Called these guys to find out that they are able to replace small trailer tires at a reasonable price. Brought my own tires to them and was done in 20 minutes total which was a super quick turnaround. Thank you for the excellent service.

Very impressed. Had two front tires mounted and balanced and a wheel alignment. Extremely professional shop. They did an excellent job and gave me a great price. Very satisfied with the service I found my new forever tire shop. Thank you so much George and the amazing technicians at Cassidy Tire in Addison.

The guys checked my Big Van out and advised me to travel on home before starting any services. No work was done .And advice was given for free.. I went on to travel over 5 hours heading home with only one fill up and 2 short breaks. My van did well and my plans are to add to my fleet and shuttle goods and services for my community. Great experience! My car s suspension felt loose and rattled at low speeds. The Cassidy team performed an inspection on my car, diagnosed and corrected an issue with my vehicle s suspension and it s feeling solid and safe now on the road. Thank you, Cassidy Team for the peace of mind!

It's almost like they value your time here. I had 4 tires replaced in under 40 minutes. All the employees I interacted with were pleasant and bright. My tires are very tire-y. Thanks for the quality work, and great experience overall. It is appreciated.

Great place. Never been to a tire shop where the guys actually smile and genuinely care about your car. Customer service is 10/10. I recommend speaking to Jeff. Great guy. And will explain everything thoroughly.

Jeff @ Cassidy Tire was a life saver! I got a flat on the way to my brothers wedding & they took care of me on the stressful day. I was able to pick my fixed car the next day. Customer service was top notch! Hope I don t any more flats, but I would definitely take my business back here.

I d like to take the time to say what a good feeling it is to share the same values with fellow family service people. Top tier service by Dan the Man & Jeff, the owner. Long story short, my wife s brakes sounded like they were grinding, turned out to be rust on the rotars, a little elbow greese and viola! The extra mile they went, transparency, and honesty they showed, was 1st rate.

Glad I found an old receipt from 2017 to remind me of this place. Was able to replace my tires and have a wheel alignment done while I waited. Definitely beats ordering online (same price), waiting, dropping off my car for a day, and forgetting to request check/adjust alignment like I had been doing for the past 7 years.Salespersons R. Harris and the other gentlemen were very good at communicating what was happening and any potential issues techs Coleson and Miguel had.

This review is for the on-site repair shop, not for the HQ or distribution center which is co-located at this Addison address.This store is run by at best incompetent or at worst dishonest people.I had this location do my summer/winter tire swap a few times in the past. They proved to be either incompetent or dishonest at other visits. On several visits they heavily over filled some but not all tires. In my last winter/summer tire swap before today (last spring), I told the manager on duty, Victor, the last two visits they heavily over-filled my tires and asked him to make sure it's right this time. When I picked up the car later that day, they filled tires to 41, 39, 35, and 33psi. My car requires 33psi. I told Victor some were way over, and he asked one of the workers to fix it. After, I checked, and all of the tires were now filled to 35/36. I told Victor again and finally they filled all to 33psi. How could each tire be a different pressure? Aren't they trained to check?Another visit they balanced a tire wrong causing an awful shake.A third visit, they put the two back tires on the left and the front tires on the right instead of the big/back small/front.In today's visit, I requested a tire swap from summer to winter tires I already own. Yesterday, I got a nail in one of the summer tires, so I needed the swap for the car to be drivable. All 4 summer tires will be replaced in the spring.I brought my vehicle and the extra set of winter tires in the morning before work. The manager, Jeff, inspected the winter tires I brought and informed me they were near the wear limit. He recommended not swapping the tires but instead buying new ones. It was good that he alerted me, as I did not know. However, I was planning to buy all future tires from Costco, not Cassidy. I asked the manager to quote new tires, but I literally said "I want these tires swapped today. Do not wait expecting me to buy new tires please swap today and I will make a decision in a week or two about new tires." I didn't want to tell the guy I didn't like Cassidy. He responded, "we will call you", which was an odd response-why not say "ok"? I left for workMidday, I received a call from the front desk guy quoting the cost of new tires, telling me they could be in stock tomorrow. I thanked him and asked for a written quote when I picked up my car. I asked him that since they recommended replacing the winter tires, could he look if they could just patch the slow-leak summer tire for now and leave them on. But, if it wasn't possible to patch to please swap the winter tires like we agreed. I repeated that I was not buying tires that day and I needed the vehicle to drive for the next couple of weeks (so I can go to Costco)An hour later, I received another call from the front desk guy. He said the summer slow leak could not be repaired because of the location of the nail near the sidewall. I said, "no worries, I'll pay to have summer/winter swapped like we agreed even though I'm going to have to get new winter tires soon. I need the car drivable"Next is the incompetent and/or dishonest part. The manager, Jeff, to whom I made explicitly clear when I dropped off the car that I wanted the tires swapped today and I would not buy tires that day and I needed a couple of weeks to make a decision, told the front desk guy to tell me that he wouldn't allow the winter tires to be swapped because the wear was too low and could be unsafeI would not have been upset if he told me this when I dropped off the car. Instead, he kept my car for no reason, and wasn't honest, knowing he wouldn't swap the tires like I askedThe manager, Jeff, created a high pressure sales situation where he thought he would pressure me to decide to buy tires from him that day. My summer tires have a slow leak, which he couldn't patch, and he refused to swap my winter tires temporarily, as we agreed this morning. His solution was for me to leave the car overnight and pay for new tires tomorrow, which is literally what I told him I would not do. This is extremely unprofessional

Great experience. The technician was helpful as well repairing a hole in the front right tire for N/C. Very reasonable price for synthetic oil & giving my truck a once over.

I hit a pothole on the expressway and got a flat tire.I called Cassidy Tire.They were able to get me a tow truck and tow me to their shop.It was very easy to work with them.They all were very friendly and helpful.

We were about to get on the road for a long trip when we realized one of our tires was worn unevenly. Called a bunch of shops, some didnt pickup, some weren't able to help. Cassidy, picked up (an actual person), redirected us to a location that could help, and got us on the road with a new set of tires and an alignment within 2 hours. Appreciate the awesome help!!

Bought a set of steer tires for my semi. Tiress were bad and had a terrible shake to them. They forgot to balance them and had to stop while out of state to get them balanced. After balancing them, they still had horrible shake. They told me to have them balanced again. Got them spun balanced, and they still shake. I was told that they were bad tires. Called Cassidy tires and was told they do nothing for free. They won't warranty their product.Buyers beware!!!! They are Toyo steers. Was told they're the best, but nothing but a nightmare. 2nd bad experience with Cassidy Tire. The first time, they dropped my trailer on a roadside service call.

Absolutely the worst tire shop I ve ever been to if I could leave zero stars I would, took in my 2020 F450 for a tire rotation. On receiving the truck back there was gouging in the 19.5 high polished wheels that they responded you curb rashed your wheels and we had to remove the hammer on wheel weight victor was nice to deal with at first but soon after the problem arose he was quick to defend his employees actions with claiming it was my fault. Asked to speak with the owner and was followed up by Rick who is just in the office also saying how he agrees with victor. All and all $408 dollars later I ve got my oil changed and a destroyed set of wheels. Deel with the other store STAY AWAY FROM THE ADDISON LOCATION

Had to travel 1 hr to get to them but because it was a small motor home only their facility could handle it. They were wonderful, timely and extremely reasonable $ for the tire repair. Even though it is a drive from my home, I will definitely go there again.

Never fixed my flat because the used (recap) tire they said was good started to lose air again. I m so Angry because I m a truck driver & I have ZERO TIME FOR LAZY/CARELESS JOBS LIKE THIS.

If you purchase all 4tires new.. with what is called a "warranty" program ect-you would think that a 'Sidewall Impact' would be covered in that.. Noo.. instead make you buy a new tire.A "Customer" would tend to believe that a 'Sidewall Impact' INDEED would be no charge-but the labor... WrongThink twice about trusting fully

Fast & friendly service from Jorge and Jeff! Asked for air and it ended up being a valve stem. All fixed and no more low air pressure!
