If your thinking of using CDE Collision Center for your automobile s body work you can t go wrong. I ve used CDE a few times and was very happy with them from the time I walked through the door to the day I picked up my car. Between the girls at the front counter to the mechanics doing the bodywork these people couldn t be more courteous, professional, trustworthy and sympathetic. They handled everything from having the rental car at their location for me, to completing the necessary paperwork with the insurance company and kept me informed on an as needed basis as the work was being done on the car. I will never use any other body shop .this place is the best you won t be disappointed!

I have had nothing but the best experience here! I went to go get my car fixed once and the second time it was totaled. But Kelly is an amazing genuine person, she is so helpful with getting your rental there and she is truly amazing! They do amazing work here and they get it done fast! I would recommend to all my friends!

Brought my car here in December. Ben and the woman at the front counter were very friendly to work with. Received the car back and the bumper is misaligned. For context the bumper was removed only to replace the emblem/grill of the vehicle. I would rather still have the emblem damaged than have the bumper misaligned the way it is. I have included before and after pictures. You can now even see the tracks in the bumper that I m assuming are supposed to be clipped in. When I returned to CDE the manager tried telling me that part of the bumper clips into nothing. Then told me that s how the vehicles come. Then proceeded to tell me that because of heat expansion that bumpers will appear misaligned. 3 lies were told to me this day. She did offer to take the car and told me that she doesn t know if she can do anything to fix it. I feel like this will be a battle of out of pocket rental expenses. Also I still stand by them not recalibrating the radar on my car properly.

There the best, my car was returned to me as it look the very first day I bought it. They were very informative and the vehicle was returned on time.the people there are very polite and truly care about you. Every time I spoke to someone there they were just the best, I m very satisfied with their service from start to finish. God bless them all, AAA+

Our MAZDA CX 30 was repaired to perfection and returned on the date promised. we were given updates at least twice a week .the job was NOT EASY but this shop rocks!. the workers are very nice people.Ben and "Kelli" are very accommodating and knowledgeable!Since i have worked at Automobile dealerships for over 27 years, i can definitely refer my customers with confidence to this GEM of a BODY SHOP. I would not give this review if i did not reallyfeel this way.very sincerely, Mauricio Angel CORRALp.s. The vehicle was also returned cleaned inside and outside too. plus, their work is guaranteed for life!

Excellent attention to detail!!! Friendly and HONEST service! Kelly was an great service rep who walked me through the initial process in dealing with my insurance claim. Ben was an excellent service tech who s attention to detail and care for the damages in my car came out to be far better than I expected (like a brand new car!!!!). I chose this place through my insurance based off of distance, but I'm so glad I did. From start to finish beyond communicative and friendly! There's a parts delay and they communicated that the entire time and well beyond their control. My car is back in tip top shape and couldn't be happier. I hope I don't have to see them anytime soon, but if I did I'd be glad to work with them again.

Special thanks to Ben Fredericks for his excellent communication and support the entire time, and we especially thank you for taking care of our vehicle. We are blessed to have a facility like CDE in our neighborhood.

Extremely great service! Kelly (front desk) was thorough about the paper work and she was able to schedule me in earlier than expected! Ben (service tech) walked me through all the possible repair options by looking at the external damage. He was easy to understand. Personally, this guy should be an automotive educator! My experience was so incredible that I'll be coming back to this location for all my auto body repairs.

Both Kellys are honest, very detail, and can answer any questions you have. Customer service from the time I walk in the door was on point. I refer anyone to this location they take care of there customers and car look brand new once received.

This is the best car repair shop in the nation. They are honest, fair and very effective. Ben has helped me quite a few times with solid advice and quick-work repairs. Kelly Ruiter did a great job informing me of the work I needed done on a large repair and she stood by her cost-estimate, and my car looks great and is riding great. The whole C.D.E. team is pleasant to deal with and they do a fabulous job. I wish more businesses in America operated like C.D.E. Collision Center does. Though my car ended up being a total loss, Kellie was amazing to help me through the whole process. Even with the limited shop availability in the area, they took my car in immediately and did the estimate right away. If I ever need repairs in the future I will be going there. You'd be missing out on fantastic customer service if you go anywhere else. Thanks!

Brought my daughters car here for repair after a fender bender, so happy we did. Great staff and service kept us updated daily with the status and pickup which was the day they promised. Man oh man did they do a great job repairing my car on the right side after someone hit me. The work performed and the detail put into the task at hand was high quality because I can t even tell where it was damaged. Very Very pleased with the outcome. Also the whole process of driving from the facility with a rental car already prepped and ready for me was smooth and easy and very convenient. Not only that but I had aftermarket window visors that got damaged so I was just gonna chalk that up and order new ones because I thought they wouldn t be covered. I was very surprised and impressed when I opened my car door and noticed that CDE had ordered them already and left them in the car. They kept me informed the whole time and if I had questions I was able to call and check on things. Also they were finished on time when they said they d be. Great job everyone. Very down to earth welcoming staff. Everyone was so kind and easy to work with. Fake reviews! They did terrible job to my car passenger side rear wheel and caused me dangerous on highway, sticked wrong letters on my car, left safety belt alarm on , removed my gasoline cover and seats cover without putting it back, now my passenger side door can t get locked, they stealing your parts and revenge!
