I recently just got a car from Ruby Mountain Motors in Wendell and I have to say I was nervous going in initially because this was my first time purchasing a car ever. I made the right decision by going here. Janell was super sweet and helpful. She explained everything well and made sure I understood what I was agreeing to. She really put my mind at ease about the whole situation. They even gave me the best possible deal despite my credit not being the best and gave me advice on my credit and how to improve it faster. This was one of the best experiences I ve had with making a big purchase like this and I will definitely be coming back to purchase my next car though them. If you guys see this review, thanks again for all the help.

I had a great experience with everyone at Ruby Mountain Motors. With every step of buying a used car, the service was above and beyond. I recommend them highly. Janell and Michael were so great to work with they made everything easy. Beyond happy.

This is my second purhase with Ruby Mountain Motors and I'm just as pleased this time as I was the first go round. Kellen and Juan listened to every "want" that my husband and I had, and worked to get us the price that fit our budget. Absolutely no pressure and we did the entire approval process over the phone. My husband is so in love with our new truck that he might just sleep in it tonight! I will, without a doubt, keep coming back to Ruby Mtn for my future purchases. Thank you!

We traded our Volvo wagon for a 17 Land Rover at the Wendell ID lot. We both have busy work schedules and we live in a remote rural area and Janell and the rest of the team made our transaction a smooth and easy one. They respected our work schedules and we felt good about our trade and purchase when it was complete.I would recommend Ruby Mountain Motors to anyone. My experience here at Ruby Mountain Motors in Wendell, Idaho has truly been the best one I've had at a dealership by far. The hospitality, the hoops they jumped through to get me into my goal car and the timely manner they could get all of this done is what what sold me! They have great cars for even a better price. I would highly suggest checking out one of their locations the next time you're considering buying a car.

Ruby Mountain and Kellen took great care of us as we went through the process of finding the vehicle that would be a great fit for us and our 3 little girls. We went in wanting to do a test drive and Kellen provided us a test weekend. Ultimately, the service and attention we received from Ruby Mountain was the deciding factor in our purchase. When buying a used vehicle, nobody will work harder and take better care of you, than Kellen at Ruby Mountain Motors. Kellen asks a lot of questions up front to make sure he understands your exact vehicle needs, then he tirelessly works to find a vehicle that is perfect for you. He is honest, genuine and always fair. You don t have to worry about playing stupid pricing games, because Kellen always approaches the transaction with your best interests in mind and works his tail off to get you the absolute best deal for whatever your budget may allow he is a customer-first kind of guy. I have now purchased two used vehicles from Kellen and could not be happier with the service and experience I received with each purchase. Ruby Mountain Motors has been one of the best experiences I ve had purchasing a vehicle. Finding the vehicle I purchased through them via the internet, Adam, my sales associate, was easy to work with and answered all my questions promptly and honestly. Once I flew in from San Diego, Adam picked me up from my hotel the next morning, we took the vehicle for a test ride, and he had the proper paperwork filled out and ready for signing. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! If your looking for an car buying experience with professionals without the hassle, I highly recommend Rudy Mountain Motors!

Ruby mountain motors was an amazing place for my wife and I to stop by and look around for a new vehicle. We purchased an incredible truck from a very reliable salesman by the name of Juan Hernandez. Juan made sure we were taken well care of and even let us take our truck for an extended test drive! Make sure to ask for Juan Hernandez when you stop by for your next vehicle.
