Outstanding service! The manager went above and beyond helping us get a part to fix our vehicle and continue on the road to get home. She was wonderful and very knowledgeable. I recommend NAPA Auto Parts in Wendell Idaho for all your auto part needs. Also the delivery driver Mr. McCormick was a wonderful man and we really enjoyed and appreciated him too. Thank you NAPA Auto Parts in Wendell. Customer service at its finest. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!

I've bought my parts from this store for a couple years now. The manager and staff are totally professional and go above and beyond to satisfy whatever it is you need. They are my 1st stop if I'm in need of a part or just a box to ship something in. The have never failed to meet my needs. There's a lot of businesses who could take lessons from you.

We showed up at NAPA right before closing time. I knew exactly what I wanted and it would ve literally taken one minute to let me in and buy my item. The clerk saw us there, flipped off the open sign and locked up as I was walking to the door. I understand that it was literally closing time and some clocks are a little fast or slow but my phone is dead correct and we still had time to run in. No this isn t the worst thing in the world, but when you drive in 10 miles out of town and are thrilled you got there before 5 only to be completely shut out it s very frustrating.

I came in to buy a couple bolts because my skid plate fell off while I was off roading and Adam was so helpful he ended up putting it back on for me in the parking lot! What an exceptional guy!

Very helpful parts store, people are always so pleasant and Sheena is always willing to help and goes above and beyond finding the right part for the job. Wished more placed had customer service like this.

Up until I meet Sheena Raidiger at the Napa store in Wendell. I would not shop at any Napa stores what so ever I would go without period. This 5 star is for Sheena she is the reason I shop the store in Wendell,Idaho all other locations 1 star or less.

Would love to thank Shelby for going above and beyond to get me a part from another one of there stores so I wasn't stuck all night in front of the store even though it was 5pm
