Diagnosed and fixed a problem on our car that the dealer kept saying was a non-issue. Dan and Chris are awesome and you can tell they love what they do. An excellent local, family owned, independent business. Thank you guys for your help!

Great Service and very honest work and quotes.Had a ball joint problem that I called Dan about and he was very honest and upfront about costs and what the extra costs could be if a problem occurred while fixing it.In the end it thankfully was the only problem and I was right back on the road!

We had some really bad storms the other night and I unfortunately got a blown tire from it. Managed to get a spare on to drive to Teson's. I had called ahead and they were already so welcoming even on the phone about coming in right away to get it checked out. They were wonderfully communicative throughout the check and evaluation of the tire and rim and what I would need. Very friendly and prompt with info. Highly recommend!

This is our first time coming here. Got a coupon in the mail and thought we d try it. Well we ve found our go to garage going forward. Did what they needed to do at a fair price. Very friendly and professional.

I found my new auto shop. Teson got me in quickly, fixed the problem efficiently, gave me several helpful tips with other issues, and even fixed something on the car last-minute at no charge. Chris was amazing. He seemed to know everyone who came in while I was there and took extra time to make sure everyone had a great experience. I can see why they have so many great reviews!

So happy to have found a reliable mechanic shop near my home. They replaced front brakes, installed LED headlights and replaced turn signal. This isn't my 1st time going to Teson Automotive & there is a reason for that. I know I can trust them! They are not working off of commission & just trying to sell me things that are not wrong with my vehicle. They have great communication, I will know what is wrong with my car & ask for approval before they start on any job. They also finish in a timely manner. My daughters car didn't pass emissions so I will be taking her car in very soon to get her back to passing.

They were fully booked because everybody wants to travel for Thanksgiving, but when they saw how unsafe to drive my car was (bad tie rods) they made room for me to fix my car, as I would otherwise be unable to even go to work. Plus, taking advantage of the fact that my car was going to be at the shop, I asked them asked then to do a bunch of other non-emergency stuff that I had been putting off, and they were happy to fulfill all my requests. There was one small issue that wasn't that big of a deal, and I could have simply left my car there until it was solved, but I needed my car back ASAP to get to work, and since the owners know I would have to leave work early Mon-Fri to make it in time to their shop before they close, they told me I could take my car for now and they'd be willing to personally come in on a day where they would otherwise be closed so they could fix the one little issue. That's something which I don't think many shop owners would be willing to do, and I gotta say, I really appreciated that. I'm nothing but grateful. Highly recommend these guys. Clearly, customer satisfaction is their priority, and they will go all the extra miles to prove it. Thank you so much Chris and Dan, and your whole crew.Service: Steering & suspension replacement

Honest Friendly ServiceI took my 2008 Ford Edge to them for repairs and they were great! They explained all my options and got me back in my vehicle quicker than I thought and at a fair price. They evaluate your vehicle as if it was their own and tell you what needs to be fixed because it is a safety issue and which things are going to need to be repaired soon but can wait for now. I truly trust their recommendations and will be taking my vehicles to them from now on.

Unexpectedly, the engine was running on H after a short trip in the early afternoon. Being just a few miles from the shop, I went there to find out the problem. Chris did a variety of tests on the hot vehicle but could not find the immediate problem. The problem was discovered once the car was on the rack. The water pump had failed. The pump was last replaced at 56,000 miles, and the vehicle now has 102,000 miles. So I got good mileage on that pump. I got a loaner so that I could take my mother to her medical appointments while my vehicle was being serviced. The parts arrived the next day, and the vehicle was completed the following day.Services: Auto water leak repair, Auto engine diagnostic

Took my vehicle into the shop because of some check engine light codes. The shop did a great job discussing the options that could be done. We started with the cheaper options but my vehicle had some major issues. I ended up trading the vehicle in for a new one. I do appreciate the work this shop does and the honesty they give. I do recommend trying them out and I will plan on coming back to them whenever I have some issues in the future.

Replacement of stolen catalytic converter and damaged exhaust pipe. Couldn t be more satisfied with the care given to fixing my car in a very timely manner. These guys seem like the real deal. Took in my accord which I usually do the brakes on myself, they confirmed it needed brakes front and back and battery was losing life. My car has 142K miles, they could have pretended there was more but they didn't. Brakes, oil change and 99 point inspection out the door for a very reasonable price. Guys were super cool.

So after getting tired of dealing with Firestone as my usual go-to place for repairs and hearing that my girl friend really liked going here, we've both started coming here for repairs and advice about our vehicles.They've put on new rims for me which Firestone refused to do due to my tires being slightly old (6 months of very little driving due to covid), plus they've inspected both my Avalanche and my GF's Jeep without even charging us for inspections. This just blew my mind.Thanks to them, we both replaced our vehicles due to their advice, (New F-150 & Passport) brought vehicles for inspections from the dealerships (Again for inspections) and again they didn't charge us. I really need to do something nice for these guys as they went out of their way to make time for us during a busy day. While I hope other people don't see this as a way to try to take advantage of this place, they were kind enough to help us out multiple times for various things. I swear I'll drop off coffee and donuts one day!But they've been a pleasure to deal with and will definitely come here for any repairs or upgrades from here on out. Fortunately it won't be soon as we both have new vehicles now, but I would recommend them to anyone. Work has been great and they're really down to earth, good guys.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Very knowledgeable staff, excellent service. They were able to make repairs that our local Honda dealership didn't fix properly. All work was explained in detail and I felt the charges were reasonable.

We have been going to Teson's for several years now. Both of our vehicles have had several repairs done on them. We have never had any problems with any of the repairs. Teson's has always been honest, reliable, and fair priced. We would never take our vehicles anywhere else. We recommend them to our friends and family when they need repairs.

I have a 2005 Honda Accord with 130,000 miles and a check engine light. I brought it into the shop to hear the dreaded news that it was time for a new car, but after extensively checking everything they told me it wasn't anything catastrophic and $300 later I am still driving my car. The staff at Teson was not only friendly and professional but went above and beyond by cleaning up my battery terminals to make sure there was a good connection. Customer for life

Very good place for all of your vehicle repairs. Family owned, the staff is,very friendly and ASE certified, very professional, and knowledgeable. Prices are very reasonable. Give them a try .
