Thank you to Brian for helping me. When no one else could. I lost the locking lug bolt key and he was able to come where my flat tire was and try all of their different keys and got it to come off so that I could get my tire changed. He went above and beyond. Great service! Thanks so much.

Art the service advisor is always great to work with. The waiting area is nice and has refreshments while waiting for work to be done. They are always upfront about the services being provided. The parts and accessories department was also able to get a spare tire kit I needed ordered for me. I also like how easy it was to schedule my visit through the VW app.

My wife and I found a Truck at Twin Falls Volkswagen and called to see if it was still available, We talked to Salesman Darrel who said yes it s available, Darrel set up everything over the phone and then called us back and said it s ready for you to pick up. We came down and met Kelly the finance manager who was extremely nice and helpful in establishing a great interest rate as well as 4 year or 48k mile bumper to bumper warranty + Gap insurance. Super happy with the purchase as well as the service we received!! Thank you both very much for taking such great care of us and our needs! Second repair I've had on this new car in less than two and a half years. It took nearly a week to set up the first of two appointments. I specifically asked for an e-mail response and was called on the wrong phone number, before they found the correct one, which I never asked for.They also have moved my seat forward the last three times I've been in there, including oil changes, when they don't need to. I asked the service manager to move it back after the first appointment was done, and it was not. They had to hand-write on the second appointment to move it back, when they shouldn't need to.Being able to move the seat back it a lot more complicated on this car than any other one that I have had. My dashboard used to have a reading of what my MPG was as I drove, and they also changed that, and I have been unable to change that back.The second appointment I asked to happen midday and they scheduled it for 9 AM without asking me. Both appointments took five total hours, which was a lot longer than it should have been for one sensor lighting up on my dashboard. It took almost three full weeks between the first time that I contacted them and when the repair was complete.It also handles poorly in the winter. Every stop and start I have to watch it because the car slides most of the time. In addition, I have to push the button for the car to not shut off at every single stop at least 3-4 times. It should only be once.I will trade this car in to a different dealership before the warranty runs out, because I can only imagine how many other repairs I will have after that.

I had to have a heater core replaced in my Passat and had heard good things about this dealership from friends. My initial appointment (which I called in to schedule) fell through due to weather, so I got online and scheduled a later appointment myself. The second appointment was easy to schedule and I was good to go.The roads were terrible again on the new date, so I called in and advised the dealership that I would be late. They were kind and held the appointment anyway.When I arrived, the initial cost for repair was higher than what I had been quoted when I had scheduled the first appointment. The service manager had no problem with honoring the previously quoted cost. I was told the repair would take approximately four or five hours.When it had been five-and-half hours and I hadn t heard about the vehicle, I checked in easily with service manager via a text message service they had set me up with upon arrival. I was given an update and the reason for the delay and assured my vehicle would be done soon. A short time later, I received another text that my vehicle was ready for pickup.I returned to the dealership and was pleased to discover that not only had they honored the initial quote, but had also discounted the service even more, a discount I can only attribute to the delay.It was a very good experience and I won t hesitate to contact this dealership for future repairs.

Best service department ever! I had forgotten about my appointment. I was going to reschedule, but was asked if they could come and pick up my car. They picked it up and even brought it back to me. I highly recommend Goody Motor Volkswagen service department.

Twin Falls VW s customer service is fantastic.I accidentally scheduled my service at the wrong location. Instead of sending me on my way, they said they d fit me in at some point during the day. I settled in for a day of grading, but they had me out the door within the hour! This is why I drive 65 miles for them to service my vehicle.

My experience at Goode motor was amazing from start to finish. The team, especially Mark, was knowledgeable and genuinely focused on my needs. Took my car in for service which was fine. But also to fix a warranty repair job on a headlight I explained the issue and what I had already done and why that didn t work. They were only worried about charging me to try and do the exact same thing that again did not work if they would ve listened to what I was trying to explain, maybe they could ve fixed it

Had a very good experience with the service department. They provided us with transportation because we were from out of town. We were able to leave and go kill time and they kept us up to date on our vehicle status so we knew when to come pick it up. Very technically advanced making it a seamless visit. Staff was very kind and helpful! Would highly recommend

They worked with me and let me drop off our vehicle the day before. They communicated via text for every step and only did the work I agreed and with and approved. They were not pushy, but did explain things well. They also had options for the work needed

Every time we visit this location, it's like meeting friends again! The staff is so friendly and helpful, and they go the extra mile to ensure the experience is great. We like the dealership so much, we choose to travel in from Mountain Home, instead of going to Boise - which is a shorter commute. Hands down the best experience at a dealership we've ever encountered. Thanks and keep up the amazing service!

We have a Volkswagen SUV we purchased from Twin Falls Volkswagen. We have used Twin Falls Volkswagen for our maintenance needs almost exclusively. Our latest maintenance for our vehicle concerned a dashboard notification of a problem with the cooling system. We had no problem calling for an appointment, the service people got us in the next day and had the problem resolved in less than an hour.The people working in the service department are very knowledgeable. They are easy to work with and can explain in plain language what is needed. Over the years I feel we have been fortunate enough to have a good relationship with them. They do excellent work. Kudos to Brandon, Sandy, and Scott. They really make you feel welcome!

Very straightforward process. Clear and easy to understand terms and what I was getting. Friendly, fast, easy to deal with. Extremely accommodating. I drove 3.5 hours one way for this car and I'd do it again in a heartbeat if they had something else I wanted. Was just as shown online with the same price. Much much better than ANY VW dealer in Salt Lake where I drove from.

I had to reschedule my service appointment 4 times over the course of 6 months to get a new key programed. The staff at TF VW were understanding, polite, and professional. When I was finally able to get the car in, they took care of it in a timely manner. Although they offered to drop me off and pick me up when it was done, I chose to hang around. They provided a comfortable environment with WiFi, refreshments and snacks. I definitely recommend TF VW

I keep going back because of the service that Mark Kent provides. This is my 3rd lease from him. I live in Boise and the VW dealership is exactly 1 mile from my house. I buy my cars 2 hours away in Twin Falls just so I can deal with Mark. Additionally, the service manager at the Boise VW is excellent. The team at the Boise VW always give me A+ customer service.

Second time going for an oil change at this location and it took 2.5 hours for an oil change alone. The time before took just as long. Both times the car had been ready and they thought I had left so I d been waiting when they could have just told me it was ready 30 minutes earlier. There were three things that needed serviced on top of the oil change that were found after an inspection, one of which I was told is maintenance on the all-wheel drive system (Haldex?). Doing this service was just under $200, and after learning what is was I denied it because I DO NOT HAVE all wheel drive in my vehicle. Can t help but think it was just to make more money and the service wouldn t have been done. Very disappointed in the service department and will be returning to Boise for oil changes from here forward. The front desk lady and sales man were great and I love the education the sales man gave me while I looked around, which is why two stars were given. Super bummed about this experience.

I'm a person who likes to ask questions about the identified issues and how the proposed fixes will resolve the issues. The guys at Twin Falls Volkswagen are patient with all of the questions I ask. They shared the technician's notes with me; they shared a picture of the part identified as needing to be replaced, and through this process, they helped me make the best decision for me. The guys at Twin Falls Volkswagen are professional and a pleasure to work with.
