My boyfriend and I live out of a bus full time and while visiting Twin Falls, had some issues with our solar power/inverter. Upon googling RV repair, we drove straight to Snake River RV without even giving them a heads up (oops). He instantly took a look at our problem, ordered parts for us, and assured us as soon as it came in we could bring the bus back and he would complete the install. The part arrived the following evening, so Bill called us and said we could come first thing in the morning. We brought the bus in and by the time we walked to get breakfast and back, the bus was all ready for us. All for a super fair price!! He even did a few extra small things we needed like bolting our one seat down free of charge. I d recommend Snake River RV to anyone!

We took our fifth wheel in for a water leak (twice), replace the shower faucet, install an awning, and winterize. (Two trips 2 different years) The only thing that was fixed was the shower (there is a light seep out of it) and it was winterized. When we picked it up we asked if it was ready to go for when we used it in the spring. They said yes, it s good to go. We got to our destination ( we use it once a year) and had no hot water. After chasing that problem, we find the plug still out of the water heater and all the valves closed. Also one connection was loose so when I found the closed valve it made a water mess while filling. Who knows why they were screwing with the water heater. We took it in twice to fix a water leak. We showed them where it was. It s still leaking. They were supposed to figure out why the new awning they just installed only worked twice. They told us the motor was bad and couldn t find a new one. Then left a mess in the trailer where they were chasing that problem and didn t replace the cover over the electrical connections. They left things scattered all over inside. When we picked the trailer up it wasn t locked. We ll never go back there again. Other than to get the key back that they obviously didn t use and didn t give us.

Me and my wife were traveling all the way from Florida and realized we had a small water leak somewhere. He was extremely kind and found the leak in less than 10 minutes and repaired it promptly. He was very honest and I 100% recommend his services.

We don t live in this area, but if we did, I would use Snake River RV Repair. We were traveling through the area on a long road trip and had an issue with our RV electrical cord. They didn t have the piece we needed in stock but they directed us to a few places in town and told us to come to them when we had it. We pulled up and within 5 minutes they had us in their shop and completed the work to get us back on the road. I will be telling all of our friends if they are in the area and are in need of help to reach out to Bill, Richard, and Gavin. They are FANTASTIC!!!Service: Electrical

We were in the early part of a two-week trip when our converter went out on our toy hauler. We called and were able to come in for same day service. They were really knowledgeable and professional, gave us the suggestion to go see Shoshone Falls while we waited (which we loved!). Great communication while we waited giving us pricing of the options available. We are home now and didn't have any other trouble for the trip, it was a super experience.Service: Electrical

Went in for furnace repair and they felt that filling the old vent hole with foam was properly dealing with that. I'm outraged. This is ridiculous and these guys are scam artists. They don't care about doing things the right way. Now I have to pay to fix their mistakes because I would rather not have severe damage happen to my RV due to their incompetence.

Amazing service!! We were traveling on the freeway through the area pulling our RV & had a tire blow & shred & crack a waterline in the process. I called three other RV repair places; None could do an emergency repair. Bill with Snake River RV answered the phone & said he could fix it as soon as we could get there. Not only did they repair the waterlines but replaced the insulation & belly fabric in that area under our trailer. Bill , Denice, & their repairman were so friendly & helpful & the cost was amazingly affordable! They were nice enough to pull a guy off an existing job to help us out & helped smooth out a stressful time for us! I absolutely recommend this place for RV service.

BEWARE!! BEWARE!! BEWARE!!Had Snake River RV take out our furnace for repair. Bill the owner sent out his helper, Richard, to remove our furnace. The furnace was suppose to be removed from inside the cargo storage area, however Richard removed it from the outside consequently breaking the furnace housing frame. Richard said he would take care of the damage.Upon reinstalling our furnace Richard was trying to reinstall from the outside, when realizing it wasn't working he decided to reinstall from the cargo area and it worked easily. Then when putting the outside furnace cover on Richard used 1 1/2" screws verses the original 1/2" screws. Richard used a drillto fasten the cover drilling one of the screws completely thru the hole breaking the cover fastening part completely out. Richards remedy was to put a washer on the screw to make it hold. Again he said he would take care of the damage. We paid Bill, this companies owner, $500 telling him what Richard had damaged. Bill said that Richard denied damaging anything.I witnessed the whole uninstall and install of our furnace. Bill and I went back and forth with texts regarding the damage caused by Richard. Bill's position remained in favor of his helper Richard, denying the damage. I even sent Bill pictures of the damage. Bill even resorted to needlessly insulting me by text. This review took more of my time as consumed by Bill. However, I felt it very neccesary to warn people so that they can choose to use someone who is skilledand professional.

5 and a half stars, if I could! Family owned, friendly and helpful, the took me in on an emergency basis to take a look at my failed fridge (with all my food thawing). They found a blown diode, had one in stock, replaced it, and sent me on my way in under an hour. Meantime I had a nice friendly chat with the wife and daughter. Finally, despite the emergency squeeze into their schedule, the cost was very reasonable and fair. Don't know why anyone would rate them anything but #1!

If I could leave no stars, I would. I have NEVER dealt with a more unprofessional group. They not only would NEVER ANSWER the phone but whenever messages were left they never called back. They made promises of calling back or getting us some help with our camper repairs but instead never heard a word. We had them come out and replace a hydraulic hose in March on our 2021 Riverstone 5th wheel (never been worked on until now) and they not only dumped hydraulic fluid everywhere they also replugged our hydraulic pump back up THE WRONG WAY! causing us to not be able to pull our slides and jacks in. Fast forward to April 22nd I called needing them to come back out to see why our hydraulic pump wasn t working and they wouldn t return calls or messages sent. One of their workers came over to look at it (they were in the same campground we were in) and he told us our hydraulic pump was fried and we needed a new one because Snake River employees had arced it 3,000 dollars later we had another company come out (because Snake River NEVER came back out to look at it or fix THIER MISTAKES) we are back on the road. I will never recommend Snake River. I will actually defer people from their business any chance I get.

Bill took great care of us with an emergency replacement for some tubing and the black/grey tank clean out after ours literally fell off about an hour east of Twin Falls when I ran over an exploded truck tire. Bill had us stop and get the parts on the way to his shop to save time and ensure the right parts and finished the job in an hour!

Very responsive and friendly family owned business. They prioritized our air conditioner repair knowing that we were on the road. Lots of experience among three guys who do the work.

Warranty work, Brandon Illguth came to us, and fixed our awning,a dripping sink and fixed our 5th wheel hitch. We couldn t have asked for better work or a better person to work on them. Brandon worked diligent all day to get everything done , and that awning was a problem. I would recommend Bill Hart and his staff any time. They kept me out of a hotel. WINDSHIELD REPAIR WAS NEVER DONE EVEN THOUGH THE INSURANCE PURCHASED THE WINDOW SEVERAL TIMES AND IT WAS SENT TO SNAKE RIVER THE OWNER NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS AND DIDN'T RETURN MY WINDOW. I HAD TO GET SOMEONE ELSE AND REORDER THE WINDOW FOR MY RV TRAILER. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

We have used Snake River Rv Repair and Service for several services ranging from re-roofing travel trailer roofs, re sealing a semi truck dry van trailer, to rewiring lights and brakes on smaller trailers both personally used and business owned. All service has been clearly communicated, timely, and well done. Whenever I use a trailer they have worked on I am very happy with every aspect of the service. I recommend them highly to friends and family for their service, punctuality, and more than fair pricing.

Snake River RV in Twin Falls ID quoted us $140.00 per hour to do repairs. And then charged us $280.00 per hour after they were done. While traveling on I-84 through Idaho on Saturday October 21st we encountered a freak wind storm with side winds of up to 70 mph. The winds caused serious roof damage to our 2002 Winnebago Journey. On Monday the 23rd we called Snake River RV and were told they could do the needed repairs that day and get us on our way.I m a DIY guy and merely wanted the roof secure so we could drive the remaining 500 miles to Wenatchee where I would do a complete repair in my shop. Richard, an employee of Snake River RV quoted us $140.00 per hour to do the repairs and said they would involve 3 to 4 hours of work. A quick calculation resulted in me verbalizing that the total cost would then be around five to six hundred. None of the three Snake River employees present in the office contradicted that number!Three hours later I received a call to say the work was done and that the owner, Bill Hart said to charge us $280.00 per hour. That would be a charge of $940.00 for caulking 25 ft of roofing and laying down another 25 feet of tape.Needless to say, I was furious. I called Bill for an explanation he told me the rate increased because two people worked on the RV. It is important to note that it appeared to me that Richard was well aware that it would be him and another employee doing this work when he quoted us the $140 per hour rate. Richard has been employed there 14 months; you d think he would know the shop rate!I just have to add; if had actually known the rate was going to be $280.00 per hour, I would have left and gone elsewhere. I was denied the ability to make that decisionSo, here we are, 500 miles from home, our temporary lodging is behind the closed doors of a shop and I feel we are being extorted at a rate of $140.00 per hour. We relinquished and paid the bill. I figured I would work it out with the bank later and in addition, do my best to warn other travelers to steer clear of this business. And also, not to be stupid like me... get it upfront in writing!

Bill Richard and Richard's coworker that came to my mom and dad's rescue when their motorhome roof tore away on their way home to Canada. They came to where mom and dad were stranded, assessed and repaired it and hot them back on the road in a matter of a couple hours. This was so appretiated because mom and dad had to cross back into Canada the next day. Snake River RV understood our situation and need for help right away. Thank uou so much for your understanding and help We recommend Snake River RV services to anyone needing RV repair services.

While on the road a month ago, our hot water heater sprang a leak. We were in a bit of a panic. We called a few places and no one could fit us in. Bill called back and got us right in. It was a complicated job, but they persevered and got the job done. It was so reassuring to be in their hands. We can't thank them enough!Judy and MarkFrom Kamloops

We were traveling I Idaho and. Our class A had electrical issues. I called Snake river, Hannah was informative, and let us know we could get in right away. We were towed in and the owner went to work while we went to lunch. What was so sweet and helpful was that Hannah was willing to take us to a local farm goods shop because we needed to get our garden cart replaced. The shop is family owned and operated and they were so helpful. Unfortunately, we need to go to the freight liner people to get our alternator repaired. They called freightliner and even called around for a Rv campground so we could stay the night, as freightliner could get us in the next morning. They were so helpful. Thank you Bill and Hannah.

If you want to find out what customer service was like in the good ole days, you need to check this place out! Quick, honest price and even a ride to lunch and post office while we waited for the service to be done. We were back on the road sooner than expected!

Snake River RV did a tremendous job on our camper. We bought it knowing it had some issues, but we weren't expecting 2/3 of the floor, and everything underneath, to be completely rotten. The floor is like new now and solid as a rock, thanks to the entire team at SR-RV!

We have a 4 year old 5th wheel and we thought we needed to have the roof resealed, so we contacted Snake River RV - - they came out to us at the rv park we were staying at, checked out our 5th wheel and said we didn't need anything done to it at all - the roof only needs to be resealed every 7 years or so - - - Now, my idea of an honest man is one who won't sell you something you don't need, just to make that extra buck! If you want good, HONEST service, give Snake River RV a call and talk to Denise or Bill Hart
