I have been visiting Central Service for about 3 years now. I have a 2011 so it's needed some TLC for sure. The owners and staff have always been great. They are very accommodating, and I feel they are very honest about what work is necessary immediately and what work I can schedule for a later date. They are friendly and provide a really great service! Thanks for all you do!

liars cheaters thieves dishonest any other words i could add them all, bad experience they tried to charge me $169 after they could not get truck in their shop and after arguing with this scrooge looking bald headed short little man for 1 hour finally got my truck and paid $100 just to get out of there and get my truck i wish i didn't have to go or i would have stayed there called the police and fought as hard as i could legally to not pay a cent that i didn't agree to and after them telling me the truck would not move i got in it and drove away funny how i drove away in a truck their so called mechanics could not get in the shop. this is a scam place. they are looking for uneducated customers and looking to steal from people who don't know any better the company is worse than the oil change places on the news

This shop is staffed by professionals who know how to fix a variety of car issues. Prices are reasonable. 5/5 experience for one small issue and one larger issue.

Had some drifting and pull in 4WD as a concern. Also asked for front brake replacement and tire balance and rotation. I was also under some time pressure due to an upcoming road trip, but I was able to give them a little extra time to thoroughly inspect and fix. That is the part I appreciate, taking the time to road test and go over all of my concerns. They didn't rush it and rush me out the door. I am quite handy and have rebuilt engines and changed out clutches, so I did appreciate the extra details about what they found and what they wanted to do. In the end, the 8 hour drive to KC was very smooth.Services: Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Auto brake replacement

Words cannot express my gratitude to Nick and his staff. Tristan, Steve, and Mike were part of the staff that I met personally. I had an amazing and very heartfelt experience. The customer service is the best I have ever had. The service was quick and enjoyable. There were a lot of things to keep yourself busy with. There were interesting pieces to read about. Nick had a catalytic converter that he saved. It was all chopped up and he showed me the pieces of titanium and other things that make it so valuable. The entire shop was clean and beautifully kept.If you are looking for a life long mechanic like a doctor this is the shop! This shop is the best hospital for cars! I am beyond pleased! I will never go anywhere else for any needs for my car again. Nick s business is a success because he cares about not only getting your car fixed but he also absolutely cares about who is driving the car and those other cars on the road. He promotes safety and will not cheat you. The exact opposite. I had a crisis with my car this morning and in tears. I walked out of that store feeling cared for and I was treated with respect and compassion. What a life changing day and experience! Central Service & Repair! What a fitting name because they get to the heart of the matter and fix not only the problem but provide so many solutions for the future!!!!!!!!!Service: Tires

I have been to a lot of places to get my car repaired and my oil changed, but after going to Central Service, I will never again need to find anyone else. These guys are the most trustworthy auto repair people I have ever met. They always go above and beyond to do the best job possible, all while helping me keep costs down. I would honestly give them a 6 out of 5 star rating if I could. You will not be disappointed.

I'll give 4stars just becuz the effort they gave and the good luck I had. That being said there's a few reasons why I'd give lower if it wasn't for the good luck.My ride limped into the shop. Said they'd diagnose the problem. 2.5hrs later I finally get the update.....They don't know!! Good thing is it fixed itself...for now.But besides just plugging in a computer to see the problem codes, they dug a little deeper than most garages would to tryn get to the root of the problem. I like that, it's just too bad it took nearly 3hrs to do so. So I guess my good luck is that it fixed itself, but bad luck is that we don't know why the problem happened 2 1/2 hrs & $160 later.

Mike and his staff went out of their way to get our RV exhaust fixed while we were traveling in IL. So impressed with their professionalism, squeezing us in on a VERY busy Sat and helping us by phone later for a couple other issues we were having. Would not hesitate to use them if we ever need it. Extremely helpful insight and suggestions when we brought a used car in for a review before purchasing it. After the mechanic spent quite a bit of time with it, Mike spent half hour with us explaining the few issues in detail, so we could be well educated during price negotiations with dealership. After several auto repair shops failed to diagnose the cause of an annoying clunking noise my car made while driving, a friend recommended Central Service and Repair. First let me say that the office staff was extremely warm and welcoming, I explained my concerns with the front desk receptionist and she kindly introduced me to Nick. Nick attentively listened to all my concerns and took my car back for an inspection. They were able to figure out the cause within 20 minutes and did the work right then and there. Not only is my car finally running smoothly, they gave me a great deal! Will definitely be bringing my car back for all my car maintenance needs!

Mike and his guys do excellent work. Knowledgeable, accurate, and I have complete trust in them. It's so nice to not worry about who is working on my vehicle. They are not cheap, but I'm OK with that. You get what you pay for, and I get top quality repairs with no run around. I can recommend them without reservation.

Brought in an old, new to me, camper to have worked on. Gave me an estimate in a day and had it done in about a week an a half. It was slightly more than the estimate but there were a lot of unknowns about the project. About a week later I noticed one tire flat and two were losing air, they were all new tires. Called them up and we got it back over there and they replaced the leaking stem extensions free of charge. Thanks for the great work.

I have taken my 34 year old Class C RV for the past 5 years to them for repair, each time it is repaired correctly and reasonably priced for what they have done. They have completely gone thru my rear-end, brakes, electrical, front-end king pins, steering, improved the performance of my engine, repaired/replaced my fuel lines/system, and serviced correctly my transmission. I do not have even have a leak - drives and performs like a new vehicle. I would definitely recommend them to any one needing an honest repair shop. The owners are courteous and completely honest to deal with, their mechanics are top in their field on knowledge of their craft.

today 9/10/18 i brought my car in for an interlock installation. i was informed i need my horn on the vehicle to work for them to complete the job. the manager told me it was probably a 20$ horn that may have been missing. about 2 hours later i received the bill. $253.40 for fixing the horn. nobody gave me a quote on hourly rates or an estimation on dollar amount other then the $20 horn. i also found out that they hacked my car and ended up just jumping a wire. didn't even diagnose the problem. he did not budge on price and proceeded to open the front door and tell me to leave and not come back until l had the money to pay. i took my time to think about it and came back a bit later and decided to bite the bullet and pay. when i returned i was told i can only pay cash all of the sudden. i believe at that point the manager was hiding scared in the back room. in order to not confront me. so it was 15 min before closing and i had to run down the street as fast as i could to the closest atm to get cash. the worst owner/ manager i have ever spoke too at any shop. i would advice never trusting this shop.

These guys are top notch. Fast service, especially if you make an appointment. Not shady in any way shape or form. Reasonable prices for quality work. Have trusted our vehicles for years with these guys and have never had a problem.

Horrible experience here. Will charge you more if they think you don't know anything about cars and will charge you even more if you're black.Bonus Ripoff - After I said I'm filing a complaint for the service I supposed to had gotten. They tried to switch receipt invoices with me and throw away the original receipt.This is a racist, shady, fraudulent company. From the Owner, to Mike, on down to the receptionist.

If you can't tell if they fixed your car chances are they didn't do anything. But still charged you an arm and a leg. If they do end up having to fix it they will, but will then purposely mess something else up so you can take it to them again and charge you an arm and a leg again. I will NEVER waste another red cent on these crooks.

Saturday at 7am i stopped to pick up the truck for my company. Mike the guy who gave me the keys explained everything they did to the truck. Very friendly and experienced. I would totally bring my personal cars to this place.

Mike and Nick Ticaric run this place and they are great. This is a repair place where I never have to worry about being upcharged or misled. They are faithful Christians (active members of Trinity Lutheran Church in Villa Park) and they practice their faith in the way they do business.

Always honest and fair. Great service. Always stays in contact. No matter if it is an rv or a mazda miata. They always go above and beyond. Will always recommend central service to anyone who asks for a reputable shop.

Charged me $1800 to put on a safety neutral switch and install a new pig tail for started on a 97 pace arrow. They charged me for a new batter that looked old. 2 days later vehicle would not start after fur investigating found they just soldered a piece onto the started no new pig tail. My RV (fleetwood revolution 40c) broke down and I limped in here after calling. Luckily they worked me in. They got me back on the road and the price was very fair. The owner obviously takes pride in his shop. Thanks.

charge me 100$ for nothing.for checking my tire, and tell me that need change for new one for 620$+taxnot allow me to move from facility without pay

This place is a joke. You bring your car in and more issues happen when you leave..AND OF COURSE...you bring it back and they find more problems and rape your credit card. BE WARNED!!! By next move is small claims court
