It brings me no joy to type this review. Historically, I have had good experiences with Jiffy Lube, including this location, however, my visit on Monday, March 11, 2024 was just awful in a way that impacted future days. I'm not going to spend several paragraphs typing everything that was unfortunate about the visit (including having to go back to the location to pick up a wheel lock that, it turns out, didn't belong to my car) but I will highlight the biggest problem.While I was at Jiffy Lube, one of the techs working on the car bemoaned the number of pins that were used to fasten the skid plate on the car. I'm genuinely sorry that is a pain to deal with and if you need to add on a charge for the time it takes, I'm fine with that. Time has value and people should be compensated for that time. What I am *not* fine with is being on the road for the first time after the oil change and having the skid plate start dragging on the ground. The shop that I took the car to explained (without me saying anything about the past Monday's events) that none of the pins were attached to the skid plate by the time I brought my car to their shop and that was why the skid plate dropped and then proceeded to drag on the road until I could get the car looked at. I realize that this review isn't going to change anything or prompt a newfound professionalism and/or work ethic at this Jiffy Lube location. I get it. I don't type the review for this Jiffy Lube location. I type it for the reader who is unsure where to take your car. Take it to any other Jiffy Lube reasonably near your home or place of business. The last thing you need is to have a farm on your left, a farm on your right, and a skid plate dragging on the road under you making absolutely horrific noise.

I give 5 stars to Will , that without hesitation and with high professionalism, found out the problem of my car in few minutes.Was solved very quickly.Other workers were also very professional and very knowledgeable.Even if sometimes people may make small mistakes, they take all responsibility and fix it right away.Thank you all.

Employees were nice but..Went for oil change asked for wash liquid they said machine is brocken asked to add tires pressure same the machine is not working....andThey always forget to reset dashboard oil change message had to remind them.Somewhere else with same price I do same oil change plus multiple check points with brakes and tires inspection and with all liquids filled up.

Someone new was there named Clint. My experience has always been friendly but he had a very genuine kindness about him. Went out of his way to be helpful.

I went here to get my oil changed, and somebody by the name of Brandon helped me very knowledgeable, helpful employee I would definitely recommend going to Jiffy Lube and asking for Brandon!!

I came in for an oil change on 11/10 and was asked if I would like to do a tire rotation as well. I agreed to the rotation then after leaving, experienced my car making a loud consistent rattling noise coming from my car along with my car shaking as I drove. I pulled over and inspected my car as I thought maybe air had been let out of my tires, my tires appeared to have enough air so I went back on the road. My car made the noises and the shaking the rest of my journey home. Upon arriving I thought maybe I would try checking the nuts on all of my tires and discovered that I could move 4/5 nuts on my back left tire with my fingers and 1/5 nuts on the back left tire could be moved barehanded as well. I called to let them know about this dangerous error the day of and the gentleman said he would get back to me and never did.Services: Tires, Oil change

Went there today just for a oil change I told them just oil and a filter don't check anything else asked how much the guy said 116 bucks I told him to close my hood and forget it you just lost a customer that's been there for 20 year he said oh well fu jiffy lube went down the street and had it down the street for 60 bucks done

Employees were fine they were nice and courteous. Unfortunately there must have been some confusion on how much air goes in tires, 47 LT F 46 LT R 33 RT F and 33 RT R. Vehicle pulled hard as soon as I hit the street and I checked the screen. Second issue they changed the air filter which according to the vehicle still had 70% of its life left (fleet vehicle) but then I could see he was having an issue getting the lid back on so I guess 3 screws was good enough. I could hear the air sucking in as I accelerated right away. Took me one second to see he missed the screw completely and it just spun. Backed it out and lined it up and nice tight now. Place wasn t very busy, no reason to rush and mess up a simple job. Slow down do better.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

This place is great! All worker's are very kind and work place is very clean. Before I chage engine oil, I compared service prices of the 4 places.This place cheaper than any other. But service is awrsome!! I appreciate giving me great service.

My Toyota gets oil changed at the dealer, so when I got a second car, I wasn t sure where to go to get the Nissan s oil changed. I was not happy with the Nissan dealership, so I didn t want to go back there for oil changes. When my daughter found this Jiffy Lube, I was skeptical. But they do a great job and have wonderful service. Very kind, helpful workers and the whole oil and filter change took less than 20 minutes.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Super nice team, especially Marty, he really went above and beyond and is always honest with what is best. They always ask if I want to change my air filter, I asked if he thought I should and he recommended I did. I remember last time I asked him and he said that it was starting to wear out but it was still in decent condition, so I know he s being honest. Then he went out of his way to check my cabin filter too which was super nice of him! I always go to this jiffy lube because their service is awesome and the staff is amazing. Never use Jiffy Lube services. They didn t properly install the filter and broke my car. Several mechanics confirmed it was Jiffy Lubes fault and told me never use their services since they are not professionals at all. Issue with high oil change price and disclosure. My daughter was charged $105 (with a $10 off coupon) for an oil change using high mileage oil and an extra quart due to engine size. Other establishments charge between $60-$80 (as we have done; sometimes use a coupon, and usually includes tire rotation). No one told her it would be this high prior to service and she would have declined. Shame on us for not checking prior and that is on us. Great lesson for my daughter, posting so others learn from our mistake, and price shop this facility.I feel that I have no choice to post my review based on my failure to work through resolution with this specific store and Jiffy Lube. Jiffy Lube regional/national has not responded in two weeks. The manager (really nice guy) said, Out of his control as national sets pricing.A few facts include my daughter took the car in at my request, older car-2006 Toyota Avalon, and has 255,000 miles. We used to go to this location, the staff is really nice, and switched due to cost. We went based on convenience and there is No Way I would have thought price would have been this high. There are more facts and I can share if anyone requests.2/28/23 Update. Thank you for your response. To date, I have not received a direct response from Jiffy Lube or a request to contact them for further dialog as other reviewers have. I assume that means price is the price and it s acceptable to not have clear disclosure of cost.Service: Oil change
