I found this shop because of it's good reviews and was very happy with the service. Although it is a small shop off the main roads, the guys that work there are helpful and willing to get the job done well and as quickly as possible. My Jeep had a thermostat problem and Logan and his employees did a diagnostic scan for free, figured out what the problem was, and had the part ordered and ready the same day. The whole job took about an hour. The prices are extremely fair, and Logan is honest in quoting a price.

We were on our way home to Canada from Arizona when a transmission oil line leaked and we were stranded in Jackpot on a Friday afternoon pulling a large 42 ft fifth wheel..Logan from the automotive shop was quick to act when other said call back Monday which was not possible. CanHe came out with his own truck to pull my RV to a RV park that he had set up already for us and got us squared away for the night while the tow truck delivered our truck to his shop.He was quick to diagnose the issue and set out to get us back on the road quickly.When the part wasn t available till the Monday he delivered one of his own personal vehicles to us to use so we weren t stranded without a way to get food etc.His quote was accurate and came in as quoted, very friendly and knowledgeable and I can honestly say it was a pleasure dealing with him.If anyone passes up this shop in favour of a different option I would say it would be a big mistake.Logan charged me fairly and I felt totally looked after and he was genuine and honest.Great work and kudos to him and his crew Chris and Cameron, if I ever needed help again in that area I wouldn t hesitate to call him, by the way he is open 7 days a week!! yes 7 days a week, definitely a hard working individual who will surely succeed!Thanks again!

Great experience, highly recommend! We were on a long road trip and had some unusual noises. We were pleasantly surprised when we found this shop online. They were open early and were able to accommodate us when we called. Luckily our issue was small and they were very reassuring with their inspection. Additionally, they have cute dogs that are very friendly and fun to play with.

One star is a Google requirement for posting, but this shop offers 0 star service. I needed to find a new mechanic after moving to Twin Falls. My car needed a valve cover gasket and service. The reviews for this shop were great, and many people had stated how honest this place is, so I took my car to Logan. I paid handsomely for a very poor experience. When I received my car back, the issue was not resolved. Rather than calling and telling me that the valve cover was warped and needed to be replaced, Logan just replaced the gasket. This was confirmed in the followup call to him. Because the cover was warped, the leak persisted, so my car was never fixed. The number of other things that I was charged for that were unrelated to the reason my car was there in the first place is absurd. He charged me to diagnose problems that I didn't ask him to, and did not fix the problems, though you would think he had based on the invoice total. He did replace the oil pan plug after Les Schwab had stripped it so that it couldn't be removed, which I appreciate, however it cost $120 just to replace a drain plug? Furthermore, Logan guaranteed his work and said that if it wasn t fixed to call him. Rather than pay an additional several hundred for my car to remain in disrepair, I picked up the parts at Napa and replaced the cover myself. Then called him to ask for a partial refund of his guaranteed work and he wasn t interested in honoring his prior guarantee. Basically, I paid more than $600 to have my oil changed and tires rotated and ended up paying additionally for the parts to do the work myself that he should have done in the first place. I ve attached the invoice for reference.

Lifesaver, savior, legend. While on a cross country road trip my Civic started overheating just outside Twin Falls. Logan s shop was the only one showing as open and had the best reviews. Homeboy delivered. He was communicative about everything and got me back on the road in less than 36 hours.

I ran into car issues midway through a long road trip that left me stranded in Twin Falls. Fortunately, I found Logan's shop and he was able to get me back on the road in a few hours. He did a good job of communicating what the issue was and how he was fixing it. He was honest and fair about the process. I'd recommend the shop both to Twin Falls residents and other I-84 travelers that run into issues.

I'm so impressed with this mechanic. I had a horrible oil leak and other places told me it would take days to get it fixed. I had heard about Logan and was told he was a good mechanic and didn't charge an arm and a leg, so I gave him a call and he did not disappoint. He had me on the road again in no time! I have found my mechanic for life.

Tl;Dr honest, fair, competent and will not over charge you.Imagine your on your way home from Utah to Idaho, and your car behind to spurt, chug and feel lines it missing something every time you go up a hill, or just accelerate! And then the dreaded 'check engine' light pops on.That's what was happening to me.I pulled in to an auto parts store to get my engine codes read.Discovered I had a bad ignition coil.Called Logan at the automotive shop on a Sunday! At 3pm! And he said, "come on over, let's get it fixed"!!And he did, and for an extremely fair price.He was kind and professional to me and to my family.He got us back on the road as good or better in no time at all.Highly recommend.

Great service! Logan did in less then an hour what Nissan said it would take them all day to do. And alot cheaper then Nissan. Will definitely be going back for any car issues.

I was driving to Idaho falls on Christmas eve when my CV axle broke in the middle of nowhere(around Arco, ID). Thats when I found The Automotive Shop. At first, I lost all hope as they were 2.5 hrs away from where I was, but Logan(the owner) was like I ll come get you(at 8:30pm on Christmas eve)! I don't think anyone s gonna help you and you might be stuck for a couple of days . Not only that, he quoted me a very reasonable price to tow and fix the car which he was able to fix the next day. I was a complete stranger driving through Idaho and he treated me like a bud and was empathetic with my situation. Because of this established trust, I highly highly recommend going to him for any issues with your car. He s a great guy and wouldn t try to take advantage of your situation, rather help you.

Grade A Technician.Very kind and honest human.I trust this man with all of my Mechanical babies. Everything is done to spec with a friendly attitude.My Audi and BMW always leave in much better condition that they arrived in.Have a European Car with troubles this is definitely the place to go.A racecar that isn't racing right, bring it by!Or just a daily driver needing some maintenance, Logan will take care of it.You will most likely save hundreds of dollars compared to a Dealership, and you will know it's done by the books with pride.The Automotive Shop is the place to go.

Logan is the man. We had a wheel bearing go out on I-84 just out of Twin Falls. He took us in after-hours on a Sunday evening when everything else was closed and got us fixed up that same night. We would have been stuck a lot longer without him. Honest and fairly-priced, highly recommended.

Logan was fantastic! We rolled into Twin at 9 o clock Friday night with dogs, horses and diesel trouble. He got the CAT filters we needed for our fuel system, installed them and had us back on the road in 90 minutes. We so appreciate his willingness to help us out on a Friday! My daughters 07 Nissan Altima's alternator stopped working Saturday. Called Logan he was so nice and helpful. He got her car towed to his shop. The air conditioning system had to be removed in order for the alternator to be replaced. He got I taken care of and was very good at keeping me informed of progress. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. If you have an issue after ours or on weekends be sure to call him!

While on a cross-country road trip, my husband and I had a breakdown in Twin Falls, Idaho. Logan and Justice opened up for us on a Sunday and helped us trouble-shoot a drive train vibration. They were professional, courteous and did not try to upsell us on the repair. As an amateur gear head who's friends with folx that don't know much about cars; I can say that I'd send them to Logan. I trust him to be honest about any suggested and required repairs.Logan continued to check in with my husband and I as we completed our road trip back to Texas. I was shocked to find an open shop on a Sunday when my car started having problems. Logan diagnosed the problem and got me fixed and back on the road. He involved me in the process and explained things well. If you have a European car, bring it here!

Awesome person. Sunday afternoon and my Sprinter suddenly looses power. Logan answered his phone, drove out to where I am sitting by the side of the road. Scans the problem and orders the part. Tells me how to replace it myself.This is unheard-of.
