This Place is awesome! I got all my 4 tires for my charger at a good price. These people have very good service. this place looks small but it gives a very good impression. I recommend this place 100%

If there was a zero rating, I would have given this review. Queens used to be a good mechanic. I have been going there for years but there seems to be some sort of ownership change or perhaps the original Queens don't have time for the business at Algonquin anymore. I will not recommend anyone to go there for any work other than tire change. I took my vehicle there and they couldn't diagnose the issue properly. They recommended work that didn't solve the problem and charged for it and on top of it they caused issues that didn't exist when I took my vehicle there. Never again! You take your vehicle there at your own risk and cost.

Very happy with my service. I had previously taken my car for a flat tire to a previous tire shop and was told it was my rim which I found unlikely. When I Brought my car to this shop in less then half hour they had my car ready and it indeed was my tire. Also the pricing was reasonable and Baltazar in the front was very helpful, professional, and nice. I for will for sure be coming back.

Horrible and do not diagnose the real issue first before performing a service , was stuck paying 2x because they told my back brakes bad but that did not fix my break problem, left wires disconnected on my abs and a replacement bolt on my hood.

I have been going here for years, and won't go anywhere else unless I have to. They are always able to get you in and they're just good people in general. They recommend what really needs to be done and everything is charged fairly. They've helped me out big time with my older cars that aren't in great condition and keep them running! I really appreciate everyone who works here.

Very fair prices, the team did a great job fixing my fan belt, and stayed open a few minutes late to let me pick it up the same day. I really appreciated all your efforts, thank you. I will be back if I have another issue.

I will never buy tires anywhere else. This place pays close attention to everything. I'd they see something they will show you it and work with you to fix it right. You can pick your tires if you go the used route. I got 2 used tires for an SUV with well over 80% life left for 130$ mounted and balanced plus they caught a leaky valve steam and showed me it before they fixed it. No surprises and quality work. Wait area is nice and shop moves quick but highly professional. Thank you guys you got me back in the road and driving safe for the price of 1 tire from any other shop. I will never go anywhere else again. They also have amazing prices on new tires. They give a 30day guaranteed satisfaction warranty on the used ones too!!! They treat you fair and show you anything they find I couldn't leave a good enough review thank you!!!

I ve been here a few times without any issue until recently I came in to get my new wheels balanced and installed. They damaged my new wheels taking off the old wheels weights with a hammer. Extremely disappointed that I didn t notice the damage until I was home and couldn t do anything about it can t say I ll be coming back.

This place is ridiculous expensive. I brought a small tire from spreader it needed a inertube replaced. The inertube cost $7 dollars ther were going to charge me $140 for the work. I even brought the inertube.

DO NOT GO HERE, THIS COMPANY ONLY WANTS YOUR MONEY, THEY TOLD ME ONE PRICE ON PHONE AND WHEN YOU GO THERE, ITS ANOTHER PRICE AND THEN THEY TRY TO DEFEND IT LIKE THEY DID SO MUCH TO HELP YOU EVEN THOUGH (I) SPEND A THOUSEND PLUS DOLLARS LESS THAN 2 MONTHS AGO ON SAME ISSUE, WHICH THEY SHOULDVE DONE RIGHT IN 1ST PLACE BUT DIDNT DO. SO LONG STORY SHORT FIND A MORE RELIABLE SOURCE. DO NOT GO TO ANY QUEENS AUTO BODY. PLUS DIDNT EVEN HAVE ENOUGH AUDACITY TO WIPE DIRTY HAND PRINTS OFF AROUND HOOD OF CAR...NOTHING LIKE PEELING PAINT OFF CAR..OLD OR NOT.

I'm new to this town so finding a good trust worthy mechanic is hard. I been here with my pickup truck and they been awesome with me . Fair price good mechanic's and awesome customer service. Thanks for the service Renger 95..

Well if you ever need air in your tires I suggest you go somewhere else or put air yourself because I went there and asked the guy if he would put air in my tires I would give him 2$. I should him a 5$ he looked at me and said he didn't have change and put the 5$ in his pocket then he put air . I didn't want to look like I was cheap and don't say anything . But I'll never go there for air again. I wonder what their prices are . You can guess that one.

Decent pricing and good customer service. Went to get a broken rim changed out for a new one I had and it the pricing was extremely low. Only negative aspect of this place is the small parking lot, although I did have a big truck and trailer. So can't really give them bad marks for it.

Awesome!!!! We have been coming here for almost 2 years because my husband loves to have flat tires lol and there affordable and always fast and friendly recommend if you are on a budget and need a fast fix!

I would give no stars to this place. They forgot to change and turn the tires and balance them too on my truck. I had to go back to get that done again I didn t pay of course! They also didn t fix a tire that had a nail on it. They also scratched my custom rims! They don t pay attention to detail! Don t go!!!!!

I asked the owner why they didn't put my undercarriage cover back on correctly along with some other brackets. He flat out denied putting hands on my truck even after my truck spent an hour on their lift & his mechanics checking for the problem. Also even after he charged me a fee for having to manually inspect it, I was shocked he denied touching my truck. I have a camera on my truck that would prove otherwise but he was disrespectful & wouldn't listen to me. He blew me off..

Finally, an honest affordable mechanic shop! The owner and his staff treat you like you are family. They have done an excellent job in getting my truck taken care of. Definitely a RARE find!

Brought my 30ft RV to have 6 tires mounted, also had a frozen caliper replaced. The caliper seized on the way to Queens to get the tires mounted. These guys let me know about it, ordered a part that we had to wait a few hours to be delivered but meantime we were given complimentary waters, kept up to date, (who I assume was the owner) even purchased paletas for my wife 2 kids and me. Great hospitable group of people working there from top to bottom. Young lady at the front desk deserves appreciation as well, great customer service.

Hard working. Will do things for your car / truck the dealers and other garages are too lazy or greedy to do (repair rather than replace if possible.) They also better prices than most other garages and definitely the dealers. Keeps me coming back with my truck, trailers, and cars.

Went to get an estimate and they were charging me almost five times what I paid at a different auto service place. Ridiculous!!!

I stopped by today because I had purchased some cheap caps for my air valves somewhere else and I couldn't get them back off to put air in my tires. I stopped here and the man that helped me was very friendly, got the two caps taken off that I needed and wouldn't charge me for them. When I need tires I will be back here to buy them!

I had a very good experience at this place last night, at the very last minute before they close.It was a bushing replacement, and the price for the service was affordable to my pocket. If I need a service for my car in the future, I know they earned my business.

I use them for all my car needs. They are prompt and vary fair when it comes to price. They will not rip you off like most shops. I will not go anywhere else!

Any place that refuses to use outside parts is my not go to Place. I like to buy performance parts for my suspension and when I got here for a quote for labor, they refused to use my parts. Might be the best place but not for me.
