These are honest, hardworking people. They gave me my options for a transmission rebuild/swap out with used. I was not in a position to have them do the work (fair price). When I had it picked up they did not charge me anything even after I pushed to pay them for their time. I will be taking my truck there for future service no doubt.

This is the best auto repair place I've ever been to. They are very thorough & get the job done right the first time. Their prices are good too. Your safety is most important to them. I'm moving out of state & they made sure everything was in perfect condition before leaving. I didn't fix my vehicle there, I visited them for something else. Needed a tow hitch bolt tight and they took care of me on the spot. Nice clean shop that looks like they take pride in what they do. Excellent service

Very Detailed. Very personable. Exceptional estimate witch included a e-mail with pics of the estimate with a complete acceptance check off of estimated work only approved with your check off. Love doing business this way .Takes the guess work out of it.

I am highly recommending this shop. Not just for the software they use to text you with pictures and video of your car's issues so you can decide how to proceed, but for the cordial and professional manner in which we were treated. The honesty and integrity of Mastertek's service simply can't be beat. In a time when it's hard to find anyone dependable to perform most types of service, they still knock it out of the park. My go to guys for all my vehicle repair needs. Mark and Dave rock!!

Hi Mark at Mastertek was extremely helpful, He got rid of an old tire I didn't need and double checked the drain plug on my truck because I was told by someone else that it was stripped out, It was fine and I am definitely a Mastertek customer now! We called late on a Friday night, our daughter was returning to school the following morning and the seat motor broke, preventing her from being able to drive it. Every single person we interacted with were so so kind, genuine and incredible gracious. They spent about 45 mins, staying open later than closing- (did I mention a FRIDAY night)- diagnosing the problem and making it safe for our daughter to return to school. Only used their services a couple of times so far...But they came highly recommended from another mechanic friend. Seem very honest, up front and more than fair on pricing (although they do everything top notch, so not the place for you if you're looking for a bargain). They squeezed in an oil change for me while I waited for the paperwork on my other car which gave me time to "small talk" and see how they work and think ! Nice guys that clearly know what they're doing

I've been taking my vehicles to Mastertek for 3 years and have been extremely pleased with the timeliness and quality of their service each visit. They have a fantastic team and are fair and honest when it comes to the expectations regarding service. Being a small business owner myself, Dave, the owner, has really impressed me by coming out and speaking with me personally about the concerns of my food truck. It shows he and his team really take pride in what they are doing. Wishing you all lots of continued success!

Can't say enough good things about these guys. They have a great drop-off service. Dave is honest, no nonsense, and knows his stuff. Customer service couldn't be better. Mark at the front desk is a pleasure to coordinate scheduling maintenance with. They also have a great team of mechanics who also know their stuff. They do everything here and are very good with communicating concerns you may have with your ride. I highly recommend them. As long as they are around, I'll be taking all my cars here.

I highly recommend this business!. They get 5 stars for their outstanding customer service, detailed personalized online-accessible inspection and the most honest prices I've seen in this area. They are super easy to work with and truly care about getting your vehicle back in safe running condition.

Figured out the source of an electrical issue I was having while other mechanics I went to couldn't pinpoint the issue. Very knowledgeable and took their time explaining everything to me. Honest and reliable people here

Mastertek has always done amazing by my family. Dave, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. His entire staff has worked on our cars and we've had no problems. The car is always repaired correctly and quickly. I won't take our cars anywhere else! I highly recommend!

THE BEST SERVICE EVER! I've worked through a lot of mechanics over the years. These guys took my Cherokee and fixed my fuel pump for a LOT less than other shops quoted. Dropped off Tuesday night and driving home Wednesday afternoon with work all done!! Fast, reliable, and has integrity!

It's awesome to be able to trust that, when I take my car here, I am being given reliable and factual information and estimates in regards to my car. Tired of getting questionable recommendations from the dealership about issues that don't quite seem right or relevant? I was, and I came here for a second opinion. After my experience with Mastertek, if at all possible, I will never go back to the dealership for issues/repairs if I can bring it to these guys. Can't thank Mastertek enough.

I want to thank the guys at Mastertech for the great service today. Even though they had a full schedule they fit us in on a Saturday morning to ensure my sons vehicle was safe to drive after the car developed a rattle underneath it. They looked it over thoroughly and gave me a full report on condition and roadworthiness. They addressed the issue and we are back in action in a matter of a few hours. They do good work and are fair and honest. I highly recommend them if you need any work done.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Master-Tech is just what the name implies. This outfit is truly a cut above the rest. I moved here from Florida 10 years ago and was blessed enough to find this company. Dave - Mark and the entire crew are extremely professional and very knowledgeable and go the extra mile to ensure that once your car is serviced, you are happy.I truly hope that this company stays exactly the same and never changes the formula that makes them so dam unique. I now have both my cars serviced by them and will not let anyone else even come close to servicing my cars.This is a great company and I personally and highly recommend them. Hands Down. 10 Stars. Mastertek is the best auto repair shop. David and Mark always go over and above what is needed to get the job done in a timely manner. I can't even count the times they dropped me off and picked me up when my vehicle needed repairs. They were always very patient with my 88 yr old Mothers and her problems with her car. Thank you so much for all the awesome service.

I go back to Mastertek because they are THE BEST at service, price, and knowledge! I trust no one else with my car. Dave, the owner, is awesome and has treated me like family! He and the rest of the staff go out of their way to help you with rides if you need them, which makes it so much more convenient to get your car worked on. Dave has even gone to the point of helping me sell a car I needed to sell. He and the rest of the crew really care about you. I don't get that type of service anywhere else and I trust their work 100%! I refer everyone I know there!

I have been using Mastertek for over a decade, I wouldn t consider anyone else. Great service at a fair price, Dave will not let you down. He once did a full rear brake replacement free of charge when I had a caliper lock after the warranty expired (was expecting your warranty expired 2k miles ago). You want to have your car serviced here, they will exceed your expectations

Incredibly honest and thorough mechanics! They provide photo inspection reporting at your visits. Great shop! It s one of the few places where you re not talked down to. They re smart and friendly. Highly recommend!

I pulled into Mastertek as they were getting ready to close. I had a terrible sound coming from my car. I thought it was a flat tire, but it was my front brake. They took the time to find out what the problem was and made certain I got a ride home. The next day my car was repaired at a reasonable price. Great crew. Very professional. I'll definitely remember this shop in the future. Thank you.

We have been dealing with Dave for many years taking our cars in when we had more than one car. Dave has been the best , friendly, honest, reliable, dependable. prompt in servicing our car. He always stands in back of his work and work done by his mechanics. In an unexpected emergency will find the time and always has the time to help you out, even will do repair work on the driveway, if it's not a major repair job or will take it into the shop. You can depend that repair charges are fair and reasonable. MASTERTEK and Dave as owner are the best auto repair shop in the area. We have been very happy and extremely satisfied with his service .
