I have always had wonderful service at this store. Chad was super nice in helping me to decide the best windshield wipers for my car. He educated me on the difference kinds of wipers. He also installed them on my car. This simple little gesture goes a long way.. They continue to help me build my trust in them. Thanks

I didn't actually even go here but since Google thought I did I figured I don't have anything bad to say about the place or the service and that deserves 4 stars.Last time I was there they were helpful but that was last year.

Ordered a lower control arm bump, last part needed to get truck back on road and go-to work tomorrow. I called at 7 pm to see if it arrives, they said yes it came in at 3pm (of which yesterday I was told they would call when it arrived). I got pick it up and it is NOT a bump it is a control arm bushing! Then they tell me that because it is now after 6 pm they won't be able to get it til Friday. Had they called me at 3 when it arrived they would have been able to correct their mistake and had it delivered by tomorrow so now I have to miss 2 more days of work over their mistake!

This store is awesome! They are always so helpful. Shawn went above and beyond to help my husband and me when our oil dipstick broke off. Highly recommend shopping here!

We were waiting in line waiting for a employee to help us, then someone walked around us and a employee just started helping him. I was shocked because I had been waiting for a while. I thought the battery we bought was a bit high in price. The gentleman that took care of us was Professional and knowledgeable!

I came in the other night after traveling from oklahoma with a bad battery. I finally made it back into town and stopped in. Jason was an excellent help and understood that it had been an exhausting day for me and installed the battery no questions asked. Im glad to see him working for advance now. Highly recommend.

This location actually has a few knowledgeable employees. Go see billy, he is a talker but will get you right!!!!!

Awesome service, as long as you talk to the right people. I think I heard some older guy say something in an attempt to get the most money out of us, while the younger guy actually gave us some good advice and nice parts for a reasonable price.

One stop shop for any aftermarket parts I can't find online or accessory parts. Staff and managers and friendly helpful and are knowledgeable no run-arounds with these parts guys !

Advanced in Alton is my favorite auto parts store. They have the nicest most helpful employees of any auto store I have ever been too. Definitely my first choice.

There's a place to go to get what you need needed to turn signal bulb and they had it reasonably priced

When the sign says "open" I expect you to be open, or at least be sympathetic when you aren't.... Don't smile at me as you turn the light off....
