My priorities for accommodations:1) Must be CLEAN!!2) Location3) Functional - I could not care less if a place has the latest fashion furniture or whatever - it just has to be functionalWe've stayed here twice & very pleased with the overall experience both times.Everything was working - a quiet and comfortable place ...absolutely coming back

Hey folks a Gem in Weiser, Idaho. The friendliest nicest proprietors . Rooms are good sized. Comfy beds, coffee pot, microwave and fridge. Very clean and nicely maintained. Nice outdoor area to enjoy with table and chairs. They also welcome hunters and fishermen. Great location. We have loved our stay here. You cannot go wrong with this jewel. Highly recommend!!Noteworthy details: I think I said it all in my review. Nicely furnished. Great location, easy to find and just super people ! Give yourself a treat a stay here if in the area! In reference to the person that talked about cleaning rags. They are there for hunters or fisherman or others who have dirty shoes etc that need cleaned , instead of using the bath and hand towels. Apparently he cannot read!! Again an example of their hospitality!

We stay here every 4th of July!! I only give it a 4 because the bed says queen but it s small usually me my hubby and baby in the middle can fit nice on a queen but this bed only fit them 2! Check in & out is always easy. Just one incident I was in the shower my daughter was on the bed & the house keeper just can in without knocking & then said oh sorry & shut the door I told my husband about it when he got back from the store & I also told him we needed more towels so he goes to ask up front & she gives him towels but says this is why you need to let the house keepers come in.. we ll sorry I was in the shower & she didn t even announce herself!!!! But other then that I like staying her It s so close to my grandmas the room was remodeled & nice

1. TV didn't work - it was searching for a channel constantly, never finding one.2. lamp over microwave wasn't working as the bulb recepticle was hanging from wires from the lamp.3. After 1, 6" deep bath, there was no more hot water4. no am/fm radio.If I hadn't driven for 11 hours I would have left but I was so tired I just went to sleep and left in the morning. The room was clean, linens were clean and it was quiet. $90.00 after add-ons.

Schitt s Creek vibes!Don t expect luxury or a fake cooperate smile, but expect a comfy bed and what you ll need to have a nice night's sleep.I called about 50 miles before arriving to check availability as it was an unexpected stop for the night. We d planned to make Boise, but we were beat after six hours of a three vehicle caravan- including a 20ft U-Haul towing a trailer. Staff was matter-of-fact, but kind and professional.Check in was smooth. Staff gave us one key- which was fine because sharing is caring and three people can manage one key.Linens were laundered. Water was hot. Heater worked. Beds were comfy as mentioned before. Extra fuzzy blanket was in the closet that housed mismatched hangers and a mirror that cut the view of your head off unless you stood in the bathroom. Still loved it. Loved that journey.Exceptional extra amenities were a ziplock bag full of washcloths labeled please use as rags. My only complaint was that the ice in the parking lot was treacherous! I m no longer a sturdy mountain goat and it was a little terrifying.The appliances offered a nice white noise for those who can t stand the silence of a small town after 9 PM.All in all it was fine. I give it five stars because the beds were nice and the room was affordable.I really wanted to send Alexis to ask Stevie if we could have extra towels.

I would give it four but the appliances are noisey. Air conditioner seemed to shake the wall when running. The fan on the fridge clicked causing additional noise. The motel is wood frame so could hear walking, soft talking etc from other rooms. Otherwise clean, fresh linens, newly remodeled. Desk staff very helpful.

I arrived at approximately 11:30 p.m. and was sorry to have to wake the Innkeeper. The cost of the room was $84 which was a surprise to me as the other motel in town only charges $54 plus tax. The room was on the second floor and I had a good view of my vehicle and the surrounding area. On first inspection the room appeared to be in good order and comparable to most small town motels. There was one queen size bed, small sink area and bathroom.As I went to put my fresh fruit away in the fridge I immediately noticed that it was still partially full with the prior occupants meals. As I discarded the old food I started to look more closely at the room and noticed that both the sink and the bathtub had hair in them. Not excessive, but it was there nonetheless. That's when I also noticed that there was no shampoo or conditioner, however I did find one small bar of soap.The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. It was an adequate number of pillows and had an upgraded TV, a working remote and cable with HBO channels.There was no breakfast provided although there was coffee in the room. I proceeded to make the coffee and noticed that the grounds was left from the prior occupants in the the coffee maker. The Innkeeper recommended the Homestead Cafe for breakfast and it was a great place to eat.As I was leaving and checking out I noticed that the owner was also cleaning the rooms that morning. I came to believe that operating on a tight budget she was also cleaning the rooms as well as renting them. I was happy to have stayed, and been able to help, what appeared as a single lady in a small town operating a motel. Even if it was overpriced and not fully stocked. I'm a firm believer in helping out the small business owner over the big chain any day.

Not really sure if it was the detergent or something else but the smell was very strong and gave us both light headaches. The bigger issue was that the joining room door didnt lock and the main entry door only had a basic bedroom type lock on it. Not really safe, didnt have an issue and dont expect there would be but any lodging should have proper locks...unless your into that sort of thing.

Upon first sight of this motel, it doesn t look like much. Well this is my second stay here. What I will say is that if you are looking for the ultimate luxury stay,..... keep looking.... you won t find it here. However what you will find is a smiling face when you walk in the door. And not a fake smile that someone corporation tells them to do. But a real smile from someone who truly cares that you are there. What you will find is a bed with the softest sheets you ll ever sleep in. What you will find is a staff that cares and will do everything they can to make your stay the best ever. What you will find is a shower and a deep tub for a relaxing bath. And a big fluffy towel for when your done. What you will find is cable tv to relax to when your ready for bed. What you will find is a list of local takeout and delivery menus for local restaurants. In the mood for a great dinner, down the street, you will find a friendly waitress at the homestead cafe. They are ready to make you a home cooked meal. What you will find is the friendliest people you will ever meet. What you will find at this place is hospitality. Real hospitality. The kind of hospitality that no amount of money can ever buy.

This place was great to us. There's not a lot of options for places to stay in Weiser and I chose this one because of the recent remodel. The room was nice (especially for a motel) and the beds were comfy. We even got upgraded from a single to a double at no extra cost! Would definitely stay here again.

DO NOT STAY HERE EVER!If i could rate a negative 10 I would.New owner is one of the meanest cold hearted people I've ever met. She treats her employees like scum. She treats everyone like they are less than nothing. TO VISIT the maid "Star" is the only reason I would return to this person's establishment, but i would NEVER STAY AGAIN. I would burn $70 and sleep on the street before giving the owner Mary Margaret any business. DO NOT STAY HERE EVER! RUN FROM THIS PLACE! NOT JOKING!

Out dated!! Looks like ull be murderd from the outside in room is a little better but not much.. No phone in room. If u just need a place to sleep this will work in a bind.. We stayed two nights in town for a wedding

Friendly staff, clean rooms with what you need. Mini fridge and microwave, convenience store across the street. Great price!

Omg. Show up...call and call, go inside and ring bell for 15 MINUTES!!! Drove 16 hours with 2 kids and...and nothing!!! Nobody home. Second place we've been tonight, first place was even worse with a horrendously rude owner. I HATE WEISER, ID...I will never plan a stay when traveling through Idaho again...just hideous.
