I am so pleased with my new Ford Explorer and by my experience buying it! David did a great job of helping me look at different options to find the best fit. My husband bought me a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee in Dec of 2023. Caesar, our salesman, didn't know a whole lot about the jeep but he was fun to work with and he was very helpful. This is our second time buying from this lot. The first time it was Steve's Hometown. I do like the people here, they are friendly and helpful.

We have been using Smith's(formerly Hometown Ford/Dodge) for a few years. They have always exceeded our expectations and many times went above and beyond to make sure that we are able to get what we need when we need it. Fernando and David are total pros in their field. You can't find better people than the folks at Smith's. The entire team is top notch! We highly recommend Smith's to anyone that want a great customer experience.

Had my 2015 Ram serviced at Weiser on Tuesday March 5, 2024. They did a fantastic job , working with Stephanie in service was great , very easy to make an appointment for the service. I have my 2010 Dodge 6.7 getting a service on March 6 as well.Nice job all the way around.Thanks Stephanie,

I had an amazing experience, Mario Mejia was very Profesional and just an overall nice guy. I would recommend smith auto of weiser to anybody looking to find a nice reliable vehicle. Not only were they able to get me into the vehicle I was wanting and looking at but they've also been very helpful in problem solving when it came to an issue.

The Wilkerson family has bought 7pickups from Steve s Home Town in the last 9 years. The service was adequate at best. We built a solid relationship with Stephanie in the service department, and then she was gone. Last straw was trying to find out where she went!! Heard the dealership had changed hands so I thought ok, one more try. Walked in and she was back!! Wise move does not matter what you buy it will fail, what does matter is if you can get it fixed! She does her job VERY well. She has positive things to say about the way the store is functioning which is a relief as a return customer. The community feedback is also very positive. Welcome to Weiser Smiths Auto. Looking forward to future business.
