This tire shop is strategically located next to the highway very close to the center of Victor, Idaho. All tire shops are super busy when in season and they are usually a week or two backed up, these guys however were happy to add my flat repair to their list and was willing to help if I left the vehicle with them. These guys take care of business! The y have good inventory of tires and a very capable staff. Keep up the fine work All American Tire!

This place is the only place to get tires and any other suspension, alignment, maintenance and oil change you need to go.Everyone is so knowledgeable, polite, patient and affordable.I cannot say enough positive things about All American Tire & Brake.BRETT

In and out for an oil change in less than 30 minutes, price was very fair for synthetic. They even got my oil life light reset on my dashboard. Thanks yall!

Needed to patch one of my tires. They held my car there for 5.5 hours until they called me and told me that my car was ready to be picked up. When I walked over, the spare was still on my car and they told me that the tire couldn t be patched and needed to be replaced. Unfortunately they didn t have my tire size in stock, but seriously??? No phone call or anything saying it couldn t be patched after waiting 5.5 hours??? I understand that they were very busy and backed up, but that s honestly ridiculous that there was absolutely no communication and they simply just told me it was ready when they didn t even do anything (except take the bad tire off the wheel and didn t even return it to me). Never happened to me before when I went for a service and didn t get a phone call from a shop if they ran into some sort of problem. Very unprofessional. Drove to Jackson and Shervin s fixed me up in less than 30 mins and their staff was very kind. Definitely worth the extra drive over this shop in Victor. Ridiculous.

They booked me for an appointment, and then somehow it never made it to the schedule - they still got me in. They overinflated each tire by 5 psi, so check your pressure when you leave in case it's too high.

We were traveling across country in our RV and had two bad tires. They were so helpful and friendly and even though they were booked out two weeks they ordered us new tires and had them mounted the next day. If it wasn't for them we may have been stuck in idaho or have gotten into an accident trying to drive on our tire. Thank you so much again!!Service: Tires

From out of state and needed an emergency tire swap. Great friendly service and good price. They said they were booked but they got it done in less than an hour. I'd recommend this place for anyone stopping but that need honest and reliable work.

Was out of state and had on bad tires. Needed an emergency replacement. They kind enough to squeeze me in and get them replace even though they were booked up. Good people and great service.

I have only had tire work done here but it has been great every time. Great, quick and reliable service. Talked me out of a more expensive tire due to the type of driving I do to buy a tire that would suit my needs better and in the long run probably last longer. I have my summer/winter tires exchanged each year and have bought 2 sets of each from them over the course of 4 years for my two cars.

It all sounds good with a friendly, well priced and clean environment. Then you have the service done and pay the consequences. I went to All American Tire & Brake for a simple oil change while having lunch in Victor. A few hours later with a full belly and an empty wallet, I headed out.What I found out while driving through Laramie, WY was that they did not replace the oil which caused a catastrophic engine failure. I thought I had hit something, later to find out was what I ran over was parts of my engine.When advised by two repair shops of the damage and cause, I immediately contacted All American Tire & Brake. What started off as a "we'll take care of it" ended in a "owners manual recommends that oil level be checked every time of fuel service". The cause was never if doubt, yet they deffer all responsibility.Unfortunately, it was later that I learned what a horrible reputation the service department has and only wish I would have known earlier. I recommend that if you need automotive service in Eastern Idaho, avoid this location. A good business stands by their product and service.

We are visiting from out of state. We stopped by to see about getting a tire patched (5-10 minute job). We were told they were book solid and would have to wait all day and leave our vehicle. There was 1 vehicle in a two bay shop. I don t understand why you could not take 5 minutes away from a longer job and maximize your money intake and provide good customer service. Keeping someone s car a full day for a patch job is not going to entice someone to buy tires from you when they need them. You lost our business and another shop in a different town will be receiving our money.

Everyone here is so incredibly kind and efficient! Their prices are some of the best in the valley and I always have faith they know exactly what they're doing. They're booked solid for a reason!

***Horrible cust service. Could not even get a tire patched***Camping from out of state and needed my tire patched from a nail. They told me they could not get to it for 2 weeks! Had a bad tire with on spare 3 pm on Saturday with the whole family on the way to Jackson. All American Tire was a life saver and could have charged any amount. 45 minutes and very reasonable amount of money later I was back on the road. They saved our short vacation!

They have been up front about everything have taken all three of my cars there and have had great service. They have even pointed out things on my cars that needed immediate attention. They have informed me on what parts options suit me best for the driving I do. Great friendly service from an industry that charge crazy prices. Honest friendly service every time to everyone. I recommend ALL AMERICAN TIRE to everybody

We have been going here for tire and car maintenance needs for a few years now and have always had a good experience. Now that we're regular customers when we have small issues they often don't even charge us. I think they're the best in the valley at what they do.

All American Tire & Brake were very willing to accommodate my tight schedule and replaced all 4 of my tires in less than 2 hours which was perfect timing to grab a bite to eat at The Brakemen American Grill! Thanks again!

Had an unexpected blown tire, they diagnosed the problem and had a new tire put on within an hour. Great people, they don't try to sell you things you don't need, just try to help you out. This place saved our trip!

This place is the worst! You can expect to pay top dollar for sub par work. You can also plan on it taking a long time. They told me they would get my car done, so I sat there for two hours until they closed. My car wasn't done.. I could have drove to Idaho falls and got it done that day, but they told me it would be finished. This is the second terrible experience I have had with this place, never again..
