This should be your tire store! Brad is super helpful and knowledgeable. He remembers our numerous vehicles and their tires. He gives us the best price without is asking. The service is fast and we've never had any problems. Jeremiah is great to work with as well. They all really know their trade. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Quick and friendly service! We needed a tire rotated on our trailer and they got us in right away. Very appreciated as we are from out of country and making our way back to Alberta. Shout out to the tech (didn t get your name but cool bald guy with beard) for good conversation while he fixed us up! :)

This is the absolute worst service I have came across. Truck broke down for broken control arms after 6 months of having point S replace them. Took it into a different shop to see what was going on and they confirmed the shop. I then contacted point S in twin falls to see if they can cover under warranty. They told me I would have to take it to another point S for the warranty to be valid. I spent $200 to get the truck to a point S in Utah. After the truck arrived I was told that they now cannot cover it. I have never been treated like this as a customer especially being in the same business. Would not recommend this shop.

Fast and friendly service!I ran over a nail on my way to a very important appointment in Boise that we were already late for and they got us in immediately and we were on our way in less than 20 minutes. Our patch was even on the house and we are so grateful for them! We will definitely be going back for all our other needs in the future!

Miles, at the Snake River Tire Factory agreed to balance the two front wheels on my wife's Lincoln for a very reasonable fee, and his techs caught that I had mounted two of the wheels in the wrong direction of rotation. He corrected all four and did the balancing for less than it costs for my wife and I to have lunch in town. He's a straight shooter and a former rodeo rider. I really recommend the establishment.

I think I found my main tire store. Excellent service, very competitive prices and top quality work. I was impressed on how careful they were with my Corvette when I had four new tires put on. Mechanic seem very knowledgeable and the manager of the store on Blue lakes is awesome. You can tell that he really cares about his customers and the quality of service that he gives them. I will no longer ever go to Les Schwab again.

Incredible service and prices! In transit on a long distance road trip, I realized I needed a new set of 4 road rubbers stat. They had exactly what I needed in stock and saw me immediately. Brad and Jeremiah were super helpful. Definitely recommend.

I purchased 4 Tires this morning from them . when I went to pick up the car there was a chip on my car I didn t notice it until I got home . I went back immediately and showed Jeremiah the manager. He took name and number and said he would call me back after he reviewed the videos on the cameras. He called back after 5pm claiming that he had reviewed the videos and that he didn t find anything so therefore this didn t happen there. that the new tires must ve caused that chip.I know that Chip was not there the morning of because I took my car to the car wash the evening before And when I dried my car it was not there and I went straight home after the car wash . I will not go back to Snake River Point S.

Really pleased with how everything was handled. One of the few places in Twin Falls that had my vans tire in stock. Very helpful staff and the crew was really fast, 3 tire change and we were in and out within an hour. And very reasonable pricing on top of that.

While on a back country vacation last week, we put a rock through our tire. These guys were great about getting us right in and trying to fix the slow leak. Turned out the tire was toast. The manager was very nice about it and they got us a great used tire at a great price! Thanks you guys!

Everyone here is so friendly and helpful! I got a flat tire in the middle of my long road trip, and they repaired my tire and also replaced a bolt that had been striped before. They were very quick and I was able to finish the road trip without further tire issues.

I have read through many of these reviews and I'm quite confused with some of the reviews. I have purchased several tires for my vehicles as well as my son's vehicles as Christmas presents.And have just recently purchased 4 for my Daughter in law. I have Always been treated with courtesy and given a fair quote for all my purchases. They have also been willing to fix other issues. This company is one of the best in town. They will Always be my first choice for tire. Well done Miles !! Your Crew is awesome!

Amazing service! I had a hard time finding tires for my BMW in twin falls. Called them and they had the best price. I live an hour away so they held them for a week for me. The day comes and I bring my car in and I had given them the wrong tire size. They didnt have the right ones in stock but they were able to find some in town, get them into their store, and get them for a better price than I could find anywhere, even hunting them down in town last minute. Instead of being turned away and ordered, they still managed to get us taken care of. AMAZING service. They just gained a customer for life (not to mention very competitive pricing!)

I had previously purchased my tires from the Tire Factory and knew that I could get them rotated for free at any Tire Factory location. The guy, pretty sure the manager, charged me for the rotation here in Twin Falls. When I told him I bought the tires from another Tire Factory location and thought that I would get free rotations for bringing it in, he became frustrated wondering why I didn't tell him that before the rotation. I said I didn't know I needed to tell him before the service but thought I could just inform him at the time of payment. He began to lecture me about how people like me are ridiculous and how they just expect free things. After arguing back and forth a bit, I gave him my card out of frustration to pay for the rotation. He tried to charge the card but then said it wouldn't work and literally threw the card back on the table. I told him I have plenty of cards to choose from for payment. He said he didn't want my money anymore. It is hard to understand how a guy like this can treat people and still keep this franchise open. My experience here was ridiculous to say the least. I would highly encourage people to look elsewhere for service.

Best customer service!!! Last month I needed ATV tires and they were up front and said on that tire we can't get a good price on that brand ( Sedona ripsaw) but buy it online and we will be happy to mount them. Today my wife's car needed a flat fixed and they were one it for no charge for did they want to do any additional work just HONEST. The price is always in line with the big boys.

AWESOME GUYS!!! My sparkplug fell out right in front of there shop. And they put it back in with no hassle. When they said they didn't have oil they pointed me in the right direction to get some. Very kind professional staff. I plan on breaking down in front of them again :)

They handled changing front headlight bulbs (that my husband purchased separately) on my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo and did so in a fast, efficient and courteous way this morning (11/2/21)! They just gained a new customer for life!!!!

Horrible customer service! f I could rate this person a 0, I would. He is extremely unprofessional with poor communication skills. He was volitile and critical of my knowledge when I sought information regarding my tires. He was accusatory and unwilling to do an assessment of my tires for my insurance. Our interaction ended with him stating "Get out of here, I don't want to deal with you!" I have never been treated this horribly in any professional establishment. This person deserves to have their business shut down. No customer should ever be treated this way.

Great customer service. Was helped as soon as we pulled up. Treated us with respect, and highest performance. From out of town, so they got us in and done as soon as they could. Recommend products but didn t pressure us into buying it.

So I'm new to the area and have come to using Google, Yelp, or any other review program. Please know that I WILL NOT do business with this establishment because of the comments in here,_ especially Mr. Simon for what no man should have to go through. I wouldn't want a flat fix turn into a new set of 4. All of you who had a bad experience no one ever says it....but we are listening. Your reviews have sent me to Commercial Tire.UPDATE: I I went to Commercial Tire as I had a slow leak in my tire. A gentleman by the name of Julio came over and asked me what I needed. I told him about my leak and would he check it for me. I told him that 3 out of the 4 tires were brand new and all they had was the mileage from driving from California because I just moved here. And of course which tire had the problem? Yup the one I didn't replace! He found a small piece of wire in the tire that was causing the problem. He pulled it out, fix the hole, put it back together and mounted it. He pulled my car out of the bay and I said how much do I owe you? And he said "Welcome to Idaho. Have a nice day." The guy didn't charge me! I will tell you this, no tire shall ever touch a car I own....that didn't come from Commercial Tire!! A customer for life and I bet I tell this story a hundred times.

We've gone here for every tire need we've had for a few years now. My husband used to take his truck somewhere else but they are amazing here so we take all our vehicles here now.Just yesterday I took our car back in for the third time to see why it was going flat after they had patched it and fixed it one other time. They realized the spot if the patch was allowing are to leak around the bead, so they replaced the tire with an upgraded one for free. They are as honest as they come! Busy place but there's a reason why. They are amazing!

This business is the poster child for unscrupulous. Miles = greed. I was traveling with brand new Goodyear trailer tires last week when one of the four tires had a catastrophic failure. First step was to send a picture to the dealer who sold me the 2018 trailer that had the tires on it. The dealer informed me that the tire would be covered under warranty. The tires were one week old. The dealer was 1000 miles from where I experienced the tire failure. I made a number of calls until I found a dealer with the tire in stock. Miles, of Snake River Tire was Mr. cordial and informed me that he had the tire in stock and that it would be approximately $165. When I I told him that this was a warranty issue, things started to go south. The first indicator was when he said that I would have to purchase the tire because his warranty guy wasn t there that day (Friday, 27 April). Really??? Your guy wasn t there -so you can t honor a warranty? He insisted that the only way I was going to get the tire was to pay for it vice him honoring the warranty. He said ...why would you let $165 stand between your continuation of your trip.... Well, Miles, it s because you re a Goodyear dealer and the tire is under warranty! He suggested that I take the tire back to where I bought it if I didn t want to purchase a new one from him. I pointed out that was a thousand miles away. He fell back to ...don t let $165 stand between continuing my trip. I then called the selling dealer in Northern California who assured me this was a warranty issue and that ANY Goodyear dealer should cover the tire. I called Miles back. He became more insistent that if I wanted a tire that I would have to buy it. He wouldn t entertain warranting it. The icing on the cake was when he then said ...I double checked, I don t have the tire in stock...it ll take a week and a half to get in. Really Miles??? Your greed and unprofessionalism speaks volumes about your integrity as a business man. Very transparent that you would take advantage of a traveler far from home to put a $1 in your pocket! Shame on you. When I returned home, I brought the defective tire to the local Goodyear dealer who put a new tire on in 20 minutes.

Good price great service friendly attitudesI would give 5 stars but when the tires I ordered didn't arrive before my appointment they didn't call me, so I went in for nothing!They are great otherwise, I'm sure I'll give 5 stars soon!

Greatest thing I like about Miles and Snake River Tire is the out-the-door pricing. No hidden fees, no gimmicks, no bait & switch. When he tells me the price, that's the price! I also love the pickup/delivery service plus the warranty is honored nationwide for all work performed.

I would never buy a tire from this man ever again in my life my family did business with him their whole lives he is a crook. I spent $3,200 on eight Drive tires for my semi truck when I purchased the tires he said he would rotate them for free one time I called him up he told me it would cost $200 I told him you told me you would rotate them for free when I purchased them he called me a liar got ignorant and hung up I called back to tell him there is a tire that he needs to look at that needs to be warrantied he looked at it said he can't warranty it and blamed it on me as a driver. I have over three and a half million miles and I've never had this problem so much for loyalty hope somebody shut him down. Get the word out there the man's word is no good!!!!

Miles and his staff provide the friendliest atmosphere when you're looking for quality and a great price every day. I have dealt with Snake River Tire ever since I moved to Twin Falls. I will not go anywhere else to buy tires...
