I went to Addison Truck & Trailer Repair for an oil change. They were fast & precise. They even gave me a nice jacket & sweater for the new year! The staff are extremely friendly & they are fair with their pricing. I wish this repair stop was franchised in every state. These are honest good mechanics.I m extremely great full for both their services & care!

Online reviews I will post of your company's performance repairing my truck will clearly communicate your employee's failure to do a complete repair.Your lack of attention to detail cost me considerable time and money. You had a chance to make things right, but instead you denied responsibility for your error. And now your business will suffer the consequences of crippling online reviews.The damage to my financial position has been done. I do not care if you block me or delete my review, I will write more and will spread the word to everyone I know. You guys are bunch of crooks and liars with zero experience.

I have been coming here since 2016 and I have always had a great experience. They are helpful and always do good work. They also have a parts department which is nice and they also do body work on trucks. Overall great shop and friendly people.

All you need to do is look at the reviews to know that they're doing it right, not only do they have a really fair labor rate they know what they're doing and when I say full service I mean full service truck trailer welding alignments tires everything. Parts guy is really knowledgeable and will discuss parts options just a great experience. If you need to wait there they have showers, laundry, nice drivers room Wi-Fi. My go to shop now when I'm in the area.

We've been using Addison Truck and Trailer Repair services for our fleet maintenance and repair for a while now, I can recommend them to everyone as a reliable and responsible shop which is pretty hard to come by nowadays. Mechanics are knowledgeable and professional and the management is very consumer-oriented. As with every job, and specially with truck repair, mistakes do happen, but unlike other shops, these guys are willing to admit them and resolve it to the customer satisfaction. Keep it up!

Ask them to install SD ramps and couple other things. Everyone in shop will tell you different information . First they promise to me done my jobs in 1 day but after one day guys just installed 8 brackets with 16 bolts to the frame. And finally did whole job(ramps ) by end of the second day ( whole day to just weld 3 6 seam and 3 bolts) you can check quality of the seam on pics. It s absolutely unprofessional job.AND FINALLY CHARGE FOR INSTALLATION 12 hrs!!!When that s work takes 4-6 hrs2) When I ask them to change steering angle sensor they ordered(big respect to Artur)And change it but cannot calibrate it ( what I already told before) charge 225$ !!! and send me to dealer with same problem coze dealer may have powerful software.3) if your truck have some working parts but you ask to change that- don t worry, they charge you but didn t change that in my case ( brake system components, photo incl.)4) disorganized team. Promise to me no charge for new brake installation after change s-cam. But charge... someone promise - someone else charge you.GUYS EVERYTIME CHECK WORK-ORDER BEFORE PAY THAT. PUT A LOT EXTRA THINGS IN THERE!

Went in for a tag light the shop pulled out every DOT Violation with tires possible for my safety without request very needed the company was not gonna do anything about it with my complaint thankful for some great people who cares about others safety & there profession!!!! They got me in and out in record time. It s a little bit hard to find but its behind the building, you have to call the number and they will open the gate. Really good work and polite professional front desk.

Had the brake chamber on my trailer repaired...i was late to reach the shop but Gene made sure that the issue was resolved and Eva at front desk was very helpful...in and out of there under an hour with reasonable charges...definitely recommended..

I ve been all over the Chicago land and so shop will try to over charge or bandage your truck just for you to spend more money This has been my 5th time coming to this shop and for good reasons. Fast, Accurate, fair prices.. I was very impressed with their quality of work and how responsive the mechanics are when they finding any issue and making sure you re safe on the road! I was apprehensive at fist coming to a new shop. We all know the stereo typical stigma involved; " come to get ripped off $$$ "This is one of the instances in life that my presumption was WRONG! Being a former automotive technician I'm able to rate a shop's performance & quality.The service manager Majic ' was very welcoming & informative. He gave me a very fairly priced quote for multiple repairs. They took in the truck for service right away.Antonio the technician that performed the service was methodical & surgical. (Top Grade A+ Quality Work)The waiting area is top notch with coffee, treadmill, & yes even a ping pong table! Quality Service, Truck Wash, & no job too big or small. These guys will put a dealership to shame!Thank you Majic & Antonio, you earned a customer for life....

They are really great. The job is done mazing and quality is high. Professionals, fast and NOT EXPENSIVE at all. Really honest management what care for all the customers. Magic is good man! They even let me to leave the truck for over night. RECOMMEND IT TOTALLY!!!

Highly recommending this truck repair shop. Service is always done diligently and in a timely manner. They were able to resolve any issues I ever had with my trucks or trailers. I had ATTR, repair what a Per Truck Body in Mount Prospect did NOT fix correctly. They were polite, honest and did a great job. I will be using their service again.If you own a truck, you need this place in your phone contacts. Eva at the front desk was great. I Have Been Scamed from this service I have all the proof that I drove the truck with power and heat working they scammed me by unplugging the heat the power charged overprice for head for no reason same problem again on the truck they brake your truck when u go there have all the evidence that there are scammers

I have had my truck in this shop 2 times. Each time I felt that I had a good communication with the mechanics and they were very open and honest with what they were doing with the repairs. My first time at the shop we ran into some technical difficulties but these were worked through and I feel the shop handled the issues very well. They are very reasonable in price and are very thorough with their work. They really take the time to go over the details to make sure the job gets done right. I highly recommend this shop than going into a dealer shop where you dishing out $135 hr for equal work. You can feel confident that this shop will do good work for you. Thank you Addison for your hard work and honesty!

Good shop! Especially if you run on Detroit 60 series. Repaired my engine, changed turbo, done with tune up which increased my average to 6,8. They also repaired big electrical issues on step deck trailer, what road service on weight station wasn t able to. Highly recommend this shop if you need to put your truck back on the road!!!

They have very good deals and experienced mechanics. First time customer oil change is 200$ for all kind of trucks. Not a bad deal.Also they work fast and reliable. Good deals on DeeGuards and Legacy seats. For sure i will be there again to buy thoseThey did a great job on my Volvo and i didnt spent so much $$$. Good job guys. You deserve the 5 stars

In all of my years as a OTR driver have I experienced an amazing experience such as the one I experienced made a delivery a few miles from Addison T&T my clutch went out called and they told me to come around was hoping to get an adjustment but it was too far gone Gene who owns the place welcomed me and my dog with nothing but kindness of which I ve never seen out here Ava the secretary was very friendly had to find a pet friendly hotel and a ride Gene took the time to take me to the hotel and came back to get me the next day my truck was completed by closing the 2nd day as he promised this is the best company Barr none on behalf of Lucas carrier service and myself KEVIN thank you from the bottom of my heart Delilah thanks you as well peace and blessings
