my car. My daughter ran into serval road blocks in her move and I did not want to let her down((My husband changed the pad but had issues with the caliper)) the gentleman who seer our appointment said come back in an hour and I will personally do them after I told him the story of my kiddo. He didn t have to do that but cared enough to give great customer service! Much appreciated for going above and beyond. We are able to get her all moved in. Thank you!!Service: Auto brake repair
