Great service! As a female driver, I appreciate being shown the condition of my car. I was not talked to like I am an idiot just because I am female. I have encountered gender bias in the past while getting my car fixed. They explained things and gave me choices without being intimidating. Thanks again!

We ve had terrible experiences at Jiffy Lube in the past so we came over to Midas. We were definitely hesitant, but Excellent service!

Read the DETAILED 1 star reviews and see how genuinely they're written. A d how "robotic" Midas response to them are. All same word by word.Stay AWAY!They may be purchasing 4 and 5 star reviews. It's a service sold to many businesses. People get paid to leave excellent reviews to revive a struggling business.

Went in for an oil change and at the time was satisfied with the service. A few months later the check engine light came on and took it in to a trusted mechanic to find that my oil was never changed.

I have been going to Midas in Addison for the last 3 years. They are honest, fair on pricing and extremely fast. Mike and Anil are fantastic to deal with and explain and provide details on every repair. I got 4 new tires for my wife's car and one was leaking 4 or 5 psi a day. We brought it in and they asked " what do you want me to do put air in it" They ended up checking it out supposedly and said nothing was wrong. It continued to leak until I to it to discount tire where they repaired the leaking valve stem for free. I'll never bring a vehicle here again!Service: Tires

Amazing service! Went to have my window fixed as something in the door snapped and so the window wouldn t stay up. I was quoted a lot more but once they opened, and took a closer look, I didn t need a replacement part which saved me more than 50% of what I was quoted.Mike and crew are amazingly friendly and most of all honest. They helped drop me to work too.Their older reviews here are deceiving and do not even relate to the people that currently work here. I would 100% recommend them and thank them all.

I have been taking my car to Midas for routine oil and tire checks. They are ALWAYS friendly and prompt. They provide time frames for how long a service will take and they stick to it. Furthermore, they call with inspection updates during the oil change and make their recommendations without pressuring you. I always feel comfortable taking my car there, and now my husband takes his car there as well. Thanks Midas! Keep up the stellar work!Services: Tires, Oil change

worst service.! not a friendly staff.very rude people. they cant even talk properly.dont know how they running with 4stars. from my side 1star. if its their option like minus stars rating. Sure i gona put them on half star rating. not even they belongs even half star.

My car was taken to Midas in Addison for an oil change as they have an ongoing BOGO free deal for oil changes. While making the appointment I specifically asked Chris will this be the free or chargeable oil change, to which he replied this is the free one. So I said thanks, just checking to make sure I don t need to send anyone with money. My car was taken to the shop around 12 o clock, after 3 hours, my sister receives a bill for $1,191.66 for a brake change, serpentine belt change, and fluid flush and noted at the bottom of the receipt that I authorized this. I did not receive a call as I was working and the number in their system is still inaccurate after being told to change. I did not authorize the maintenance. The owner then checked their history, proving that the suggested maintenance had been previously declined as well but will do nothing to assist with the faulty charges made on Chris R s behalf. This is TERRIBLE business. And a rip off! How does anyone feel justified in looking at a young female and thinking oh I m going to completely rip her off today. This is sickening. As a business they should directly receive authorization from the owner. Our phone numbers are on record and in previous situations even when my car is taken there by other people I typically receive a call for authorization. This is not good business whatsoever.Service: Oil change

This was the BEST customer service I have EVER experienced. Anil, the owner, was warm and friendly! Him and his team put my mind at ease ensuring that my 1997 Toyota 4Runner was safe for me to take to Texas. They kept me updated on the services they were doing throughout the day and even found some things I had no idea were broken, fixing everything I needed. They went above and beyond for me and exceeded my expectations in almost every possible way. After picking up my car and driving it I feel I have a brand new car!!! It feels so safe! If I wasn't moving to Texas, Midas in Addison would be my go to mechanic everytime. 11/10 I recommend going to the Midas in Addison. This Midas is great! Can't speak for other locations, but I always get great service here. I've been bringing my car here for all service and tires for several years. First time I came here, I sent them tires I bought from tirerack and they had no problem mounting tires i didn't didn't even buy there. I've since replaced that set with them as well as brakes and other regular service.

Haven't gone back in years but watch your tire pressure after bringing your car here. You've been warned. I always had a slow leak afterwards and it never happened again once I stopped going here. Not a coincidence.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

As always, amazing service. These guys always go above and beyond. I dealt with Nino, whom I have had the pleasure of dealing with for years, and he took the time to understand my budget and what I was looking for. He explained what needed to be done and what could be done within the parameters I had set. They take the time to understand you and make sure you have as easy as a time possible. They are my #1 go to place and I would highly recommend them to everyone for all their automotive needs!

I do not recommend this Midas.Very expensive compared to any mechanic shop.$186 to replace brake pads.I declined the service ,and when I left the mechanic shop I started to hear a big noise that wasn't in the car before. Not sure they did this in purpose or not.Anyways, this is what happened to me.

I am very disappointed with this shop and frustrated. I paid 1850 dollars on August 25th to replace radiator, oil pump and timing belt in my car. They have done something wrong with the replacement of the timing belt and I left the car to fix it. Today is November 18th and I got a call from the owner of the shop and he said that I have to go to another shop for. And I am ready to give tmem the title repairs!?! To pay for theirs wrongful repair.!?! The car is old and all I want is my money back and I am ready to give them the title.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Anil and team provide outstanding service at their Midas location. They are very knowledgeable and always do a great job assessing and fixing any issues. The customer service and genuine care that goes into servicing your vechicle is remarkable. I drive twenty minutes and past many other options just to come to this Midas location. You can trust that the team has your best interest in mind when making recommendations and servicing your car.

After being a customer for years, Just went there today 2/3/21 for an oil change, Sorry but what a disappointment!I wanted to wait as they had no business, all bays empty! Was told that waiting area was closed! But there was two chairs set up in Bay 1,said I was willing to stay in my car as I have see other shops doing this prior to state opening up, also why not have waiting area open as I was only customer there? We are now allowed to sit in restaurants! I have been going there for years, but Sorry you have just lost a customer with 3 cars you have been servicing!

Midas has always given me prompt and polite quality service over the years with technicians who are extremely knowledgeable that I can trust. The owner always greets me warmly and checks in on how my family is doing. A very down to earth and friendly place.

The owner was very courteous and explained everything about my car repairs, even showed me pictures of car parts, that needed to be worked on. It was very helpful indeed. Also showed me a website that gave me a range of prices for a particular repair in the geographic market area.

Tires blew and had no chance but to get my tire installed from here as it was the closet place. They Installed 3 out of 4 tires the wrong way! Went back in to get them corrected and told them I wanted my tires fixed and realignment at no charge. 30 mins later my tires were fixed but no printout on the alignment. Asked the owner and he told me they didn't "save" it and had to redo it. Bunch of liars, they never did it. This place is a joke. If they can't install tires properly, God only knows what other things they do wrong. They wanted to make things right by giving me free oil change- no thanks. Avoid this place if you can.
