This is the worst Casey's since they moved their location. I can go to any Casey's and get 20 oz Pepsi 3 for $5, but not in Aledo. I tried using my rewards in gas the other day, the card reader of course wouldn't read my card. I went in and told them I wanted to use my reward points for gas. They did not use them and when I asked about it, I was told " Oh well now you have more". I wish I could five them 0 stars.

Pretty sad a rinky dink town like Annawan, IL has cheaper gas then Aledo. Reynolds, IL is also well below Aledo's gas prices! Price gouging at it's finest!

Great gas station, but could still be better.Pros:-Customer Service-Breakfast Pizza-Variety of Merchandise-Tidyness and Cleanliness-Boomerang SauceCons:-Order Accuracy (only one of four has been incorrect however)-Prices (but it is a gas station)Three breakfast pizzas we have ordered in total from here, but the third was not a breakfast pizza they gave us (actually happened yesterday afternoon). We actually love their breakfast pizza, both sauces are great, but the wrong one we received was a very little sauced (with regular sauce) and sausage pizza that was still decent but completely not worth any price we paid for it. Since they have those sticker things we didn't think about looking either.From now on we will open at the store everytime.EDIT: DUE TO THE INCORRECT PIZZA I RECEIVED, I WAS GIVEN A FREE PIZZA THAT I USED TO GET THE BREAKFAST PIZZA WITH AND IT TASTED LIKE OUR FIRST TWO... GREAT. THE MANAGER ACTUALLY MADE THIS ONE AND THE CRUST WAS TO PERFECTION.

We ordered a pizza by phone Friday. They told us pick up in 45 minutes. When we went to pick up there was no pizza. They lost the order and acted like they never had it. I understand mistakes happen but jeesh.

This place is the worse when it comes to pizza. We ordered online a large taco and large pepperoni and was going to use my 10 pizza then a free one coupons I have collected. It said my order went through but then got there 35 minutes later and they didn't get our order. So they made our pizzas and discounted them and I was nice enough to not use my coupons. When we got home and opened the pizzas our taco had turned into a sausage but our pepperoni was what it should of been. Ticked off we called and told them our order was screwed up and that we wanted our taco pizza that we never got. She stated we could come back up and get it and we had asked for it to be delivered instead and she stated well the best I can do is give you a free pizza for your next visit and not deliver it then hung up. Customer service will go a long ways if your nicer to people because at this point I will not order from them again.

I have always loved Caseys pizza but it has gone down hill the last few months. Last night I ordered 2 pizzas to be delivered. They weren't sure how to take a check for payment. Said they would call me back. After 20 minutes, I called them back and got my order placed. I was told 45 minutes for delivery. An hour and 15 minutes later I called asking where my pizza was. They said it was out for delivery, and I only live a few blocks away. 15 minutes later, still no pizza. I called again and told them to forget it. So in almost 2 hours they couldn't get my pizzas made and delivered.About 2 months ago I ordered a Taco pizza. Went to pick it up 45 min later and it wasn't even in the oven yet. Returned half hour later to pick it up, took it home, and when I opened it, it didn't have any taco toppings on it! I made a 3rd trip to Casey's and after an hour and a half we finally got to eat.This has become the norm for this store. Friends and family have had the same terrible service these last few months. Pizzas are either messed up, forgotten altogether, or ridiculously late.So I guess if you've got a few hours to kill before you eat, order Casey's! But if you want to eat what you ordered, within a reasonable amount of time, go elsewhere!

Very unprofessional employees!They argue with the customer and talk under their breath about a customer to other employees while the customer is standing right there at the counter.Remember, just because a person has a vehicle with out of state plates it doesn't mean they aren't a regular customer.There are a lot of deals now because of their anniversary this year but cashiers aren't familiar with specials or how to ring them up. When questioned about the total cost or the need for a receipt the cashier gets short with you and is no longer friendly.I usually chose this location over other stores because of their better kitchen, but after poor service today I think I will do my business across the river.

Decent old small town Caseys. Every time I visit everyone is friendly and service is fast. Decent clean facility and easy to get to. The pumps and parking can be a bit cramped to maneuver around when busy.

Employees shouldn't need to voice their opinions of what I'm buying, they should simply price what it is and go on. Instead they stated their opinion and quoted "yeah i said that." I have to use customer service and have to ensure that fellow coworkers do this and they would not be doing this.

I ordered pizza, and arrived on time to get it and had to wait a further 15 minutes to get it. While waiting, they were allowing people with no masks to come in and be served.

Would give zero stars if I could, ripped me off $3 and was so rude to me that I didnt even bother trying to fix it, not worth the hassle.... needs new management and employees.. totally rude and disrespectful....
