Go here!! I was driving through multiple States and sensed I had a critical problem with the way my truck was handling. Made it just an hour before they closed. Jodi at the front desk was so friendly and the Earl, the owner even dropped me off at the hotel I got for the night. They picked me up first thing the next morning, and got me back on the road. Simply the easiest mechanic experience I've had, even with the added stress of being 10 hours from home. Thank you guys.

Twin Falls Automotive took great care of us when our car broke down on a road trip. They were persistent and patient in diagnosing some tricky issues to make sure we weren t paying for repairs we didn t need. They explained everything clearly so we could make informed decisions and were very kind and helpful overall. Big thank you to Jodi, Brian, and Earl. You never ever want your car to break down while you re traveling but if it does and you re in Twin Falls or near there be sure to take your car to Twin Falls Automotive!This family run business employs the kindest, most genuine and trustworthy humans. Every single person was kind, knowledgeable and genuine and made sure they not only squeezed my repair in but they were gentle about the news they had to give me. Their goal was to get my car fixed as quick as possible at the fairest price and get me back on the road. They even gave me a ride to my hotel. And when the repair ended up being much less of a job they were honest about that and charged me accordingly. Best news ever. They seriously rejoiced with me over that good news. I cannot give them a high enough review for the entire experience.

Everyone here was very professional and polite. They constantly kept in contact and if I had any questions or concerns, they explained them and were not pressuring. After I picked up my car a strange noice started happening and the mechanic said I could schedule an appointment to get it looked at. After about a week, the sound stopped and the car has been running great.Service: Engine repair

3 power steering pumps and 5 visits later and my car is STILL leaking fluids.Each time I was told that it couldn t be oil or transmission fluid okay so why is it still leaking hours after a new pump is installed?The 3rd time the pump needed replaced, I was told that they were so far out on back order that there wasn t a possible eta and I just needed to keep an eye on my fluids and fill as needed. My dad contacted the ford dealership and was informed that they haven t been on back order and they could have it here in just 2 days. My dad proceeds to call and talk with Jodi to ask why she told me that when the dealership has them, and was hung up on.The pump arrives and I take my car in early, expecting to pick it up that afternoon, and as I pull into work in a rental, I get a phone call. I was informed that it was missing a part that would arrive the next day and I would get a call to pick it up. The next day, once again in the late afternoon as I get to work, I get a call saying I can t pick it up until the next day and I would receive a phone call in the morning to pick it up. The next morning rolls around then 12:00 then 2:00 then 3:00 rolls around and I call and suddenly, it was ready to go. That was yesterday and after work at 9 PM guess what was under my car? More fluids. If it was just fixed, how is it still leaking??Service: Steering & suspension replacement

Some of the most honest and caring people I have ever dealt with. They arranged the transfer of my car and saved me a thousand dollars due to a service bulletin the chevy dealer "ignored". This place by far is absolutely the best! Jodi is amazing, straight forward, humorous and very kind! She gets things done in a very timely manner! The whole crew Earl, Devon go beyond there way to make sure everything is up to par. I brought in my 07 Chevy Silverado that had many issues, they took complete care of everything, gave me an honest estimate, and still to this day my truck is running like it should! I continue to keep coming here and recommending all of my friends to this professional place for all there car needs!

Awesome service with great results. Highly recommended for any auto issues.Update: 2020 - First and foremost, Twin Falls Automotive still taking care of our needs and the staff is amazing. Jody runs the office and always communicates to us before starting the recommended work. Highly recommend.

Went in to get my pickup fixed up with a set budget. They worked with my budget and I am very satisfied with Earl and his whole team. My pickup is running far more better and highly recommend these guys. Very trustworthy and friendly!

What Happened? I used to get repairs at this shop for a reasonable cost with a good follow up. The last time I went in I was given a long list of needed repairs totaling over $4000. When I went to another mechanic in town for a second opinion, I was told that most of the items on the list were made up and not needed at all. I got the car fixed at another shop for $500. It's been running great for several months with no issues.

They took care of me.I overheated rapidly at 3am on my way to Vegas for work, limped it back to Twin Falls by 8am, couldn't find a garage with the time for me. Then I called a local Napa shop and they hooked me up with these guys.Like everybody else, they were booked, but my problem might be simple enough that they'd squeeze me in. Sure enough, it was a hose. The Napa network had it to them and they had it on and tested within an hour of assessment all while still working on the bigger jobs that had them booked; after all, the hour was mostly time spent waiting for the part to come across town for my job.In short, they were reasonable enough to say they'd look at it with no promises when nobody else would. Any of the other "full" garages could've spared a hand for less than a cumulative hour and had my cash, but these folks did it. I resumed my journey and made it across the desert (with no more car issues.) Thank you!

Palmers does great work and the mechanic was very thorough. Once I had the car diagnosed and was given a quote, which I appreciated, I didn t have anymore issues after the repair. Most shops in town will give you a quick fix option but then the car has issues again. I ll keep coming back here because I have lost a lot of money with other shops in town.

I have nothing but good things to say about Twin Falls Automotive. I have been a customer for many years and a few cars. Always quick to get the problem figured out and fixed. Ive never left and had issues with my cars as a result of a repair. The gal at the front desk has customer service on point. She's the most communicative and friendly lady.

Let me just say that at first I heard a lot of good things about Twin Falls Automotive and while looking into the reviews I found that they were good as well. However I'm wondering how honest these other reviews are. Although I have heard good reviews I have also heard the bad. A friend of mine warned me that although she heard good as well when she received her car back after it was "fixed," it broke down a block away from home. A coworker of mine also stated that their vehicle left in worse shape then when they took it in to Twin Falls Automotive. I had also heared warnings from other mechanics telling me that Twin Falls Automotive were giving them a bunch of business due to their "mechanical mistakes." Despite hearing all these warnings I gave them the benefit of the doubt and proceeded to taking my vehicle in to fix whatever my engine light warned that needed to be fixed. After receiving my car back "fixed," I decided to run up to Jerome for a test drive to see if everything was working correctly. The check engine light was no longer on and I felt pretty excited to try it out. On my way to Jerome my vehicle rpm was hitting 4 although my mph was below 40. It was crazy my vehicle drove perfectly in town and not even 24 hours later nor 1 hour later of bringing it in to the mechanic it couldn't make the same trip I do on an average day to work. It was very upsetting. I brought my vehicle back in fear that the engine would blow and Earl said they'd fix it right away and call me to let me know. Well 6 hours later and no phone call I decided to call and they informed me that they were just getting to it. Two hours on top of that I called and they informed me it was done. With that much time I would think that my vehicle must of needed a lot more work then I thought. Turns out it was just a "couple of loose wires." Earl also stated that I brought it in for the check engine light which they fixed. Yes it was off but I'm wondering if it was really fixed or unplugged or something. It was unbelievable. It would of been better if they just owned up to messing up and fixed it right away rather create such inconvenience and excuses. I will never take my vehicle there again and I hope that they learn that customer service is a big part of keeping business.

Earl has taken care of all of my cars for more than 16 years. The service has gone significantly downhill since 2018. I am now searching for a new mechanic.

These guys saved me hundreds of dollars. I was just passing through and my car wouldn't start. The first shop said I needed an incredibly expensive part. The boys at twin falls automotive were able to determine the first shop had given me false information. They did everything they could to ensure I was going to continue my road trip safely and without breaking the bank. Truly honest mechanics!!

Super honest and helpful. I have brought three cars here: my 1981 Chevy pickup, 2001 Suburban, 2000 GMC Sierra van and they've taken good care of me every time. I think I even brought the old 1991 Volvo for my teenager. When the safety mechanism on the stick shift stopped allowing the car to start, instead of charging me an arm and a leg to replace the whole console, they charged me a small fee and ran a toggle switch from the starter to the ignition...bypassing all the expensive Volvo crap. Thanks guys!

I took my car in for a tune up and was quotes an x amount and when it was done it was $100 cheaper! They are FAIR HONEST AND FAST! I had heard about them on a facebook site and was told they are the best ad they REALLY lived up to their reputation!

New to the area, car broke down and had to be towed. A neighbor told us that we can trust this place. They found the problem, informed us and it was an easy fix thank God! Honest and fair; we will continue to do business and send business TF Automotives way! Thanks!

Was told my truck had a blown motor the Pistons where shot. Took it to different mechanic was just a stuck lifter and had lifters replaced so happy I got a second opinion. Will not be doing business with Twin Falls Automotive and will not refer anyone either.

My car had a front in noise when turning took it in there for diagnosis. They said I need new Breaks and I took it to will's Toyota it was a The steering column. I paid $40 for them to try To sell me breaks..

The staff bent over backwards to fix our car when we were broke down passing through. Took our family of 8 to the local park and came and picked us up when it was finished. Very impressed. They went above and beyond.
