Had my pizza ordered, 50 min wait time. No big deal. I walked in ten minutes after pickup time and it still wasn't ready, haven't even started on it. Left to do some shopping, came back like 30 minutes later and the girl didn't even bother to read the order ticket i guess but they didn't make it the way it was ordered and paid for. So when I got it I asked to be wrote down for a free one since the wait time was so long and they butchered my order. Her response was to walk away and say nothing, with an attitude. On top of that, when they boxed my pizza they made sure to crease it on the pizza causing a few slices to fall out when i opened it to check my order. Sue made sure it was wrote down though, so props to her for always being such a hard worker. Been trying to call today to redeem my order and im sitting here for 2 hours on the phone with no answer so I guess yall don't answer your phones anymore. This place has turned into a pig farm in terms of service. I used to work here and it was never this bad in my time there. Truely sad to see. From the hiring of meth heads trying to steal from the place their employed to the terrible attitudes, abingdon caseys would easily go out of business on the pizza side if a little Ceasars or really any other fast food opened in town. Desperately needs some new training or leadership.

Nice enough people, but constantly long lines, one cashier multiple food cases empty expired old pizza left to sit in the warmer when they have 3 people in the kitchen and almost no orders hanging?? Nah, sounds lazy and we'll pass. There's a Casey's every other town anyways so nope

We ordered a Large Taco Pizza today. It was mainly just crust. And big pieces of lettuce. Not very good at all.

This has always been one of our favorite places for pizza, until recently. The last 2 weekends the pizzas were overcooked with crust tasting burnt. The toppings were sparse. While we were waiting to pick up our order we saw a cheese pizza that was absolutely black being sliced and put in the box for pick up. I hope this review gets some attention, I will hate to drive farther to get pizza.

It people are nice . The pizza slices are kind of chashy ( I think ) and I would say a bit spices the other prices on things ( except the beer ) are kind of high too . The gas is alright tho. That's why gave an honest 3 and if it were not for the people who work there I really don't know if I would go there at all .

Idk who s in charge but you need to give that one girl her raise before she walks out. From what I overheard management has had 30+ days and she still don t have it. Pizzas fire tho

I bought 2 pizza online $31.87 & they told me it would be 45 mins Canadian bacon mushroom & breakfast pizza. We waiting for so long 1 hour & 30 mins pass than a lady show up. The lady told me I seen there was a mess up on the pizza ashley made than she told me I'll go back & make a new one & bring it to you no cost. The breakfast pizza was fine but the other pizza taste really funny & no mushroom. Mins pass than hours pass but no pizza. It makes me think I dont trust online no more.

Got a breakfast pizza The dough was not done and i even had them cook it a little longer The crust was so thin I couldn't pick it up without the toppings falling off There was very little cheese sauce and they sprinkled very little cheddar cheese all in the very middle Had flour all over the box cause she just handed it to us with dough and flour all over her hands I worked for this place for 11 yrs and Its very sad I will not order again The staff in the kitchen needs retrained or just trained period They are rude and really a district manager and the health dept. Needs to come and evaluate that kitchen Its off the charts on negatives on everything and everywhere A manager should be in that kitchen helping out if they are so busy that they tell people an hour for 1 pizza I understand short staffed but if you gotta qait an hour that pizza should be a great pizza not some flimsy not done crust Just a horrible lesson learned

The kid with red hair is worthless. No hi. Hello. How you doing. Didn t ask if I needed a bag so I asked. He then took his time and then left the bag on his side of the counter. Didn t hand it to me. Didn t push it to me. Nothing. No thank you. No have a good night. Just walked away and left the bag for me to reach under the divider and grab. As I m typing this review I see him in the office sitting on the chair with his head back.

I had a silly question and the cashier answered it without laughing at me.The who staff was very friendly and I really enjoyed their pizza. Hope to go there again one day. But I'm not local .

Two morning workers are the best.Good people.Tons of good food and plenty of gas to go along with that freshly ground coffee.All kinds of flavors.Clean bathroom.

Good pizza, but the last few times I've ordered here, and Monmouth location, pizza hasn't been been started on yet, when it's 5 minutes after the estimated time to be ready.

Absolutely terrible service I was told they're "too busy" to make food for the warmers but one of the cooks was just standing around and when we called in to ask the general managers name we were told it's a hipaa violation.... I didn't know caseys was a medical office

Better than the average Casey's pizza and clean restrooms most of the time. Great staff with friendly service and a good attitude!
