Great service, friendly staff. I stopped by their shop based on the Google reviews. I had a hub seal leaking , owner was very accommodating and getting me worked in quickly without disrupting their current open jobs in the shop. Quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed the seal and pressure washed oil off the wheel housing and trailer where is sprayed. Tech was great, fixed everything correctly and explained why it was leaking.

The worst day for a Canadian Snowbird RVer is when your engine starts making a noise miles from nowhere! We called Kevin from Jackpot, NV and he allowed us to bring our motorhome into their shop on a Friday afternoon. The technician was quickly able to diagnose the problem and get us on our way. Went in looking for air brake parts I was struggling to find replacements or any info for. Kevin was able to figure out what I needed quickly, had most of it in stock and was able to find the rest locally for me. Hard to find acceptable let alone good service anymore, he was great.

I was in dire straits stuck in blackfoot idaho with a starter out on my peterbilt. Called around referred to van dyk's trk repair.Talked with kevin at the shop. Explained he was booked solid. After talking he said he would take it to the owner n see if he would allow them to bring me in.They did. They provided hoslitality to me letting me stay n there secure yard and friday morning keep the solid word about starting me around 8 or so. By 1130 kevin and staff and the excellent focused mechanic had my starter n amd buttoned up.This little shop is the gem of twin falls idaho. I highly highly reccomend them to anyone needing repairs or other things for your truck or trailer. 10 stars .....

Horrible service! My driver takes my truck to this shop with a drive shaft problem. They say the transmission has gone out so we agree to pay $8,600 for a new transmission, after they install it they call and say the clutch will not work so they take the transmission back out and say it needs a new clutch when it is all said and done my bill went from $8,600 to $14,000. We had to pay for them to take the transmission back out due to the clutch that was in the truck which was also brand new and it would not work with the transmission that they replaced. I should not have been charged for that as they should have known that the clutch was messed up & would not work when they took the transmission out the first time.Service: Transmission

Broke down my Pet while passing through Twin Falls i Called them at 9 in the morning and explained what was going on. Sam advised it would be safe to drive the short distance to bring it in. Although they were busy, they were able to diagnose the problem, find the part that I needed, make the repair and get me on the road in a few hours. The entire team was awesome! Great customer service and we highly recommend them.Service: Brakes

Just in town for a couple of days and called about getting an RV oil change and tire rotation. Ivan explained that they were very busy and a bit shorthanded this week and was very helpful and even mentioned somewhere else I might try. He said of course they don't ever like to turn away business, but he would feel bad if I sat in the lot hoping to be squeezed in and it didn't happen. Very impressed with the customer service!

Called on Thursday afternoon, dropped my RV off just as they closed, planning on just an oil change and AC service. Tech identified and fixed another 5 major issues and got us back in the road Fri afternoon! Finding great mechanics is hard, more so as out of towners! Highly recommend this shop.

These guys are great! I had a leaf spring break on my trailer and I had already called 5 other shops booked out for 2-3 days! Bought some parts from six robbeles and they got me in right away!

I gave this business 1 star because it would not allow me to give 0. $14,000 to replace a transmission. Told me it would be under $10,000. They took advantage of my situation. These people are crooks and anyone thinking of using them don't

Highly recommended! They were fast, fair and efficient! We called and they were there within a hour and stopped by and grabbed parts for us from Peterbilt. Will use again if ever need be!
