Wow, my new favorite place to service my cars. First off, the facility is brand new and very comfortable waiting area. Then the staff is amazing! Jason was beyond amicable. One of the services I received was the replacement of my shock absorbers. Unfortunately, one of them came faulty from the factory. I spoke to Jason and we coordinated that I would be bringing it in another day. When I arrived they were already awaiting me to service my car. Again, just wonderful service from all!!

The manager on duty earlier today, was very helpful! He went above& beyond to get my car serviced correctly. He also made sure I was safe & got me back on the road in about an hour&a half. I'm very satisfied with the customer service! Belle tire is always a great place to get my car serviced over the passed year, I've gotten four new tires& a few oil changes. I'm always in&out quickly. Thanks to the manger and staff at Belle Tire for all your amazing hard work, it's always greatly appreciated!

My husband went in today to get two rear tires. The appointment was supposed to last 45 minutes and lasted about two hours. I was beyond irritated. Turns out it was not the locations fault but the Goodyear credit card companies fault. Mark and Jason were amazing at assisting my husband with getting the corrections made even with me on the other line being nasty. The customer service at this location goes above and beyond Mark and Jason and the entire staff are stellar people.

It was nice to not have a long wait at 10am, however basic oil change came out to almost $100....no inspection, no tire rotation (that's extra)....I will stick with the dealer. And discount tire for my tire problems

Oil change was fine, but they try the scare tactic to get you to do work you really don't need or need for a while. I would hate to not know enough about cares and have these guys take advantage of that!!!

Tires are good. Up sell, dear heavens!!!! The recommendations were needed, but the quoted prices were STEEP
