Service Dept is incredibly unfriendly and they NEVER return any of your calls. Went into the service Dept tonight after I called and the girl confirmed that it was ok to stop by to have my tire sensor turned off. When I first arrived , there was 2 gentleman at the service desk of which both of them completely ignored my arrival until I finally approached Jamal I believe his name was, who was clearly not happy to see me. Once I mentioned to him what the problem was he stated that he doesn't have anyone who can look at the car and I brought to his attention that I called prior to stopping by and he replied that he was told that I only needed air in my tire. I stated that was not the conversation I just had with the girl that I spoke to. He continuously rolled his eyes at me. I arrived at 5 service Dept is there until 6. I continuously keep having bad experiences in the service department. This is my second Hyundai from this particular location and definitely my last. Kyle who used to be in the service department was truly the best and is very much missed.

TERRIBLE service department, it takes 7 calls to reach someone, calls get sent to a voicemail or someone picks up and dials something and disconnects the call, loaners are never available, the girls that answer the service option (1) answer with an attitude (get a new job if customer service is not what you like); its like I'm begging the service department for service ( ignoring the fact that all of them work on COMMISSION ). not using this dealer for sales nor service again and my household has 5 active hyundai's. your loss.

Had the opportunity to have my vehicle serviced by Jamal and his team. They were very professional and even provided a shuttle for me so that I didn't have to wait for my vehicle at the dealership.

I own a 2015 Genesis 5.0 and I have always had it serviced at Rosen. The service from the people at this dealership is the best in the world and I would recommend them to everyone!!!!!!!!

Never buy a car from this place! They only have 3 loaner vehicles which are always in use. They want me, the customer, to contact corporate to figure out how to get a loaner vehicle. The service writers are great! But everyone above them has no clue how to run things smoothly everything takes weeks to get done

Jamal (service advisor) was extremely condescending when a customer asked him valid questions about her $3000 estimate. I wasn t even involved in the interaction yet I felt so uncomfortable with his handling of this customer I am writing a review. He was belittling and using acronyms seemingly to try to confuse her further. Raised his voice, basically told her to take her business elsewhere, and mumbled under his breath about her as he walked away. In my opinion, as someone who worked customer service before, was entirely inappropriate in his handling of the interaction. The people in the waiting room with me all agreed he was rude. He was also talking about it to his coworker when I left.Service: Auto maintenance

No appointment check engine light on Saturday. Rosen fixed the problem updated the ECU, replaced trunk latch under recall, checked serpentine belt found okay, washed car, and I drove home.
