Jacob C, Tedy, Eric, and Adolfo were all great help with our car purchase. All very fun to hang out with while we wait for paperwork. Jacob C was very friendly and knew what he was talking about. He showed us perfect cars that were all great and helped us find what would be great for us. All very friendly and welcoming. Always asking if we needed anything. I loved my time there.

These guys have the absolute worst person to look at your car I took my car to the last Friday to look at my passenger seat in the car only. First I asked them how much it would cost 3 times 2times when I set up an appointment and the 3rd time when I dropped my car off all three times they said they couldn't tell me a price until they looked at the car they didn't even bother to tell me all three times that just to check the seat in the car was going to cost 198 dollars but maybe they gave me a discount but they did not fix the passenger seat because they told me it was going to cost me over 1200 dollars then when I got home my husband and I looked at the receipt of what they did and they charged me for filling the fluids in my car but I did not give them my permission to go under the hood of my car I only gave them the permission to look at the passenger seat which is inside the car.

Great folks but they could not get my 12 foot 6 inch truck camper in their bay for an oil change

This place had my car for two months, during which they replaced the motor. Only draw backs are they did not notify me of needing tires as well. On way home I had a blow out. (Sad face). They also replaced windshield wipers (I did not request this) and now the water pump is not working or is not connected to the water spray nozzles at front nor rear windows. When they replaced the engine, they did not bother to put a thermostat in it. Why? They did not inform me of this either. I drove from Idaho to New Mexico in this state and only noticed after check engine light came back on. Not happy at all with the service provided for all the above reasons.

Greatest staff that's friendly and kind. They resolve issues quickly and work to find ways to minimize cost every time. The waiting area is comfortable and immaculate. They explain exactly what is needed and why, keep track of needed maintenance services, and perform them to preserve your vehicle. I'd never go anywhere else.

Their service department is a joke I ve had car getting worked on for a month with no contact from the dealer and when I call they never call back. Don t use these guys for repairs.

Guess who ended up on the side of the freeway for over an hour between snowville and sublett. Yet again fixing stuff that was previously worked on at lithia chevrolet. I don't know what is so hard about properly connecting a pcm and reconnecting the power wire for a lift pump that you disconnectedService: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair

The Service Center is working hard to stay on schedule. There is a comfortable waiting area that is pleasant. The employees are friendly and are knowledgeable about their work.

Worst place I've ever went to and it was my first time buying a car definitely wouldn't bother with this place unless you want half your things on your car to fall off
