Their website says they'll "detail" your car. I really thought that meant "detail". It doesn't. I finally got my vehicle washed there, got the "best" package deal and ended up a pretty lousy job. Definitely not worth the money.

I love Auto Butler but some days are better than others. I usually get the Wheel Deal but this time I sprung for the Butlers Best because I wanted to test their ultimate potential. It was decent but I wouldn't name it Butlers Best if it's not going to be the absolute best wipe down. I had to go home and do some things on the inside but overall decent job for the price. I'll still come back because it's nice to still be able to get full service but I'll stick to Wheel Deal if I'll end up doing some of the work myself anyhow. But great team of guys. Quality work with a smile.

The first time ever here was today. It will also be the last time. $42 to get a $10 wash. The car had lots of dirt on the lower part, obviously showing bad equipment. With all missed on bottom, there is no way they could have done under treatment that was supposed to be part of the package.Plus, the windows had lots of dirt that was on them. They were supposed to be cleaned.It ok that I wasted money on this business, but it would be foolish to ever waste money on them again

Went here to get my K9 unit cleaned after a week of training. I called ahead and explained the condition of the car and K9 cage and asked for a quote. I was quoted 32.00 for the job. Sfter the cleaning was finished and they released my car to me I observed the car to still be a mess the floors were dirty and the cage was still muddy. Upon speaking with the manager I was quickly dismissed saying that its 64.00 for my job and since I only paid 32.00 I only got a wipe down.

Took my truck in for just a regular wash. Truck hasn't been washed in a few months. They did an awesome job cleaning it all up and looking nice. Please keep in mind these guys work for tips. They got a good one from me.

Could have been better. I still had bugs on my rear view mirrors and the front of my car that they didn't get off. I still had scuff marks on my door on my driver side. My windshield was pretty streaked when driving home towards the sunset. I paid for the most expensive cleaning and I feel like I got the middle of the road.

I was skeptical at first because of the price of Butler Best. I went the monthly route. The more I take it the better it gets. Nice people. ITS WELL-WORTH IT !!!!!

Paid $42 for service dirty spots, no fragrance, inside windows still dirty and rear floor only half cleaned. Could have paid less and done better my self at self service. Will not go back

I'm new in town and I feel like that played a part here. I paid for the Butler service plus the dashboard wipe down, $67 to be exact. I was very disappointed with the service of my vehicle. They gave me a basic car wash, nothing special. The windows were still dirty inside and out. The carpet was visibly dirty (I could pick up particles from the carpet). The car was physically dripping with water when they finished servicing. The bug stains were still on the car, etc. I got much better service from the $10 car wash down the road. I won't be back here again. I was considering the express oil change service attached to the car wash. Based on the level of service at the car wash, I don't think I'll be getting an oil change there either.Services: Polishing, Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

Good place to take your car to get it cleaned on the inside and outside! My only complaint, well not complaint. It can get a little pricey if you want certain things. But overall it gets the car clean and service is good

$67 car wash and there are streaks all over the interior windows and bugs on the exterior. Picked up my mats when I got home to find no one had vacuumed underneath. Paid to have my mats cleaned - but I guess vacuuming under the mats was probably extra. I could have gone to gorilla wash down the road for $10 and get a better wash on my car. An extra $9 for wheel deal and didn t notice any difference on my tires than a normal wash. I feel like I got scammed at this place.

The inside of the vehicle was not cleaned to the level I expected. The floor mats were not removed. The winter mats were still completely dirty. Dashboard had streaks where they missed. Completely missed the back window. The final straw was the door jams were completely filthy especially the kick plates. I handed my card to the young kid with a tip and did not even get a thank you. I did call in to complain about the experience but then I get a young person telling me to come back and we will vacuum it out with an attitude. Extremely frustrating!!! I will not be back and I am sure I am not the only one that is less than happy with this car wash!Services: Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming

I paid for the service that was over $60 and they didn t do anything but dust the windshield and vacuum. The door frames aren t clean, the back of the seat wasn t wiped off, hell the back seat wasn t even wiped off. The windows still had spots on them, the place where your gear shift is still dirty as well. For $65 this car shouldn t have to get cleaned additionally by me or anyone else. I ll wait another five years to go back. Nothing has changed service wise, they lack quality.Services: Polishing, Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

Paid 38 bucks because I really wanted a good cleaning. The passenger door had streaks running down it, dashboard full of dust, seats weren t touched and no vacuuming under the seats or the trunk. When I asked if he would wipe off the streaks on the door he said we don t usually do that, this is a car wash lady. Waste of money!!! DONT go there.Service: Scratch removal

They were to clean front seat and back seats and mats and window. Missed spot on back seat and a lot of over spray on dash area where now it s spotted. Took back today still has spots not happy after what I paid. Need to take more time wiping down if you detailing . Seats were better if it wasn t for the back spot they missed and over spray that messed up my car

Got my car detailed, inside and out. My son had chocolate milk that unknowingly spilled a little on my back seat floor. After paying an ungodly amount of money to have this done (I had the floors and seats shampooed and a deodorizing treatment done, plus the outside. Basically charged the most expensive package for every option they offer). After picking my car up, I realize the one thing I specifically told them I was there for (chocolate milk on the floor)...there is still a bunch of it there. On top of that, there are still a ton of dead bugs on my front grill. It looks like I can just take a washcloth and clean it all off, if i wanted to, but that is what i paid them to do because I work almost 7 days per week and do not have time. I went back 2 days later when I had time after work and asked if they could fix it. The girl took down my name and number, understood my frustration, and said a manager would call me the following day when they came in. It is over a week later, and still no call. Apparently they think it is good business to just take people's hard earned money and not provide the services paid for. Never again will I go there, nor refer anyone to them either. I also found 2 small dents on my driver side door by the handle that I know for a fact were not there before, but cannot prove that it came from them.

Spent $125 here to get it cleaned on the inside. Long story short my friend puked in my car, they got pretty much the smell out and the stains out on the seat and floor board. They however didn t do the ceiling or seat belt. Not highly disappointed but I paid quite a bit and didn t receive the complete service.

They get a 3 from me. I have been going here for years. They generally do good work. They often forget to clean my sunroof and the window is usually a little smeared but better than when I went in. After leaving after my last visit I noticed my passenger floor mat missing. I called them to get it back and they never returned my call. Nice to have a car less than a year old with less then 10k miles on it missing a floor mat.

Went in for the 40 dollar butlers best wash. Left with a car that still had a dirty dash, door panels, center console and floor mats that were given 0 attention. All this paired with a 30 minute wait. I urge anyone looking for a car wash to go elsewhere as I think a 4 year old could do a better job.

Our car needed an oil change and detailing. After looking at All the services they do, we decided I would take the car in Thursday August 6 2020 around 10:30ish (which by the way was Not busy nor was it a Hot day) for an Oil change (that came with a free wash) which we paid a little extra so the inside of tires would be cleaned from debri/brake dust etc and then followed by a hand wax. For the price they charge We were not happy with the DETAILING. I was told would take about an hour to detail when I called them and that is what the lady told me. I do have her name but I will not put it in this bad review. The Detailing only took 10 maybe 15 min. The glass still had Water Spots and so did the paint. The reason for the Hand wax was to get rid of Water marks. Anyhow the door jams/frame wasn t wiped cleaned was dirty, still marks on front of car from dead bugs. Now we are looking elsewhere to get a Better detail job and will not take our hard earned money. The only person so far that was courteous is the Older African American who gives you ticket in car wash section.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. When I called for an inquiry about their different service packages they offer (like it literally says on their website) and the lady was extremely rude and seemed to not care about her job at all. I asked how much a service would be (that was on their website but it says contact for current price ) and her reply to me was: I don t know, I don t do our website like okay? Do you know anything about the current company you re working for? I will not be coming back.

Service was good and the staff was friendly. A bit overpriced, back home (Texas) the works is about $25 here it was $36. Guys did a good vacuum job after I told him I'd tip him well ($10 each)if he got most of the dog hair out, they did and I was happy.

Much more pleased with the outcome of my car this time. They had to send it back through to get all of the bug juice off but we're more than happy to do so. Did a pretty good job of cleaning up the inside as well.

$36 for the butlers best? If dirty floor mats and the dash not being wiped off is the best then it s a rip-off. I feel that I would ve come out just as well for the $17 wash. You ll be lucky if I come back. If I do, I will inspect before I give another tip much less the $12 tip I gave this time. I could ve hired a neighborhood kid to do a better job on the inside of my vehicle and saved some money. Very disappointed in the quality of service.

Will not return to this place! I have been using Auto Butler for 8+ years and prior to today was pleased with the service, but thought that it could be more reasonably priced.That being said, I had the oil changed in my car and got the Butler's best wash as well When I got home I realized that they hadn't done the wheels which was included. Because I was going out of town for work I didn't have time to return, it snowed for 2-3 days while I was in Virginia and when I returned home last night and went there today to see if they would honor their "48 hour " policy the lady there had an attitude and said that the policy is a clean car for 48 hours It freaking snowed for more than 48 hours so how does that make sense I'm sure that they weren't open when it was snowing. Won't be returning with my Company vehicle or anything else and will not be recommending them any longer. Maybe be more specific about your 48 hour policy and maybe replace old woman with the attitude!
