We had taken our car to get the power steering fixed at two different places (both times the fix only lasted a month or two) before we brought our car to Dale. We thought it was a lost cause, but Dale was so helpful in clarifying what could have gone wrong before and he gave us all the options. He was clear about the risks and cons--although the car has been fine. He was professional, quick, and budget-friendly. And just an all-around nice guy. Thank you so much Dale! Dale was super responsive, professional and incredibly helpful! I had an emergency issue with my brakes and he was able to help quickly. He truly was a lifesaver and gave me a great impression of Twin Falls. Dale was knowledgeable about my car and I appreciate how easy he was able to fix the problem. I called around to a few places and Dale was the only who was responsive and gave me a fair quote. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated his responsiveness and professionalism! He said he'd be here in 15 minutes and he was. He figured out my screwed up diagnostic that led to replacing the wrong part, then he found the real problem in like 5 minutes and fixed it. Some rodent had been chewing on some wires and he tracked it down quickly. Reasonably priced too. I'll be calling him next time my car breaks down, and you should too.Service: Engine repair

We were passing through Twin Falls and lost a ball joint on our front wheel. While working on the car, Dale did some research and found out that the problem was actually a recall that needed to be done by Jeep for free. He saved us a lot of money in the long run. Very thorough and kept us up to date on any way that he could get us back on the road as quick as possible without spending too much money. Highly recommend!

Our alternator failed while driving through Idaho Thanksgiving weekend. We were worried we would not be able to get it fixed on a Sunday. We called Dale at Done Right Automotive from the freeway as we were approaching Twin Falls. He said he would be able to fix it no problem and gave us an address where we could meet him as he was finishing another job. We lost power before we could get to Dale but he said no problem and soon was at our car, diagnosed the problem and gave me an extremely reasonable quote. He was understandable busy but told me he'd have us back on the road within two hours. He went and got the part while we ate lunch and less than an hour later we were back up and running. I could not believe how fortunate we were to find Dale, he's a really nice guy and does quick, honest work.

On our way from Phoenix to Seattle, our BMW X5 broke down in Twin Falls. Dale come over to the motel, determined the problem with his diagnostic equipment and inspection, and then repaired the broken wire to the fuel pump. We were on our way within hours. Dale was careful, patient and thorough and very reasonably priced. Thank you Dale for great work. I can definitely recommend Dale.

Driving across state, a check engine light and misfiring cylinder had us limping through Twin Falls on a Saturday afternoon. Everyone is closed-- except Dale. He correctly diagnosed the issue and had us back on our way within a couple of hours. Incredibly friendly and fair in his price. Can't recommend him enough.

This is long overdue. Dale was an immense help when my car started to leak antifreeze. I got to put his work through a bit of a rigorous test drive having to make a run to Boise the day it finally got finished and had no troubles at all! Highly recommend!!!

Dale is an absolute lifesaver and a very curtious professional. I called him late, after hours, thinking I would just leave a voice-mail for him in the morning, but he picked up and listened about a mistake that I made (on my fianc�'s car) and promptly provided insight and hope of how he could fix it. Even though he was extremely busy, he managed to make it to our house in about 24 hours. This was even way after hours during a Friday night. He looked at the issue and brainstormed ideas and eventually got something to correct my mishap in a very timely and professional manner. We had a blown head gasket on our way to Washington over the 4th of July weekend and had the car towed to a hotel since we couldn't find an open shop right away. Dale was able to take a look at it in our hotel parking lot and get started on it over the weekend. After looking at it in the parking lot, he gave us a best case and worst case time estimates for the repair and a quote. We agreed and he towed it back to his small shop. It was fixed about half way between the best and worst case estimates and the cost was almost exactly what he quoted us. Throughout the process he was easy to get a hold of and kept us up to date on the progress. He got us back on the road and the car worked great all the way back to Washington.

Dale was super knowledgeable, friendly and got my water pump replaced in a timely manner. He kept me updated on the progress and was very reasonably priced. Definitely saved his number and my husband and I will be returning customers for future issue as well!

My folks has an issue with their pickup while driving to South Dakota. Dale here did an amazing job taking care of them for a fair price. Great, knowledgeable mechanic; we highly recommend!!!

Very responsive communication (text) and Excellet service.Labor Day weekend Sunday and Dale kept us on our road trip. We had a belt start to go bad, pulled into local Autozone, they had the belt and Dale showed up and replaced it. If your on the road and need some help this was the perfect fix.

Dale is honest and so informative. I went for my oil change and he said I still have 3500 miles to go. I do not know ant mechanic that would of turned me away...I love him and his good nature.

The Mecanic dale and his team mate do amazing work at a wonderful low rate price, I've had tons of work done on my taxi vehicles and personal. Not only do they do great work but if your in a jam they'll come to you. Highly recommend dale!

Charged me $400 to pull a transmission after waiting almost a month to do it. Was supposed to rebuild it but lied about the parts it actually needed after bidding me out a price for the full job. Returned in pieces and almost ran my vehicle off the tow dolly we were using to pick it up. Absolutely unprofessional in almost every aspect and I now have to pay another shop to repair what he did at a much higher price. This place is A RIP OFF!!!!

Our car was making some strange scratchy noise underneath. Dale was able to figure out the metal cover came off and scraping the road. He fixed it instantly and we were on our way. Thanks Dale!
