I can t say enough positive things about my experience at Scott Levy s Rosen Hyundai. From Jen and Camila teaching me all about the features of the cars to John Bacher and his help with the warranty and financing to Eddie Hernandez s handling my many questions and uncertainty I had a 100% positive experience. Scott Levy and Dominick Logan have a family friendly, honest, hard working staff. I was never pressured and I was always treated with respect. Thanks for making the experience so easy! So excited to see the continued support of childhood cancer research!!

I recently purchased a 2024 Hyundai. It was a pleasure to work with everyone at this dealership. Corey was our salesman and he went above and beyond assuring us that the vehicle we ordered was on its way. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. I must say I wasn t looking forward to buying a car after a terrible accident but Dave at Rosen Honda along with the general manager and the finance mgr made it painless! Also Jen who got our phones paired and showed us all gadgets our car has was great. Thank you so very much for making our experience the best during such a tough time. The buying experience I had a Rosen Hyundai was truly seamless. The salesman, Corey, understood my needs, what I wanted to pay and gave me a fair price on my trade-in. Mo pressure selling or the car or additional warranties. Everything about the car was explained well. Did not have to spend the day there.

Robert was extremely helpful here at Rosen Hyundai of Algonquin. He was patient and kind to me as a customer and he didn't make me feel pressured into purchasing a vehicle. Robert allowed me to take my time and also provided me with the necessary information I needed to help make my vehicle decision. Unsatisfied with the monthly payments, Robert and the management team worked hard for me to receive affordable monthly payments even with a bad credit score. Overall, my visit was great and I left with the vehicle I wanted at an affordable price. Recently leased a 2023 Santa Fe from Eddie. Best experience I ve had purchasing a vehicle for me & my husband. Eddie is very honest & thorough. Straight to the point & no going back & forth. I recently had a fantastic experience with Rosen when trading in my son s 22 Elantra for a 24 Elantra. We worked with Ethan and he made the process as smooth as possible because he was very straightforward in asking questions and listening to our needs. He took the anxiety out of the whole car buying process. Mark in Finance was super helpful and friendly and didn t pressure us into extras. Camila was friendly and patient and took her time to show my son how to use all the cars features.Sam was also wonderful reaching out via text a week later to see how things were going with the new car. I asked about the extra key fob and Sam followed through with additional info letting me know it was ordered and I d have it in a week to my homeI ll soon be in the market to buy a car and without a doubt will be returning to Rosen! Their service is hands down exceptional and the best around!

So disappointing! This used to be the only safe place in town for a woman to take her car for service without feeling they were out to oversell every repair. I recommended them to everyone. I've had my cars serviced here for nearly 10 years (3rd Hyundai). This time, I can't even get a hold of anyone. They have had my car for several days and they won't give me so much as a call or email to let me know when they can make time to even look at it. I guess they have too much business. Sorry to have contributed to that problem. I won't make that mistake again.Update: Jeff has now returned our call and become available for updates. If they handle this as promised, I will return with an additional update.3/21/24 update- Jeff and his team continue working hard to make the best of a bad situation (one of the many engines that need to be replaced). They have heard my concern about communication and have become more proactive with updates.

We ve been proud owners of Hyundai cars since 2014 and have owned 3 different cars. Our latest experience with this specific dealership has been horrendous. We got our car towed to the dealership on Jan 27th for a shifter malfunction. They had it over a month and our service adviser Jamal would never follow up with us on the status of our car or ever call us back. We contact corporate and once we did that Jamal followed up with us. After a month we finally got my car back only for it to get towed again two days later for not shifting out of first gear. When we called the dealership two days after it was towed, they claimed they never received my car and my car wasn t there. We contacted the tow company and they had pictures of my car at the dealership. I called the dealership back and they were adamant that they didn t have my car or car keys. The owner of the tow company drove over an hour away to go to the dealership. He contacted me and said they have ON CAMERA that my car was there and that a tech was working under the hood that Friday!!!!! Moving forward we SPECIFICALLY asked to NOT give us Jamal again since our experience was TERRIBLE with him and come to find out, he was yet again our service advisor! This time around He was rude, inconsistent, never returned our calls, never gave us an update on what s going on with our car, NOTHING. He made it seem that WE were an inconvenience when we would call to get status. Then we asked to speak to the manager Jeff, he was also IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of and he never returned our messages or calls either. Everytime we called to speak to him he was already gone for the day . Jamal had told my husband on Friday the 5th that there was no updates on my car still and my husband just finally went off because of frustration. We contacted corporate ONCE again and all of the sudden 2 days later Jamal contacts my husband and say the car is fixed and ready for pick up .go figure, right? We have no idea IF anything was even done or fixed on my car. When we pulled up to get our car I noticed there was something missing that would hang from my mirror. When I confronted Jamal he said my manager is gone for the day, you ll have to come back tomorrow umm yah no that s not going to work for me! And not only that but your manager Jeff sucks just as bad as you! I ended up speaking with another manager Brian which he was extremely nice and polite. He took down all of my info and I explained to him what was missing. When we got home from the dealership I torn my car apart looking for my missing item and I did end up finding it. In which I called Brian back and left him a message and thanked him for his help. Needless to say, we will never be taking our car back to this dealership and if ANYONE has to work with Jamal, I wish you luck and hopefully he treats you better than he did us! After not having my car for almost 4 months, we re happy to have it back.

Very nice and polite. Price so far for oil change and tire rotation less than a $100. They'll even tell you if there was a coupon you didn't even know of and add it.

The service department at Hyundai is top notch! The team is friendly and very knowledgeable. They take time to explain what is happening with my car so I feel comfortable with the repairs. The manage doesn t make me feel like a lunatic when I have to make the crazy noises to try to explain what is happening!

Would give zero stars if I could. This dealership sold me a car and gave me all the bells and whistles on how they would be attentive to any issues and available to work with me on loaner cars if need be. Brought in my car when a brake warning came up ..no loaners, no updates on my vehicle (had to call them) then the service advisor tells me one thing and my paperwork says the exact opposite. I call the service manager and he just pawns me back off to the advisor who basically blames everyone else. This place is not worth it...there are much better dealerships.

Breath of fresh air. Knowledgeable. Friendly. Communicative. I don't give a hoot about all the accoutrements. That's not what great customer service is really about in my estimation. It's about knowledge and performance and follow through - from communicating appointments, through to handing you your keys. From the first phone call I made, Trent was extremely patient listening to my "story" and helpful getting my first appointment. Marianna (sp?) was equally as pleasant and helpful once my vehicle was being treated, and Tom was extremely knowledgeable and well-spoken while explaining what the vehicle's problems were. He even shared his personal experience which was very reassuring. And every one of these people called back when they said they would. They took my vehicle in WHEN THE APPT WAS SET (in fact, even were able to get me in earlier since I was able to drop it off earlier!) - NOT 2 days later as was my experience with unnamed Hyundai dealership in Palatine. They were not indisposed that I was there. They were not more interested at the food they were eating at the counter. And every one of these people called back when they said they would. I felt comfortable from the moment I walked into the service area. Thanks, "Guys" and "Gals"! I hope I won't need to, but if I do, I will definitely be back to Rosen. Great job!

Jeff B, Service Manager, and the tech(s) who serviced my car are the best. I have a 2015 Tucson (purchased at Rosen, always serviced at Rosen) with 105k miles, and the crew at Rosen always provide the necessary TLC for my vehicle.Whatever needs servicing gets done perfectly every time, recommendations are made for upcoming issues, but nothing is ever pushed unnecessarily.The new waiting area is fantastic! Plenty of snacks and beverages, fresh donuts the day I was there, comfortable seating.I have complete faith and trust in Rosen Hyundai.

I would like to say thank you to Jeff B the manager of the service department at Rosen Hyundai for his professionalism and his kindness.After speaking to Jeff on the phone I brought my 2011 Sonata into Rosen. I explained to Jeff that I had lost confidence in my dealership that has been servicing the Sonata for the last 12 years.Jeff suggested that I bring the car in and he would be more than happy to take a look at the car.After driving the car around Jeff offered to put the car on a lift and check it out. I did not want to waste Jeff s time so I showed him the repair estimate from the other dealer ..it contained a diagnosis from my dealer that included parts and labor that would have cost $1495.00After looking at the car and performing minor lubrication to the parts in question, Jeff explained that the work was not necessary. I was impressed with his honesty, and stated that I would be bringing both of my Hyundai's to Rosen for future maintenance.Once again, Thank you Jeff for your Kindness and Honesty.Steven M

My SUV abruptly broke down and I needed a new to me SUV ASAP, while on a budget. I didn t have much faith it could be done. Tracy Petersen proved me wrong. Not only did he find an SUV in my budget, but with low mileage and a warranty. He went above and beyond throughout the entire process.My only NEEDS were price and vehicle type. Tracy was constantly searching and updating me on what was available. After sending me the info, he followed up with a phone call to help me figure out my dream car.Due to my scheduling constraints he worked with me over the phone to help expedite the process at the dealership. He made sure the 2 SUVs I was looking at were up front and ready for me. EVEN keeping an open parking space available when we arrived.I could not be happier with the service or the SUV. I started this process as another chore I needed to accomplish (feeling stress and dread). Tracy was my Car Therapist . At the time of purchase (4 days later), I had the same excitement I did when I purchased my 1st car, which I researched for months. Thank you to Tracy Petersen and Rosen!

My gf & I went in last week as she is interested in a Genesis GV80. While browsing the lot, I saw a car that I liked. My gf contacted the guy she has worked with before but my internet query into the car connnected me to Tracy who contacted me 1st, so to honor the lead, I scheduled a test drive. Before we even sat down there was a demeanor of unprofessionalism, & due to his poor representation and the experience we had with him, I absolutely would not recommend this dealership to anyone. We both left the dealership with a bad taste in our mouth from our interaction with Tracy. It began with wrong info in the computer system - an address never provided to them. You don t fill out an address when doing an internet lead & I have never lived in the state of WI! We went to go out to the car, the plate didn t stick to the car bc the tailgate wasn t metal. Tracy handed the plate to my gf and instructed to hold onto it in case we got stopped by police, which we saw 2 police cars on the road during the test drive, so I m relieved we didn't get stopped. Something else that was peculiar: TRACY NEVER TOOK MY LICENSE FOR A COPY! Usually a basic standard procedure for any dealership.Tracy just verbally took the info and we caught the address error. We took the car out for about 30 min stopping at a park to look at the car in depth. Tracy texted us during this time after about 15 min, but my ringer was off so we didn't see it until after the test drive. Tracy s first words when we returned were: There you are, I thought you went home! Nothing in regards to the details about the car. He didn't offer to show the Carfax or the trade in offer. He did ask What I was trying to accomplish today verbatim rudely. But didn't go over anything about the car, or potential deal, and wasn't very forthcoming with information when we asked questions and kept interrupting and changing topics mid question. He was rather condescending when taking the information for a soft credit pull & had me repeat my SSN out loud a few times, which is concerning bc of his s desk closeness to the waiting area & front door with several people in close audible distance. Never once did he say what the price was and I had to ask him what the finance rate was after seeing a scribbled percentage in his notes, giving the impression he didn t want the sale. I even questioned the APR number bc the online calculator had completely different info & he had a lame explanation about how it doesn t update correctly. I even ran several credit scores to see range of payments. Which is frustrating as a consumer trying to prepare what to expect going into a big purchase like a car, especially when the salesman isn t very concerned why that issue would be a big deal, which was definitely the impression he gave off. Once the soft credit pull & pay off amount was ran, any hope of a sale was shut down by Tracy. A bank error on my credit report from my previous loan on an older car that we thought had been corrected but is now being disputed (this car had been paid off for years) was announced by Tracy with no discretion. We tried to explain the situation but he wasnt interested in listening what was said. I even said that it sounds like BS, yet it s the truth. Which is frustrating to not feel heard. It just could have been handled better with finesse & professionalism.We also didn t like Tracy trying to rope my partner into the purchase of the car, trying to get her to co-sign, & asking if the car was for her when I was outside getting the mileage on my trade in. So even after she told him that she wasn't involved beyond a 2nd opinion, he still tried to get her to cosign. Why? I m buying the car. It s a shame because I really enjoyed the car & was willing to close the sale that day.My experience at Rosen is also a dramatically different experience to other dealerships we have visited locally. As a result, my gf & parents who both drive Hyundais will be reconsidering using the dealership for their next car purchases as well.

An experience that transformed my image of car dealerships! I used to dread going to car dealerships because I was afraid of and anxious about the high-pressure, uncomfortable interactions with salespeople. Hyundai of Algonquin COMPLETELY AMAZED me with their honest, helpful, and kind staff. From my first interaction with Kevin Navarro, I felt so relaxed and at home. Kevin was so patient, funny, and informative - such an authentic person and completely upfront with pricing, pros and cons of vehicles - very much attentive to my best interests as a customer. Also, working with Yaseen Ali to take care of our paperwork was the most pleasant and efficient experience I have ever had as a consumer. Both Kevin and Yaseen made me feel so valued and taken care of. I can't recommend them enough and will be referring them to all my family members, colleagues, and friends. We just wanted to share with you how much we appreciate for your help and interest you give us.We know that won't be easy to get and replace the entire engine.We do understand that fact that we not the only one who has a problems. Copy that.Since we start getting a problems with the oil consumption, we know we still under guarantee,but what we don't know where to go with this issue.We fund Rosen ok ,but still a lot to do ,Jamaal was the guy to show huge interest with the problem.Always pro approach, always ready to help. Great guy, congratulations for him and his superior.But after some tests we ended in death spot , his ability to help was not enough to push farther.Then hi point you Jeffrey, and that was jackpot� , right guy on proper place , wish you even better spot if possible.After your decision we received engine, with out oil problem, we can use the car for travel, and of course on daily use.I know for fact that find dealership is not a problem but find good one is not easy at all.You not only sell , you building bridges with your costumers, servicing cars you become part of my game ,part of family.As the moment greatly appreciated for your help,

My sales person Casey S. was horrible. He did not seem interested, didn't go on the test drive with me, and towards the end acted as if I was bothering him. He didn't even want to answer my questions unless I was buying. Well I drove straight to another Hyundai dealership in Elgin and drove right off the lot with a new vehicle. Just goes to show Casey, you can't judge a book by its cover.

My experience here was amazing!! Casey (salesman) was a tremendous help. He is super knowledgeable on all questions you may have. The best part, he s a straight forward guy which is rare and for that he earned my upmost respect. I couldn t have asked for a better salesman that could meet all my needs and concerns and do it with a smile on his face to make this a good buying experience. I felt very comfortable with this purchase thanks to him. John (finance) he was another tremendous help and made this experience one to remember. He worked his butt off to meet my requirements without trying to extend my loan to meet my monthly budget or anything sneaky. They are both a man of there word and even after my purchase they are still checking in on me and making sure the new 2024 Hyundai palisade we purchased is to our standard. They advertised for a car and tacked on extra fees outside of the advertised price, under accessories for D.H.F and theft protection. Very unethical. Called dealers in different areas they say they do not charge those fees. Also stated on the general attorney of Illinois government website, cars should be sold at advertised price. "However, the taxes, license and title fees, and a documentary service fee may be excluded from the advertised price."The person in charge of helping me was Kevin Navarro and his manager was Adrian Salihu.
