It is an amazing place to get your car fixed. All thanks to SAM and JERRY! I got my toyota avalon fixed and they gave me and amazing price and service was top notch and they were really honest. Their work is quick and hassle free as they do everything for you as they get parts and also they have a solution for everything at an affordable price WOULD TOTALLY RECOMMED THIS PLACE ITS AMAZING!!

I just had a wonderful experience over the phone with Jerry! I have a Hyundai Palaside and called 2 Hyundai dealerships regarding my broken windshield wiper. Both Hyundai dealerships immediately said there is an inspection fee plus repair fee that was outrageous so I tried Sam's one stop auto.The mechanic at Sam's One Stop (Jerry) called me back right away and first thing he says is "Did you know there is a recall for the windshield wipers for Hyundai Palaside? They should do it for free since it is a recall." My jaw dropped- why didn't the 2 Hyundai dealerships not know about their own recall??I really appreciated the honesty at Sam's One Stop. They could have easily had me come in and charged me to fix it but they did the honest thing by telling me there is a recall. They will be my first call if I need anything in the future!

I've been going to Sam's for over 10 years now and he has always provided excellent service. Sam is the best, most honest mechanic out there. He will make sure your vehicle is back on the road in no time and at an affordable price. Hands down the most honest and trusted auto mechanic out there. We've been going to Sam's for about 10 years with multiple vehicles. Sam always gets us in for maintenance or repair quickly. I will never bring any of my cars to anyone else.

Sam's One Stop is one of the most reliable and honest shops I have ever experienced. They are friendly, efficient and won't try to upsell you on anything you don't need. Their prices are fair and affordable. He always tells you what your car needs and that is it.Unfortunately, I have had mechanics in the past try to upsell me on upgraded parts to find out later they ended up putting the cheaper part in anyways but still up charging me. My cars never ran right. Not the case with Sam. My cars stay fixed after Sam has worked on it.Sam has a heart for his customers and treats all of them like family. Best part, my car stays fixed after I take it there vs other places that just don't do a proper job the first time.These days, who has time and money to waste. I appreciate the transparency, honesty and respect he shows to me. That is why I will be taking my cars to him and recommending him to everyone in need of repair. Sam s shop is my go to for all my car repairs and maintenance. Sam is friendly, professional, and I know he will do an excellent job and not do any unnecessary work or charge me for things I don t need. I have used a number of shops and dealerships over the years for maintenance and can honestly say that Sam is outstanding at what he does.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

My family & I have been going to Sam's for at least 8 years. Sam and his family is now apart of my family! The prices are great and the service is even better! I can bring my car in whenever and it will always be fixed as soon as possible and parts are brought to the shop quick! Sam also has connections with a transmission and tire company that have cheap prices and also get the job done quickly and accurately! I would recommend Sam's One Stop Auto to anyone and everyone!

Sam s Auto - one of the genuine and honest place to have your car fixed. Sam and his staff will not only suggest you to fix the right part but when to have it fix. Also, the price is very reasonable compare to others mechanics.I have recommended few of my friends to visit Sam s Auto and they have been very happy. I am glad to find a mechanic who is honest and takes care of business in a very professional manner and understand your needs.I highly recommend to try at least once and you will always come back.

I take my all my car repairs and concerns here. Sam is great, straightforward and super helpful. They never try to upsell and honestly recommend services for your vehicle. On top of this, the employees are really nice and professional. The best prices and customer service I've ever had. Can't go wrong with Sam's one stop. No complaints.

You will NOT find a more genuine, honest, or caring group of professionals than at Sam's! They are highly skilled and extremely trustworthy.My first experience with Sam was shortly after I was told by the dealer (only place I ever went for service) that my SUV needed an entire new rack and pinion. I pulled into Sam's after reading great reviews. Within ten minutes, I was called back and shown a disconnected balance bar (I think that's the name). A quick fix and no charge on top of my oil change. Unbelievable!! Especially since the dealer wanted almost $3k!Since we were planning a road trip the following week, I decided to return to Sam's for a break job. I was in and out, and paid the least ever for breaks pads and rotors. As we headed out the next morning for our trip, I noticed smoke coming from the wheel well. Not the way to start a road trip! We made a quick detour back to Sam's. Since they knew we were heading out on the road, had our 2yr old with us, and were tight on time, they bypassed troubleshooting and redid my breaks like a pit crew! While the actual cause could have been a simple break pad that wasn't broken in yet or something scraping the wheel, that was a chance that my new friends weren't going to take considering our current plans with the vehicle. Again no charge!Any decent mechanic can perform break/fix work, but Sam's legitimately cares and goes out of their way to make their customers happy (and safe)!BTW, expect them to greet you by your first name when you walk in (even 4 months after your last visit)!Thanks again Sam and team! You guys are truly the best!

Sam s as honest as they come when it comes to mechanic. It s hard to find a trustworthy mechanic and I m glad I found Sam a few years ago. I've taken my car to be fixed by Sam a few times now and I've never had an issue. Fair prices and will never overcharge compare to taking it to a dealer.Sam is the doctor of cars and how it runs. He's very knowledgeable and can explain it to you as if you're 5.

Sam and his crew are the best and most honest mechanics I know. Return customers are all known by first name basis and your treated like family when you go there. I met Sam as a walk in customer and proudly consider him a friend. Keep up the great work Sam! I highly recommended anyone to use SAMs one stop auto. They do it all over there! Just stop in and you'll know what I'm talking about.

Excellent quality and expedient service are what I've come to expect from Sam's One Stop Auto. Been going there for the past five years and Sam has never let me down. My sister forgot to lower the power antenna at the car wash and it was bent so I decided to go to our regular auto shop on lake street, he said there's nothing he can do, I would have to go to the dealership and such. I decided to give Sam's one stop a try and thought he was going to give me the same talk.......nooo sir, he told me to bring it in, took a look and let me know i would only need an antenna mast which cost under 30 bucks. The part came in and they did a great job, if I went to the dealership they would of course charged 300 dollars. This is indeed an honest mechanic and very friendly, I definitely will be back. I wouldn't hesitate if you like me had untrustworthy mechanics ripping you off at every turn, this is definitely something completely different where the customer does come before profits. Thanks again and keep up the good work Sam!!!

Great service, great prices. Lexus Dealership was going to charge $1200 for oil change and various other fluid flushes / filter changes. Sam charged $64, didn t oversell services and provided exactly what was needed. Awesome!

You re not going to find a better auto repair shop in the Addison area. Sam and his staff are top notch. Sam always goes out of his way to make you feel like your part of his family. I ve been bringing my cars and my family s cars since I moved to Addison a few years ago after finding it on Yelp. Highly recommended.

wow what can I say... except this place deserves everyone's business. Let me tell u a story... on a cold and icy night. My family and I were leaving a gas station and got a flat tire. Then up came Sam and his brother, to the rescue. They came up introduced themselves and said ..."I'm a mechanic .. I got this! ". And as we sat in the car marveling at our luck to have such a stressful situation turn into one of the most peaceful flat tire to happen. They were so fast and efficient. And we will forever be grateful for their assistance. All I can say is I will be bringing my cars to him in the future and look for to Sams service.

Fantastic!! He did a great job, and was very honest with prices! He was quick and efficient when my alternator went out on my car and he spent hours trying to find the problems on my Mom's car to make sure her car was safe. He is the only mechanic that I have been 100% impressed with!

AN ETHICAL AMAZING MECHANIC!!!I wish I had an option of better than 5 stars. We came in after getting a quote that didn't seem quite right. A friend sent the quote to Sam, who asked to take a second look at the car. He came back with a quote that was substantially less. More importantly, he was concerned that a particularly dangerous repair had not been addressed in the prior mechanic's quote.Sam then compared the quotes, "apples to apples", and added on the new item (which was actually pretty inexpensive). Finally, he laid it out. We only needed about 2 items on the quote right away. Everything else was not urgent and could be repaired in increments without hurting us financially.A few weeks later, our other car had a problem. We were seen quickly and Sam remembered us right away. He welcomed us like family. He was always very mindful of our budget and updated us with changes right away. He was fair in price and the quality of work is amazing.He made us feel like a friend and family, made it a point to remember our names and our son's name. He asked if he could give our boy a cookie!We will be lifetime customers and will recommend all of our friends & associates.

They are extremely helpful and honest. They will work with you however they can. Out of everywhere I have taken my car, this is my 1st choice and where I will continue to go. A friend recommended here and I recommend it to anyone looking to get their car fixed.
