Ashley Carter here just received my new car 2014 Nissan rouge and when I say the experience was everything I mean that with all my heart ! AJ & Justine both did a FANTASTIC JOB & I appreciate them so much made my car experience amazing being a female buying a car most people would try to get over but they care and so genuine. Needed a car in a hurry, that wouldn't break the bank for our son. These guys kept it up front and honest about the vehicles they had in our price range. Great experience! Will definitely refer others to them and revisit if ever need.

Do not buy from this place. I bought a truck from them where it was completely rusted on the frame the mechanic I took it to the next day said they should have never sold it to me it will not pass safety at all. I try to contact him to ask him to refund me or give me another vehicle they hung up on me got ahold of the Attorney General they said that they should negotiate something with me. I contacted them again and try to ask him and they hung up on me again and now I'm blocked. They are not trying to be reasonable and they're just trying to take your money

Best dealer I ve ever EVER met! His name was AJ.He gave up the car fax immediately. I didn t even have to request it which is hands down the best thing a dealer can do. He was understanding, offered help with repairs before driving away or even within the next couple of days because of a specific concern with the dash. They were extremely fairly priced and while he did make one whoops on the registration he made it right and fixed it.The truck did end up needing a new shift link within the first month but it wasn t anything crazy. The link was just frayed a bit was something small and easily missed. There are def occasions when these things just happen. It appeared like he knew his vehicles decently well and overall I 100% suggest going to this guy. He s not a puke like some dealers.5 stars! And def sharing with my friends

We needed a more reliable vehicle for our son. Didn t really want to finance so looked for something cash within our budget. Came across Aaron and Family Motors in Alton. Good selection of vehicles and outstanding customer service. Our son has been driving around in his new (to him) 2010 Nissan. Zero issues and he loves it.Aaron is great to work with. Best used car experience I've ever had. Sales guys were very helpful, honest and up front about vehicle quality, didn't try to upsell the car on every small detail. Sold me a good car for a very reasonable price, definitely going back for my next vehicle.

I was pleasantly surprised with this business. I am a female who went to a car lot alone! The staff is very nice and friendly. The owner is knowledgeable and willingly to work with customers. This is the best car buying experience that I have ever had. I am very happy that I bought my new car from this car lot. I honestly can't say enough good things about this place.

Hands down one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had! Arron and Justin did an amazing job helping my family find a used vehicle. Very professional, respectful, and very knowledgeable. They got all kinds of inventory at all kinds of prices and they were able to give me a great deal on an older car. I highly recommend going there. Went to lot on a Sunday. Left message for call back. Called them on Tuesday afternoon only to be told sorry I don't have time I am with a customer. I can send you a text link and you can go check it out on the website. I wanted info on 4 in buy now lot and 1 in finance lot asking miles , price verification on 2 that didn't have it on the windows and did the ac work. Was told to come check it out for myself. My car was broke. Husband at work and my car died right before 4th ot July. Had cash to spend and guess I needed to spend it somewhere else.

Plain and simple , guys are honest and fair. Had spoke on the phone and the owner explained price and process over the phone and it was exactly that. Also has some great employees that work there. Will always come back. We family now.

Absolutely amazing customer service! Every staff member including the owner was very helpful. Great inventory of used cars. It was my first time buying a car from a dealership and they by far made it the best experience! I bought a 2011 Kia Sorento and it is by far the best car ever! Has everything I need and more! recently bought a 2005 Nissan Maxima from here for a very good price! I would say all of their cars good conditions and good price! the staff was amazing felt a huge amount of trust and honesty and not just someone trying to sell you something more like passion for their customers and what they do! very quick and laid back too! They allow you to test drive the vehicle too! They even washed my car when we were filling out paperwork! Honestly the best place Ive ever been to buy a car! It wasn t a headache with these guys it was a relief! So thank you to family auto motors! We love the whip! 10/10!!!!!
