Hands down best shop around. Talented team with customer in mind. Prices are great. Workers are extremely helpful they answer all your questions. Ive been taking my cars here for the past year and would not go anywhere else.

Had a really great experience at Salazar s. They are clear communicators and you don t feel pressured or hustled, which is rare in my experience as a woman in compared to other mechanics/body shops. Alfredo made my experience very easy and delightful and showed me video and photo proof of things I needed to fix/replace and everything was fairly priced. Definitely will return for any auto body needs in the future.

Salazar is amazing. I broke down in Addison and had the car towed to them. Unfortunately, the cost to fix was greater than the value of the car but Salazar was amazing. They provide great customer service. They are kind and very thorough. I would recommend them to anyone!!

I can't even begin to describe the excellent service I was provided from start to finish by these guys. My car was broken into un and my insurance wouldn't cover it. I was frantic searching around for mechanics in the area and lucked up on this one. The turn around time was amazing from the moment I called to the moment the tow truck showed up to 2 days later having my car back clean and functional. Everyone was nothing short of sweet and truly a blessing during a rough time. I appreciate you all. Kindness goes along way when you're already knocked down and you were angels.

Set up an apportionment 2 days in advance only for them to be over booked on the day of my appointment. And not even be notified until 3 hours later when I come back to see my car in same spot where I parked it. Great 1st impression. Your competition says thanks for the business you ve been sending their way lately if I can give no stars I Would

This is a great shop with great staff. I mostly get my oil changed here. But, they caught a small oil leak from a bad gasket that my dealership didn t catch. This was right before my warranty expired which saved me a ton of money. I appreciate the thorough work.

I have had two repairs done at Salazar. One for my 2004 sienna and second for 2012 Sonata. I am very happy with the service at a fair upfront price. Also, the warranty for 3 years is awesome to have peace of mind. Will definitely refer to my friends and families.

This place is a great place to get your car fixed. Trust worthy, and the repairs last! Very friendly, and dependable. I was able to get a loaner car while my vehicle was being repaired for about three days. I ve told all my friends to get this place is, and I m planning to bring my vehicle back again.

This was my first time having my car serviced here and everyone was very nice. Before I entered, I was stopped in the parking lot by a gentleman that lives in Gary, In. I brought my 79 year old mom here for work on her 12 year old car and she was treated with the utmost respect!Alfredo was terrific!After her car was inspected, Alfredo brought me into the garage to give me a very thorough explanation of what looked good with her car and what work needed to be done immediately (or in the near future). It was probably the most detailed inspection I've ever received at a shop.When the work was done, they offered to pick mom up at her home nearby to pick up the car. That was huge, as getting her a ride within business hours would have been a huge undertaking.This was my first experience with Salazar's auto repair but definitely won't be my last.Thank you all for your kindness and honesty!Service: Steering & suspension replacement

I took my car to Salazar's Auto repair shop to have needed work done.I am happy with the work done. They were courtous and professional. If asked I will certainly recommend them to anyone that needs work done on their car.I also plan on making Salazar's my go to repair place from now on.

The guys at Salazar auto are so nice and professional, the shop is clean. The customer waiting room was so clean and comfortable. I dropped my car off they did a bumper to bumper check for me and found some issues we needed fixed. So thankful for these guys. What a great community Auto repair shop. Very knowledgeable,very friendly,very professional. I came here to have some repairs done to my car and thought they did a great job . I was completely happy with the job at an affordable price. They explained everything before they started and I was completely satisfied with the outcome. This place is a hidden gem.

Its a really good shop they took the time to show me the repairs my vehicle needed. Abraham and his team took care of my car within 2 days and they also gave me a loaner so i can use while my car was in the shop. My car now runs like if it was new thank you guys..

Fast, friendly, courteous and professional service.The waiting room was very clean and comfortable.I came in for an oil change and also inquired about replacing wipers and air and cabin filters. Alejandro informed me that after inspecting my car, besides the wipers and filters, everything else was fine. I was in and out within 45 minutes. I will definitely be back for future work. Super professional and extremely quick repairs I didn t expect to have my vehicle back as fast as I did and very happy with outcome. They also had financing available to help with the cost never have I had this experience and it was by far the best. This place is wonderful for those who don't know anything about car repair! They compare their prices to others where they are higher or lower. You are taken to your car after the quote so you can see 'the why'. They will discuss options show you your parts and the new for comparison. Finally they seem to be able to get hard to find parts quickly. Just excellent service and care!

The best auto shop experience ever! They were all extremely kind and educational. They made sure to take pictures of everything and explained what was going on so I could understand why they were making their recommendations. They were extremely accommodating too - I ended up have to get a lot of service done on my car and they were kind enough to drive me back home. They are amazing, I won t be going anywhere else for my car issues or services!

I was having trouble with my ignition switch. Took it in to get an estimate. Quote was better than dealer. Left my car at the shop. They got the part but didn t fit my car. They called me to let me know they have another part coming in. Took an extra day to get repaired. Since the job, don t have any issue turning my car on. They did a good job. Happy with my experience here! I would recommend and use for future repairs.

Had an amazing experience. Had to replace a wheel bearing. They got the part within 6 hours and replaced it that same day. Even let me have a rental car to get to and from work while they were working on my car. Very very impressed and will only work with them in the future. They re very transparent and great communication and knowledge.

Excellent experience! This was my first time here. Alfredo was very patient and answered all my questions about the mechanics process and my car s condition, and helped me make a plan for future maintenance/replacements and things to look out for. The mechanics I met were all very polite and helpful, too. I would 10/10 recommend them! Their best price for full synthetic oil change and patient and attentive staff have me looking forward to next time - thanks a bunch, guys!Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

This Business is absolutely awesome! I could not express enough how much of a happy customer I am! I was referred here by another Auto Shop who also specializes in brakes repair. I took my Audi to have the brakes changed and they told me " we don't do foreign cars because we don't have the computer to reset your Audi but you could go to SALAZAR; they're very good". I took their word for it and I came here. The rest is history. Not only did SALAZAR change my brakes, they also gave me a Fair price and was 100% honest all round. Note, not only did i come to change the brakes; my headlights were not working as well. After they changed my brakes, they took a look at the headlights and when they were done a very nice gentleman who goes by the name Alfredo, called me and said "Hey, Carlos, your car is ready but we didn't have to change the headlights because they're still good, they just got loose so we tighten/reconnected them back in". I appreciated their honesty. Other Auto shops could have simply charged me for something that they didn't fix. I highly recommend this place. Everytime you call SALAZAR AUTO REPAIR Alfredo is always inclined to go above and beyond to meet the needs of his Customers. The sitting area is also very clean and relaxing giving customer a very comfortable and worthy experience. They offer Customers amenities as well such as free Coffee, Tea, and water.
