Very rude staff, " the alignment guy" at least.... I called to get an estimate on a simple brake pad replacement and tire rotation, couldn't even speak without the guy cutting me off in a rude tone. Then was told he wasn't able to give me an estimate without making me drive out there for him to look at my truck first? For brake pads and a tire rotation? Lol won't be bringing my money there.

Always makes customer feel very important. Quick to put you at ease and explain everything clearly and concise.Will use them again.
