Rick is amazing.. had a serious oil leak.. they gave me a free estimate for what was wrong and quoted a price.. was able to get my car in quickly.. Rick was great about making sure everything was done correctly and completely and took the time to explain everything to me.. it ended up being slightly less expensive than the quoted price which is always wonderful.. it didn't take long to get my car back.. was done within the same day.. I definitely will go back for all including oil changes.. would recommend R/T Automotive to everyone who wants there car done right..

LOVE this place! Rick was wonderful! Driving through town got a warning light and Rick helped us out immediately and got us back on the road in no time. He also gave our pup the royal welcome.

We broke down two states away from home. These guys got us in right away and helped us figure out our best options. Really, really great service. Incredibly helpful. 100% recommend!

The Idaho Scapes crew is THE BEST!!! They are trustworthy, super hardworking, detail oriented and flexible/easy to work with. They did an absolute stunning job on our property and I would recommend them without hesitation. Our project had a lot of hard scape installation (pavers, slot drains, grade changes, etc) as well as soft scape plantings--they nailed it all. They also have all the heavy equipment necessary to tackle big jobs.

The owner, Rick, listened to my needs and came through. Other shops couldn't fix my problem RT got it right the first time! Best shop in the magic valley!
