I have been going to this shop for years and it hasn t been a bad experience. However today I went in because there was a noise coming from my muffler. I had a care package basket on my passenger seat that I was planning on delivering to an Addison police officer. There are only two men that work that there and after 30 mins my car was finished and when I got back into my car I had several items missing from my basket. When I asked who took it they denied taking anything. I had just made the basket before I left my house and everything was there and once I went to there shop and got my crucial back things were missing. I would never expect one of them to steal but I will attach pictures to show what the basket looked like before and after. Please do not leave anything in the car they will take it!!! Please keep this in mind if you go. I will never go back, they lost a long time customer.

Great work done quickly. Had about 2 feet of the flex pipe on the muffler replaced. Was out in about 20 minutes. Reasonably priced for sure. Will be back for other work should ai need in the future.

I had my mechanic, grandpa, and google refer me to this great shop. I can see why so many people lead me to the same place, they have great prices and fast results. I originally came here to get my company van fixed for someone had stolen the catalytic converter (see picture below). They put a new one on and replaced it within half an hour. Great work, and it sounds brand new. I've referred two friends here, and am now deciding to write a review to spread the word about this awesome Father & Son owned shop. They have very competitive prices and will always provide you with a price upfront before starting any work since they offer free inspections.Service: Exhaust

Nice little muffler shop. They did great work replacing my rusted exhaust with a new performance muffler. Clean work, and they've been nothing but patient with listening to how exactly I wanted it placed and was honest with pricing.

The guys who reviewed with 5 stars probably have not tested the weld thinking is good, here i provide video of their awful welding so you can be the judge. This is an awful job!

People complaining about it is hard to find it is down the alley off the main street, the staff are very nice, next door to navarro's is the owners son's shops, Irving morales, so it is not just a muffler shop, because you can get your car fixed next door, both shops are real helpful and very reasonable in price better than anywhere else.

I was in a bind and needed a bung for an O2 sensor welded onto and exhaust pipe section that I brought in. I showed it to him and he took care of me immediately and I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Great prices too! First come first serve type of shop so I stopped in early. I let them know what was going on with the vehicle they put it on the lift and in a couple minutes he found the problem let me know what needed to be done gave me a very reasonable price and will have me on my way in 30 minutes. Strongly recommended for any muffler issues you may have

A lot of muffler shops take advantage of people. I roamed around all shops for quotes and Velazquez is terrible and tried to pull a slick one. Velazquez muffler tried to scam me for $1000 and went to Navarros and bolt was missing and muffler had rust holes. They charged me $250. Very happy with them. Stop going to Velazquez and go to Navarros

This guy is amazing. I went to multiple shops and no one could diagnose the problem but would give me outrageous estimates. I pulled in, he showed me the issue. Gave me a reasonable price and I was done in 15 mins.I got their at 4:36 and he was closing up shop and could tell he wanted to go home. He still took me in. I had left work early to get this done.Amazing. Highly recommend

What is wrong with muffler shops, this is the second one this month; bad attitudes and don't feel like working. Went there for an estimate on my lunch time for a mere estimate, the guy was eating and he said he can not do anything because of lunch hour to come back at 1 pm it was 12:15 when I got there. My problem was I called him I was on my way and would be there around 12:15 and never mention his lunch hours. Wasted my time and gas on this place. Would I recommend it NO way!. Also there is no parking good luck if you get locked in.

Good Muffler and Auto Mechanic shop. Satisfied with the service and price. Identified and resolved issue accurately and did good repair job. It s a small shop, very tiny waiting area. Good customer service. Will be back here again if any further auto work is needed (hopefully not;)

Update: This place is great if you have an older vehicle and you're looking for an affordable repair. The weld quality is probably not the best and I would not use them if was looking to upgrade my exhaust or install an oem one. Be aware of what this shop is and is not. If you are looking for high quality welds or a professional installation I recommend looking elsewhere.My mechanic recommended Navarro's to repair a leaky exhaust. I took my wife's car here the first time to replace almost the entire exhaust system, including the muffler, and a second time to replace the catalytic converter for emissions testing. I have recommended Navarro's to my friends and parents for exhaust repairs, and everyone has been extremely satisfied with their service. They are very affordable and quick. Please note that the shop is located at the end of driveway that contains multiple auto repair shops. It also operates on a first come first serve basis, however things move along quickly. When it's your turn they place your car on a lift and raise it up, they then inspect the exhaust system and show you what's wrong and how much it costs to repair. If you want move forward, they immediately begin working on the repair. Once the repair is complete, you pay them and they provide you with a receipt and warranty. I strongly recommend this shop for everyone that needs exhaust repairs.

I came here 6 months ago and he fixed my muffler, he also gave a 1 year warranty. My muffler went bad in 6 months. I came back 6 months later and he keeps telling me to come at a different date. I ve been there 5 times and he chaged the date every time.He say s that he is bussy but he just sits there doing nothing. He is old and very rude, i don t reccomend comming here.Service: Exhaust

Had another shop quote me for $2000+ just for parts and walked away spending only $250. I read the Navarro's reviews and my only complaint is not coming here sooner for another car. Honest and friendly. They show you what's wrong and what it will cost. They show you the completed job. Would recommend to all family and friends.
