He was so nice, honest, and helpful. I was test driving a car in the area, and I stopped by Nefty's Auto to have him check it out. He figured out in 5 seconds that it was a lemon. Sure enough, on the way back to the dealer, the front end was smoking and the check engine light was on. If I hadn't gone to Neftys Auto, I might have just driven around the block and made a decision that would have ruined my year.

Best place in Chicagoland to take your vehicle. I won't take my car anywhere else for service. I have been going to Nefty for almost 25 years and have recommended him to everyone I know in the area. Fair pricing, excellent work and advice.

I kept having a problem with my battery dying. I was quoted between $75 and $150 to just have my car looked at. I did notice the wires going to the positive terminal were installed loose and when I mentioned that to a couple of people they said that should not cause the battery to die. When my battery died one more time Neftys close by and because of the good reviews I gave them a try . When I mentioned the loose wires, he came out and looked at it, and said that was the problem. He changed the screw so the wires were no longer loose. It took him just la few minutes and he charged me $20.I waited a couple of weeks to do this review to make sure changing the screw did the job and it did!I had been having the problem for over year and even had the battery replaced twice!I am grateful that he did not charge me $150 upfront for a $20 job! I am grateful that he took a practical approach to my issue.This is now my mechanic shop.

I brought my Audi A6 to have a catback exhaust installed. Absolute transparency, with fair pricing . The work was completed on my car in a very timely manner and the final quote was for no more time than it would have taken to install by myself. I was very happy and the work was done with care. Nefty is by far the best mechanic ever! My car broke down once in the middle of no where and it needed a new engine! I had lost hope until a friend of a friend recommend me to Nefty. He did such an amazing job and my car was like brand new!

Nefty seems to be a really nice guy. My 2014 chevy sonic had a broken PCV valve and it was repaired in an afternoon for a great price. I'll definitely be coming back here for any future auto issues. Thanks again Nefty!

I love nefty's!!!! They have worked on my truck, my aunt's vehicles and my mom's car! Him and his crew are amazing! I love the work that they do and they always acomidate us with are time frame. I won't go to any other mechanic anymore. They do amazing work and I recommend everyone that I know to go here. Thank you nefty and all the hard work that you and ur crew have done to my truck!!! My Bmw 540i needed a new timming chain.Neftys gave me the best price.It was done in a timely manner. They go over and beyon .I won't take my cars anywhere else. I'm a very happy customer saved over 1000 by going here. Thanks for your honesty guys.

Nefty is 100% the most straight forward individual who will never take advantage of any given situation. You tell him the problem your having with your vehicle. Depending on if it's a quick fix or days worth of fixing, regardless of the time; you will always feel as though you're driving a brand new vehicle, everytime you retrieve your car back after having Nefty and his crew resolve the issue you were having.Recommend Nefty Auto Inc. I would drive 50 miles to get my car fixed here, because I would save money and on my way back home I would have the confidence that my car was fixed right. These people know what they are doing and fair priced too.
