Clean and complete service. Coupon made it a fair value for a full synthetic oil change service. I bring my own Mazda Oil Filter... Would be nice to get a small discount for that as the shop is not using their stock and the vehicle mfg wants their filter to be used for the turbo engine. Not a big deal... Just would be nice.

I had my oil changed here a few hours ago. Unfortunately, after hearing a grinding noise coming from under my car, I discovered part of my skid plate was hanging and dragging on the road. It appeared a zip tie had been holding it in place. Similar issue as another reviewer has posted. I'm disappointed since this was a seemingly efficient oil change option.

I went in for an oil change and the service was awesome! I was out of there in less than 20 minutes but they also changed the air filter. The gentlemen there were extremely nice and explained everything thoroughly. I definitely will go back and highly recommend them.

A bit pricey. The gentleman who serviced my car was very informative and helpful. They were all super friendly! Was able to stay in my car. Done in 10 minutes. I appreciated the 10$ coupon i was given. The gentleman did adjust my total today as I was in shell shock. I m used to 60$ oil changes. This was a hard pill to swallow. They were 30$ more. I would go back for the convenience and discounts.

Very efficient and quick. My family has been going here for years and they treat us great every time. They go as far to check everything and go above and beyond. They work with prices and get you the best deal possible. The Techs are thorough and friendly. Great staff. I was in and out! Hello , goodbye it was fairly simple. I take all my cars there now. I especially love it when some the workers play the old school rock and roll when they re working on the car!!!

I love the customer service workers and they are fast also there is no long line wait. You are in and out with no delay and the prices is just right and there are discount on your oder come on through the Strickland Brothers they treat you like family.

Came here while in from out of town. Was referred here by a family member. Don t have a single complaint, amazing service, quick, friendly and explained everything they were doing! Along with that, they gave price break down on each step and asked without any pressure! I highly suggest this place to everyone! Thank you again.

Best oil change place in the Algonquin area. Aside from the fact that they do good work and focus on doing their job with "old world" values, they don't do the usual high pressure sales tactics. No intimidation or rudeness, just good business, polite and friendly.

Amazing customer service! Fantastic fast oil change! Felt terrible to make them work in the heat, but so grateful they were there! I asked if it would be possible for them to replace missing tire valve caps, and told them I was willing to pay for them, Frank, the manager, possibly owner, quickly told me there would be no charge, and that they would take care of it I was in a hurry after the oil change was finished and drove off and shortly after I left, Frank called to apologize for missing the caps and offered for me to come by anytime and they would throw them on for me at no charge. Seriously it felt like the type of service I ve only ever dreamed over seeing an old Time movies give this place a chance 8+ plus all the stars, they should get all your business!

Highly recommend Strickland Brothers, Algonquin!! Frank and staff were so accommodating, knowledgeable and kind. I don t know much about cars and he explained everything so thoroughly and was so patient. Only place I ll go now to get oil changes, etc.
