After taking my tire off they told me and showed me I had a bent rim. They said to go to their other location nearby. As I pulled away I hear a strange noise snd asked them about it. They said there was a plastic piece rubbing my tire and didn't seem concerned about it. I don't know anything about cars so I trusted them that it wasn't an issue. Well my tire exploded a couple miles down the road. Be warned: THEY WILL LET YOU DRIVE AWAY IN AN UNSAFE CAR.

Prices are great! Service sucks. Been here for 45 minutes, 2 cars have left and they are helping people who got here after other people. Only like 2 people chaging tires the rest just walking around talking.

Had purchased tires on wheels from a third party, brought to Cheapies on Broadway and they swapped all five (Jeep) for $20! Rode home great! Will be back and would recommend!

It may be a Lil bit of a rough place but service is great. Everyone here works hard as they can. Careful with wheels even my big expensive 35x12.50r24s. You want it done right and save money give them a shot.

I bought tires here 4 times. Every time the tires leaked and I had to put air in them every other day. Lug nuts were put on so tight we could not get them off. Go to Willys, better tires and better service!

Been coming to this place for over ten years, usually always treated great which is why I would give them all my business. Normally always very personable, knew the owners on a first name basis they have always talked to me or at least say hello. Walked right past me three times today without even saying hello. I bring them a lot of business from St Louis being that my whole family wholesales cars and have turned all my referrals business to them for years. This time I was there I waited 2 hours I was getting my own tires put on and getting a tire from them they told me they had plenty to pick from once they finally got to me they told me they had one tire left in my size and it was a horrible tire almost had no tread left that they sold me and charged me more than double what they usually did and after the owner walking past me multiple times never even saying hello, charged more then double, talked to me like i was trash, I will never return here again or give them any type of referral. Very poor business, makes you feel like your just a number or nuisance.

I have a difficult tire size to find, and they had one for me. Even swapped out another bad tire for my spare when I drove away and realized I had another bad tire on top of the one that had blown. Fast and knowledgeable

I have been getting tires from these guys for my last three cars . I usually buy $40 tires that match and they last anywhere from one to two years. The only time I had to replace one early was because I had a nail in one.The workers are usually friendly , they move pretty fast and seem to know exactly what they are doing. The only issue is having to wait your turn because so many people are there at the same time.

Worst device imaginable. Price is cheap but you will spend your life waiting for them to get to you. Is your life worth a few dollars? I suggest finding a different shop. Willie s just down the road or Walmart will help you much quicker. If you have a busy schedule and need to get things done in the same day stay far away from Cheapies because they are also slowies. You will wait an eternity. I was here two hours for a tire patch.

Used tires, great service. Tires are in good shape and last, so if you are on a budget and can't afford new tires for your car, give cheapies a try, you won't be disappointed.

Staff was great, very professional the way they do it now, with the as soon you pull up a person walks up tells you when and not to move up, that used to be bad you pull up and sit there waiting then someone pull off broadway and pull right in get worked on, but my right side shakes now when at highway speeds but not sure if it's from tires I had them put on or something on my car

There were only 2 customers. Myself and another gentleman. The man had been there over an hr waiting to be waited on. It took them 45 mins to get to us. They had us move our car 4x within this time though.

They even let me go back and pick out my own tires. Good people, good prices. Highly recommend Cheapies Tires!!

THEY WILL GIVE YOU DRY ROTTED TIRES AND THEN SAY YOUR RIMS ARE BENT AND TRY TO GET YOU TO BUY NEW ONES DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! They will take your money and screw you over

I sat at this shop for 2 hours for a tire replacement just to be told they don t have my tire size! The guy who checked me in never checked to see if they had the size tire I needed and wasted 2 hours of my time and my tire still wasn t replaced! I will never visit this shop ever again.

DO NOT GO HERE. If you want a tire from 1997 that will blowout at 75mph and damage the body of your vehicle, this is your place!This was my 1st and last time going there.Willie's is way better. At least they inspect their tires before selling them.

Sell gd tires do gd work had to go back because the tire was still going down fixed it with no questions no charge an also did extra work on it

Careful buying tires here, they are most likely stolen from a reputable tire store and sold to them. They will knowingly buy stolen tires for resale.

This place has the worst customer service I ever seen the workers was just standing smoking cigarettes and on there phones while we sat for 35 min for service and then we still didn't get any worker to come and ask us if we needed help....this place is horrible

If you end up here.... Get Shawn Sherwood to do your tires..... This place is amazing because of him! Otherwise your experience might not be the best, so if you want a great tire tech and good customer service, go with the best and I promise you will leave happy!

Needed 2 tires and it was a bit of an emergency. They were packed, and it took until they closed to get done, but they had what I needed and at a great price. The staff was also very friendly.

Go when you're not in a rush. It's first come, first serve. Good tires are lower than normal prices, for used tires.
