I brought my car for the second time (different reasons).The people from Addison Auto Body and Glass not only did a great job during the repair of the front of my truck, also they made my truck look like brand new. On an older vehicle I had they completely restored the headlights removing fog that had developed. I couldn t believe it. Mario and his crew do amazing work ever time.If you re looking for quality and great customer service, let me tell you this is the place!Thank you so much for taking good care of my truck and cars again.

Mario and his team did an amazing job on fixing my scion tc. It all started with searching for body shops and getting estimates. Many couldn't give me one till a month later, and I stopped by here and on the same day got an estimate and when they'll be taking my car in for repairs. I recommend this place of all other body shops here in addison. They even cleaned out my interior, which was nice since it's been so long since I cleaned it myself, but taking off the salt was a pain. But these guys did what I couldn't. Best of all, they said it'll be a week, and sure enough, it was accurate.

Maria - 2017 Jeep RenegadeAfter having my fairly new car hit and run, I was recommended by a family member to take it to Mario - owner. We were extremely pleased with the paint results and bumper replacement this shop made. They worked with my insurance Progressive, made sure I had a car rental, I was also constantly informed about the updates of my vehicle via text message. Customer service was amazing, they answered all my questions before and after my service. I m a perfectionist when it comes to my car and this shop did a awesome clean job, absolutely ZERO complaints. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This is a fantastic car repair place. They did a great job on my Subaru Crosstrek and I would highly recommend you schedule with them if you need repairs. Everyone was great to work with and I couldn't be happier with the end results!

Extremely rude. I went the first time and they took months to tell me a bumper I ordered had came in. Did the work since they had the bumper but it took 2 months and I was the one that called them.Had another incident and took the car in again the man didn't want to give me a quote unless I paid 60, told him I did work with him here before and I didn't pay them and I was willing to do it here, but he didn't want to do the quote so I left. He said people pop in and out all the time in there asking for a quote and not getting it done there. I thought the point of a quote was that . The way he said it was very rude. I thought they would appreciate a returned customer

Mike - owner - is TOP NOTCH!!! I ve only had great experiences with my car being worked on here. They go above and beyond what I expect! I also have a van that is adapted for a wheelchair and accessible driving and they are amazing with being able to troubleshoot issues! We had an amazing experience with Addison Auto Body and Glass. My son was in an accident, thankfully he is fine!! That said, his 2012 Ford Fusion was banged up pretty badly. I was given Mario's info so we went to see the pro! Mario made sure it was safe to drive and like new by the time the team was done. My experience with Addison Auto Body & Glass was excellent! The repair turned out great...as if the damage never happened in the first place. And I very much appreciate how clean my vehicle was when I picked it up...inside and out. Jim was great to work with. Mario was easy and reasonable to work with. When I picked up my car, the exterior of my VW Atlas looked brand new and it drove like new too. His team does great work. I can't imagine going anywhere else the next time I need body work done.

We bring our Teslas here to get repaired and, unfortunately, we have come quite a few times. Every time, we get great service and they know how to deal with Tesla cars professionally and with a quality work. We have been working only with Mario and he is always easy to get a hold of and gives us a full update whenever we call. Highly recommend.

Awesome work Great staff. Update 09/01/23 from 5 stars to 2 stars. I think I speak for all the customers on this one existing and new. Why are you charging for the estimate. Is the shop going outta business, Losing money, did one of the owners hit the casino and take a big loss???? Body work cost enough already. Now it just looks like your shop over charges and is petty.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I recently had my Jeep repaired here after a car accident. Ray and his crew did an excellent job fixing the front and rear bumpers, the tow hitch, and painting the repaired areas. The workmanship was top-notch, and the staff was professional and friendly throughout the process. Highly recommend this auto body shop for any repairs!Shout out to Ray and the rest of the crew!

They went above and beyond to take care of my car in a timely matter. I had a funeral to be at on a Saturday and I brought my car in on Tuesday, my care was like brand new on Friday. They even detailed my interior which was not expected but was greatly appreciated. I don't care if the cost is more than I could find elsewhere I will only go to them for any future work that needs to be done on my car. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Owner Mario is my lifesaver! I am a long time customer and will never take any vehicle anywhere else. He has always gone above and beyond to help. He is honest and takes pride in his work. My vehicles always look new after any work/ maintenance. I highly recommend Addison Auto Body. I ve never felt like they re taking advantage of me or trying to overcharge. Addison Auto Body & Glass did such a wonderful job restoring my car after it was stolen and crashed. They kept me updated every step of the way and left my car looking as good as the day I bought it! I m really not into writing reviews, unless service is extremely awesome and professionally done. Mario and his crewmen are the best, definitely five star service. Highly recommend this paint and body shop . This is one happy customer. Mario was fantastic. He kept great communication with me to let me know what was going on. They do phenomenal work! They did a fantastic job fixing our car after we were in a small accident. We re more than pleased with how easy it was to work with this shop, not to mention the stellar form our car was in when it was returned to us. They did a detail cleaning at no extra cost and I will tell you, our car needed it! A bonus are the little gifts they leave you in the car like a pen and mask cause we actually needed them not too long after lol. Thank you Addison Auto Body & Glass.

UPDATE!! I've been going here for 3 years now, I've recommend this shop to all my friends and family. I have nothing but great things to say about the quality of the work and the professionalism. Mario and Jim are fantastic. I refuse to take any of my cars anywhere else but Addison auto body and glass.Top notch body shop. They treat you like family and you get your car back in better shape than you drop it off. They are true professionals that do too quality work. I only trust my vehicles here now.
