Dawn was very friendly, followed up a few times, and was efficient. The unit was clean and easy to get to. The only thing I wish was different was knowing I could have used my own lock - the way it sounded was that you had a special lock I must purchase.

Fast and easy setup. I stopped in to the office to setup a unit. They were having an issue with the computer system. The young lady that was helping me, walked me through how I could get everything setup online if I need the unit that day. I returned home, followed her directions and easy peasy had my new unit set up and was able to move in same day. Super friendly staff and easy setup!

Excellent storage facility and management team! The facility is well kept and secure. I never worried about the safety of our belongings or the cleanliness. The staff are all so friendly and helpful! I recommend Summit Self Storage to anyone and everyone!

I'm looking forward to doing business with Aspen Storage. I looked at their location which is an excellent area. The storage units look clean, safe and they have 24/7 surveillance protection as well. The only problem I have is getting in touch with them and having them return calls.

This is a very clean storage building, convenient to move things around and very safe. Spacious Units are reasonably priced. Fast and effective communication is much appreciated. Highly recommended!

Was just called and harassed by the owner Jason because it took 3 weeks for me to get my money back for the storage unit! And the only time he will respond is if you threaten to sue him in small claims!The man does not have an office and runs everything off his phone and house! I was told he had to round up $53 dollars when telling him I was canceling my last month SAVE THE HASSEL AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN! AN INVESTIGATION IS BIENG DONE BY THE BBB!
