Honest, quick, no pressure, in fact let me be super picky and take my time. I saw the one I wanted, gave my info late in the day. Next day, went to work, stopped by to see what progress had been made, and was off driving in my RAD yellow jeep in under an hour. John, your hard work in finding the right thing and the way your chill vibe eased my nervousness and anxiety was unmatched. Mario you sealed the deal. Thank you for all the laughter and reassurance. I told everyone I would rather have surgery than car shop. Well not anymore. Honestly, I couldn t have had a better experience. It was simple, fast, and fun. Go to The Car Store .

Samuel's courtesy was impressive, I hate going to dealerships, but this was a pleasant experience. I didn't have to play the haggle back and forth and B.S. that most dealerships are known for. The other staff was friendly as well.

After spending over 2 hours talking and working this place, we were told they would call us the next day. Never heard back but were told "don't go any where else". Such a waste of time. Were even lied to and told "bank wants 25% down on a $20k car, so that's $2,500." Should have known they were full if it at this point. Can't even make a lie sound legit. Avoid this place. Was here for my girlfriend but also almost brought in my paid off car to trade (worth 28k), not now.

Thank you to Ruben Olmos for getting us set up with our first vehicle from a dealership. Very fast and friendly service. Car is great and at a great price. We don t have the best credit, but he made a way for it to work for us. Thanks again and I do personally recommend anyone looking for a car to come check them out first!

Jackleyn was amazing to work with! She helped us with financing and found the perfect car. She was very knowledgeable on all the features on the car. I always dread having to buy a car. But not this time. It could not have been a more enjoyable experience! We will definitely be back! Thank you so much! Didn t expect to drive off with a fantastic car but I did and I love it!!

I've recently bought a dodge charger from them. Sam Chavez was absolutely fantastic. He was very easy going and not pushy at all. Pushy salesmen just push me away. He was very accommodating and even came into work on his day off to complete the sale. Couldn't have had a better experience. Russ was also awesome for the paperwork side to be as smooth as possible. If you want a car dealership that actually cares about their customers, go to the car store!

Purchased a vehicle from this company and it was the most professional transaction I have ever experienced. They listened to my needs and exactly what I was Looking for in the price range I was looking in. They more than delivered on professionalism.Very easy buying process and of course we bought this vehicle sight unseen, well we saw pictures of course but the vehicle was delivered on time, in excellent shape and it was a very reasonable delivery fee.I will look here before buying another vehicle anywhere else first! Ruben Olmos provided excellent customer service! He happily answered all of our questions and worked with us to make sure we came to a deal we were all happy with! If he didn't know the answer, he asked someone or was able to quickly look it up on his phone. After the car was picked out, we did not have to sit around for hours to sign the paperwork. Everyone else seemed very friendly also, the finance guy was quick and efficient. I am always leery of being taken advantage of with purchases like this, and I felt everyone there had our best interests in mind. I cannot recommend this place enough. We will definitely be return customers!

If I can rate this dealership a 10 I would because 5 starts isn t enough with the service me and my husband received! Ruben went above and beyond to get us the perfect car for our family of 5 ! We went in to look for a sedan since we don t have good credit , and every single dealership told us we were unable to get into a suv with the down we had which is understandable! But Ruben did the impossible to get us in one ! We needed a car before the week ended and we did !! We are forever grateful for his great customer service !! I HIGHLY recommend Ruben if your needing a car and are struggling due to whatever situation your in because Ruben makes sure to get you into something when your needing it !! Thank you Ruben once again !

Ruben was great! He help me and my wife get into a great car for a great price. Not only was he kind and easy to work with he was willing to stay after closing so we could finish the whole buying process in one trip. Would definitely recommend going here for car shopping

Richard is an amazing car sales man!! He is friendly, knowlagable, and not pushy. He works with you to help you find a car that meets you needs and budget. Alan is also friendly, knowledgeable, and works hard to make it all happen in the financial department. Giving you all the details why you are signing the paper work. The whole team is truly amazing!! I definitely recommend buying a car from them at the 5 points location! Thank you so much guys I love my new car!!!!

Ruben Olmos was an amazing salesman and worked incredibly hard to get payments that worked for us! They all treated us amazing and they made sure we got a car that we loved! So my story goes back 5 years. My son bought a vehicle from Angel and recommended me to go there. I did and bought a vehicle from Angel. My son has since bought 2 other vehicles from Angel. So after thinking about it for several months I decided to go back to Angel for a new to me car. He got me into a very nice vehicle that I just love. These guys are amazing. I would highly suggest anyone looking for newer car go talk to them. If my next car in not brand new I will defiantly go back to The Car Store. Thank Angel

Ruben is the man! Not only did he give me a fair deal but he also got a few parts replaced that were failing at no extra cost to me. I am very pleased with this company and their staff. I will look to them in the future as my business grows and requires a larger fleet of vehicles. Great job Ruben and the rest of the team!

Extremely pleased with Angel and Allen! They did everything they could to get my family in the best vehicle they could find for our budget. They fixed the windshield and the car door handle and gave it a free oil change just to make me feel better. I will recommend them to everyone

If I could leave a 0 stars review I would, unfortunately that's not an option on google reviews. DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE, I purchased a vehicle from them that they told me had no issues whatsoever then a few months later the vehicle broke down with no hope of repair. I took it to several mechanics in the area who couldn t seem to figure out what was wrong with it. If you value your time and money avoid this place at all costs.

We love the car store! We have worked a lot with Ruben, Steve and Mike, they have always been so good to us. Ruben always knows what will work for us and steers us in the better direction. Steve always makes it work and Mike gets to the root of an issue in any repair.Thanks all for your help and Ruben, thanks for being such a great brother.

Ruben Olmos worked really hard to get me into a fantastic vehicle at a great price!! I had a very difficult situation to deal with and he was very patient and willing to help me through the whole process. I really put him to the test and passed with flying colors.
