Last week we stopped by Wills Toyota to just "look". I liked what I was seeing and appreciated Michael's help in answering all of the many questions I had regarding the various models i was inquiring about. We went back a couple days later and purchased a 2023 4 Runner and we couldn't have had a better experience with our transaction!! Jake was so friendly and made the process extremely easy! The entire staff was very kind, even with staying after closing time to finish up our purchase! They were very fair on the value offered for our trade in as well! I highly recommend Wills Toyota for all your needs!!

We've been looking for a replacement for our old Sienna for months now. The folks at Wills worked with us to find the perfect vehicle. Paavo in particular made the entire process amazing. He was personable, and his no pressure approach made us feel comfortable with the entire process. He wanted to make certain this was the car for us. And financing was quick and painless. My salesman was Luis, he was awesome! He made my truck buying experience go very smoothly. He was upfront and honest about everything concerning some cosmetic aspects of the vehicle which actually made me want it more because I didn t feel like I was being swindled. I appreciated his flexibility, knowledge, and patience when it came to test driving and working around my schedule.

We were able to get maintenance service without getting an appointment and by simply dropping off the car. The service was done in under two hours, which was quick considering we didn t have an appointment. The personnel here is friendly. This is a very nice Toyota service.

I had an excellent experience from a top quality dealership while purchasing my new Tundra, especially with my salesman Jeremy. He was always professional with great communication and quick responses. He knew the vehicle well and was able to provide answers to all my questions. The price was very competitive and Guillermo made the finance and paperwork end simple and straightforward. It was worth the effort for me to travel so far from out of state to get my vehicle from Wills Toyota and I would highly recommend them :)

I've been to a lot of car dealerships in my 57 years, and this is the best one I've ever been to. Friendly, professional, and absolutely dedicated to giving a great experience to the customer. We recently traded in a vehicle with Jeff, we had the best experience we've ever had at a dealership with him. We were upside down on the vehicle we were trading and he did everything in his power to get us the best deal, while getting us into a vehicle that will hold its value.We left with our dream 4Runner with everything we wanted included.Highly recommend Wills Toyota and highly recommend you pay Jeff a visit if your looking for a new ride!

I had a good experience buying my new car from Wills Toyota. I worked with Eric Rodriguez and he was helpful, friendly and not pushy. He gave me time to think through things and ask all my questions. He also gave me a quick lesson on all the gadgets and connected my phone to the new vehicle for me before I drove away. I really appreciated his kind and friendly demeanor.

Highly recommend this dealer! They were very welcoming and patient. Sam was great to work with and took us for a fun test drive. Rick walked us thru the paperwork and answered all of our questions well. Dean called as soon as the vehicle was ready to be looked at and even set us up with an appointment. Well worth the drive from Boise!

Was greeted by Nick out in the lot. He was very knowledgeable about the truck. I test drove and was happy with the performance. We went over the specifics for cost. As this was first dealership I went to, I wanted to price things out a bit more. Nick asked, "so what's holding you back today on purchasing?" I found price several thousand less in Boise. It pays, or saves, to shop around.

Working with Paavo was a great experience! He s been on the job for just FIVE weeks and he was the best car sales man I ve had an experience with! So sweet, understanding, and supportive! Our salesman Eric in Twin Falls Idaho was excellent and such a joy to work with. He went through all the advanced features on our vehicle until we felt confident in driving home. The finance manager gave us excellent advice and we felt we made 2 good friends. Unusual for a car dealership.

We have a history of owning Toyota's for the last 30 years. All of our Toyota's have lasted over 250,000 miles with very little major repairs but we also kept up with the routine service maintenance. We have done business with Toyota dealerships for all our vehicles and after our recent move to Idaho we needed to start looking for a new car. We are beyond grateful for reaching out to Wills Toyota. This process started on line in January working with Casey to let him know our budget and parameters for a vehicle. Casey was awesome! He kept in constant communication with us even checking in often to assure us he was still keeping an eye out for what we requested. Three months later we finally met Casey in person who then introduced us to Paavo. Paavo is definitely a people person and we enjoyed every minute getting to know him and the car during our a test drive. Then we met Guillermo for financing. He was very thorough in explaining our options for warranty upgrades which we absolutely appreciated. He then gave my husband and I time to discuss our options before making a final decision. He was patient andwas knowledgeable about the services and products offered.These 3 employees showed they care about the company they work for and made sure the vehicle was the right fit for us. We did receive a few discounts and we hesitated to bargain for more. In the end we were happy to pay the price we agreed upon because all three employees work efforts did not go unnoticed to us; even staying more than an hour after closing to finish up our purchase transaction.Wills is definitely the kind of company that resonates with the words customer service. We look forward to bringing our car back for routine service&maintenance as well as returning for any future Toyota car purchases.
